Have some good phone accessory but the staff wasnt seems like services well.

This store is horrible. They do not accept returns or refunds and there are no signs in the store stating this. I was able to get the employee to accept my return and refund me my $85 which is a ridiculous amount of money for a phone case. They are much cheaper everywhere else. After seeing that the money was going back onto my account, I was satisfied. Now that deposit is not showing up on my statement!! It was pending and they must have done something to cancel it. Theyll be hearing from me tomorrow.

Universal Accessories is the best to get a screen protector and buy a phone case at Fair Oaks Mall. 😇📱
