The service I went to the store to ask for help after paying was really terrible. During the process of setting up my account, they didnβt tell me the Pin number and the service hotline couldnβt get through. It took a long time to wait customer service. I went to the store today and it didnβt help me solve the problem.
The sales support in the store was fabulous! They took the time to find out which phone would be the best fit for my upgrade, and answered all of my questions, in addition to offering tons of set-up support. I had a very positive experience at this store.

I wanted help with a technical question about my phone. Instead I was told that they couldnβt help me with my issue. These people only help if you buy. Go to a corporate location instead. Russell cellular needs to do a better job of training employees on customer service.

I placed an online order with another store to get a new iPhone 12 Pro Max and that store didnt authorize my order and my order got canceled. Then when I wanted to place another online order few days later, my online account didnt allow me due to my pending canceled order. It was like more than 2 weeks and 20+ hours of online chat and call to Verizon customer service to get the issue resolved. It seems like there are good people working in Verizon but they are not either well trained or the system design is extremely flawed compared to Amazon or Apple. It is way more complicated that you can imagine. You need to be lucky to find someone on their end to know what is going on in their system and knows how to fix your issue.My hope was about to turn into disappointment but Christian was a true savior. He told us that he could help us out and he truly did. We spent in the store like 4+ hours talking to different customer service people to get this issue fixed and eventually my online pending cancelation went through and I was able to get the new phone from there!Christian was beyond expectation in terms of patience, respect and knowledge. I havent seen anybody in my shopping experiences as enthusiastic and respectful as he is and his passion speaks volumes and he deserves more than promotion to higher level to be honest.

Nabeel is very professional in knowledge and customer service with great personality of understanding and patience. He helped me set up Galaxy S8+ phone my friend gave me. He transferred data from my old Galaxy S7 that has constant auto reboot and slowness problems. He also helped me solve my S8+ couldnt detect my old S7s SD card problem...Besides Nabeel, I also saw other staff in the store helped their customers with professionalism...I highly recommend this store!
I stopped by yesterday needing a new phone and Youseff was VERY patient and helpful (Im not a techy person). He didnt push me into buying a more-expensive new phone than what I needed, and he was super fast at getting everything set up because I had another appointment. We have been repeatedly lied to, overcharged and now ignored. We went into store about 3 weeks ago to upgrade our phones. We were told we would get x amount for trade in. We found out we actually received 1/2 of what was promised. Weβve called and gone into store repeatedly, each time to be told a manger or account manager would call us back. NO ONE has called us back. This week we received our monthly bill and now services have been added that we did not authorize and credits previously there for having multiple Verizon services are gone. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!

I called the corporate office to discuss my situation and was promised a call back. Never happened. Why Verizon no longer owns their own stores is a tragedy. DO NOT go to this retail outlet. 1 to 3 stars. They wronged me on my warranty and said I was getting 2, $150 credits because of their mistake. That turned into one from them and one from samsung.My uncle just bought the new note 20 ultra and it turns out he got the exact same 2 credits I got, turns out its a verizon and samsung promotion. The manager at this store acted like he did me a favor, also it was either spend the now $100 instore credit right at that moment or lose it. I told him I had to meet a client but he insisted on me looking through accessories and buying it AT THAT MOMENT.At this point they lost my future business.
NOTE: This is not a Verizon Corporate Store, it is only an authorized retailer. I learned this the hard way.*If you want the quick summary of this post, go to the end.*The employees were nice and seemingly enthusiastic to get me the best deals possible. I thought they were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately I was tricked.They charged me $880 (not including taxes) for an iPhone 7+ 128GB (Retail: $769) saying that was the price everywhere. They said there were probably hidden fees involved which is why all other stores listed it at $769. They were adamant that their price was the same price as anywhere else.Be aware, they also charge a setup & sync fee which they do not tell you/give you the option to say no, and at $20, you bet most people would say no.I ended up returning the phone, paying the $70 restocking fee. They claim they have to charge $70 because Apple charges it, not them. Which is also ridiculous because Apple only charges a $35 restocking fee.After returning the phone I went to Best Buy, which happened to be right down the street, and got the phone for $769 (not including taxes) and set up and activated for FREE.Be warned, if youβre getting a new phone go to Best Buy down the street, they have plenty of Verizon phones to choose from. If you must go here, just know that you are paying way more than you need to. This store is a scam.

Wow! Great service @ this Verizon store. Abdul is so friendly and helpful. He worked with my family and I for several hours making sure all of our (very many) questions were answered and data was restored to our new phones. He was kind enough to place the screen protectors on our phones as well- no bubbles! So glad we were able to work with him.

All of the store staff here were very attentive helping me to get a new screen protector for my phone. The sales associate who helped me, Stefan, was particularly attentive: checking to see if there were additional discounts I was valid for and actually advising me about more cost-efficient plans than the one I had. I was in and out of the store so quickly that it left open a lot more free time for me to finish my other tasks.I would definitely recommend coming to this store. One of the best Verizon stores I have been to.

Dont come here to buy any accessories. The official Verizon website says 14 days - these guys are 0 days NO RETURNS!!! If they sell you a defective case, you are out of luck. Save yourself the trouble and find an official Verizon store. These guys rely on deceptive marketing to use a better companys brand to attract customers and offer them much worse.

I had a great experience at this Verizon store, I started out having a terrible day after my car broke down. However, I also needed a phone. I was able to go in and talk with Mario and he made it very easy to upgrade to my iPhone X. I also very much enjoyed the atmosphere in the store. All the employees seemed very nice and approachable.
I came to the store because I was looking to get a new phone, I wasnt sure about the new devices or benefits but soon as I walked in, an associate helped me. He immediately introduced himself as Ludin and was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and more and got me up to date with the latest. Dude was courteous and hooked me up with everything I needed. Gotta say Im definitely gonna be back for my next upgrade

Mostafa was very helpful when helping us to upgrade my phone. We were assisted with the military discount procedures as well as with transferring data to the new phone. Everyone at the store took time to make sure everything on the account was correct and were willing to explain the process.
We initially visited the store to upgrade to three new phones and to upgrade our service contract. Although, unfortunately, we had a considerable amount of trouble with Verizon Service upgrading our phones and our contract (they made many mistakes on their end), Khalil and his staff never stopped working on our behalf to set things right. We had to visit the store at least a half dozen times over a period of about four months to get everything straightened out, but we were always met with a smile and a willingness to immediately get on the phone with Verizon Service (never a pleasant task) and explain over and over what needed to be done. I would recommend Khalil and his staff to anyone purchasing a phone or plan; it is a pleasure to deal with someone who truly stands behind his product and acts as an advocate for his customers.

Sanau was able to immediately resolve my phone issue and stayed with me to test my phone to make sure everything worked. His customer service skills are beyond excellent. I will always be going to this store and I would highly recommend them.

We are so fortunate this store opened in our neighborhood - it is now my go to store for all things Verizon, phones, iPads, etc. The employees are so responsive and service-oriented. In particular, Melissa has helped me on two occasions and if there was a Genius Bar at Verizon stores, she would be the lead guru! She is really great and I am thankful I found her - she saved me a lot of time trying to solve some technical issues on my own.
Came in the other day to upgrade my sisters phone and had an great experience. The manager Wasif answered all of my questions and gave me the perfect plan and device that actually saved me some money! I will most definitely be coming back to do future business.

They dont deserve even zero point much less one.Zero must be an option.Please consider adding zero.i have been a Verizon customer for 16 years.I went to this stir today and they tried to convince me that my monthly payment is twice as much, that Verizon is posted and charged me over 156.00 when I actually only less than half.I tried to make sen every of it but they were trying to sell me a new phone and I think thats why they were trying to convince me the payment would be less than what I was paying.The three guys were not approaching me politely or professionally.They raised their voice and said to leave the store if I do t trust them.I would NOT recommend anyone to use this branch as a Verizon office.They have no loyalty to Verizon or its customers.I will certainly take time to write to headquarters of Verizon about this store and why there should be no business by Verizon with them.
