If youre into being hung up on by dishonest employees, this is the perfect spot for you. If you like predatory business practices, look no further than this mattress warehouse. My mom suffers from severe osteoperothic pain, so she came to the Fairfax Costco location to find a new bed for her aching back. Medina, a sales rep, intentionally lied to her about the firmness of the bed she was buying - TWICE. Both beds (the original purchase AND the exchange) caused her immense pain. And all she wanted is a refund, but Medina told her that if she wanted an extra firm bed, she could buy a different one for $5,000 and hung up on her. John Gibson (apparently a customer service manager) also hung up the phone when she called again asking for a simple refund. Guess what? We cant afford another bed. The staff at this mattress warehouse KNEW the bed wasnt as firm as they assured us. An inspector even verified we were NOT sold an extra firm mattress. Now, for 6 months my moms been stuck, suffering nightly, with a mattress she never asked for. Dealing with this place has been unadulterated agony - avoid it at all costs.

Yassin was amazing! Initially bought a mattress from him several years ago, and didn’t even hesitate about going back to him. Arrived at the store about 2 hours before closing, and he was very welcoming. He asked what we did or didn’t like about the previous mattress and took the time to make us get the mattress compatibility test to determine what mattress is right for my significant other and I. After testing about 5 plus different mattresses, and brands- we settled on what would be the considered the Cadillac of mattresses. He was absolutely not pushy at all, and truly wanted my family and I to have the mattress that would be appropriate for our sleep styles. It was incredibly helpful to work with such a brilliant individual who knew about mattresses, companies, manufacturing process, and so much more. I really enjoyed my time in speaking with him. Our bed arrived exactly as planned and communication from the store; start to finish was fantastic. I have already referred my family and friends to this location, and will continue to refer many more to Yassin- and it’s been less than a week after working with Yassin! The sales Representative-Manager Yassin, hes genuinely himself friendly, helpfully patient to respond to your questions, [due to] larger money amount purchase and you are with them everyday, at night, and to rest your head. He made me and my families feel comfortable, trust [my(our)] purchase with him. Hes very responsible, very to your requests, even when you are asking extra questions, expedited attention your stress or medically, for example, a return, or discontinued goods, i.e., discontinued pillows, bed covers, etc.The merchandise is [extreme] high quality and [very] high bed rest (technology, material, shape/feel). Real, true/genuine, very good, no shown lie, nor hidden lie to mislead. At other locations, other sales representative they are less stable, not carrying through with browsing customer to educate them if they sense or read you are not going to make a purchase [on the same day] which was sort of like a harassment to me and I then do not want to ever come back at that location to that sale representative or representative-manager since they were rude, and unprofessional in a professional business setting. not good.
