Rude, rude, rude. Both the female AND male working together at this location (11/27/20) are tragically unprofessional. Whenever I experience cantankerous employees yet see great reviews for them, I always know the five-star reviews are FAKE. Wish I had gotten the female employees name to write corporate. With her horrible customer service skills shell self-destruct anyway.Oh, and good luck entering & exiting the dangerous store location. Even better luck when you try to get a parking space in that tiny, raggedy shopping center. A complete joke.
I have been pleasantly surprised with this location. I was served by a young man (sorry, I dont remember his name) who helped me with my mothers phone account. We were transferring my mothers number from Cox Cable to MetroPCS because they have an inexpensive $25/month plan for flip phones which is not advertised. I picked this location because it is just down the street from Cox Cable in Fairfax.Anyway, I like this store because they told me that if I made the changes that day then I would have to pay for a month of service and activation fees again, but if I waited until the end of the month I would not waste a month worth of service charges. My mother is elderly and has a limited income, so not wasting a month worth of telephone charges was important to me, and I wouldnt have known if the clerk didnt suggest it.
I am so disappointed with this shop. Very bad customer service to lady working there today. Did not want to help or explain anything. I had a great experience the other day with the gentleman helped me and everything but the lady with glasses just wanted to sale did not want to help. She should not be working i retail if she is not willing to be truthful and helpful.
Great experience! My man Jaime was wonderful. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the plans and the phones. I went in to purchase 3 phones for the family and Jaime did a great job explaining the deals and making sure we got the best for our family. I recommend this Metro PCS location to everyone and ask for Jamie.

Amazing MetroPCS store. My guy Jamie in that store helped our family so much to get stuff done. We had trouble getting phones because there were stock problems, but instead of dismissing me or offering me another option he tried his literal best to make sure what I get is what I want by contacting other stores around the area. Never seen a phone store manager who is transparent about everything and never gives up to try to resolve our issues. could give 10/10 if I had the option.
I just had the worst experience with phone company carrier with metro pcs I purchased two phones at the same time from metro about a year and a half ago one phone broke so I try to switch one phone plan to the other phone witch was still brand new I go to the store A metro store With Metro personnel inside to see if they can help I sat there for an hour and a half for nothing I guess all you can do is buy phones out of MetroPCS if you need help Google it don’t waste your time or break your phone and go buy another one because they will not help you out at all they will give you advice to go online and fix your own problem with the phone they sold you???Plus I was in the store by myself and to other women came in they just push me aside and started helping the other women out like I was no concern to them poor customer service if there was a zero stars I would rate them zero stars so if you’re thinking about switching to metro go to a different branch don’t go to the one in Fairfax trust me

Absolutely HORRIBLE cell phone service! AT&T prepaid plan at $40.50/mo gave me much more reliable service at fair price.
It like a nice based business but no place in Manassas or Manassas Park has no service to Americans. I up graded after 4 years upgrading with the hi teck cheap phones, I set up my new phone and had defat would not work correcte, I see back they said a week replace I waited a week, this same. They told me it is my too bad. I complain to five different places in Manassas and I finally got through to the service people Daytona goat I had to go to the Sara store in Manassas or wherever I wanted to go not good I called repeatedly over saying this phone is too hard to use for you cannot talk without changing my settings on it then light would not go out the screen is off, finally go guy on the phone said he offer me give me time on the phone after buying in full price even I was upgrading. I went to few stores there wouldnt do any thing, I got them on the phone again and they end up give me half of the value of the phone I bought on credit but not any other phone as they said they would had said.
