This location has very friendly workers, good sales, and a large selection of items (most importantly items that are supposed to be exclusive to Hot Topic)

Very helpful staff. Lots of anime t shirts, somewhat of a band t shirt selection. Again, very very helpful staff. I didnt hardly have to look, the very nice girl came over, answered all my questions, even looked up options online and told me how long it would take for delivery.

My daughters place to go when buying Anime T-shirts. Theres always great sales going on. We always using our Hot Topic Dollars.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Was greeted by 3 separate staff in 15 minutes in the store. All were very friendly and not at all pushy. A great experience.

I called to check if they had a specific T-shirt in stock. Chris picked up the phone he searched for the item and said they didn’t have it in store but he went above and beyond to check nearby stores that had the T-shirt AND the sizes available, on top of that he gave me the phone numbers for each store that had it. I called 2 other Hot Topics and none of them actually took the time to help me find my item. Chris gave outstanding customer service I very much appreciate it.

Hot topic has trending merchandise. I always get the best Harry Potter stuff from Hot topic.From car fresheners to funko pop. From wallets to costumes. They have everything. They keep posting deals like hot cash, buy two get two free which makes all merchandise pretty affordable. This is a place for everyone.

I had to come into the store to deal with a customer service issue with a sister company (the sister company directed me via email to come in to return some merchandise). Seung was very helpful with the issue, and went above and beyond to try and assist us. The store was very busy, but the staff was doing an amazing job trying to keep the store efficient while dealing with Covid occupancy protocols.

Love the staff here. They are always incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of the merchandise. Huge selection of novelties, shirts (rock, alternative, metal, TV, movies, etc), and memorabilia for people who might characterize themselves as alternative, geeky, nerdy, edgy, trending, or just plain outside the status quo. Funko Pops, collectibles, buttons, pins, patches, jewelry, backpacks, and lots more.

There is currently a limit on how many customers are allowed to be in the store at one time, so be prepared to wait in line if you go at prime times (weekend evenings specifically). Customer service here is consistently good, and they have decent sales quite frequently.

The lady who attended me today was so nice, kind, and helpful. she helped me pick the correct size skirt and also helped me pair it. i ended up buying the outfit and it looked great! definitely recommend coming here.

Daughter Loves this place! One of our stops for Daddy Daughter Date! Only 1 issue, her gummy bear necklace got tangled as soon as she put it down. Not too much of an issue, was cheap & was able to order her 2 different gummy necklaces online with ease.

The people working there are so nice! They suggested things based on what I was looking at and also just chatted with me a bit which was really nice.

Have always loved this store but its hard to find any size over medium in mens stuff. Very rarely any XL stuff. Still though they have a nice selection of various nostalgia items.

I love how friendly the workers are, everytime i visit its all compliments and nice words. It makes my day.

Walked in the store and started looking at the t-shirts. I hear hey man being quietly spoken at the back of my head and I brush it off. This happens 3 times before I finally turn around. Can I help you find anything?? I was then antagonized and dragged in to a confrontational conversation by the store manager seung, simply because I wanted to keep to myself. She would not leave me alone after I told her very clearly three times that I was looking and did not need her help. She was evasive and rude when I asked about her superior, who is she accountable to? Seung treats customers like she is not accountable to anyone. Literally just quietly standing in the store and I get accosted until Im forced to ask for names.

Its a typical Hot Topic with pop culture merchandise. They do sell Arctic Fox, though, which is a cruelty free hair dye brand. Id go here just to buy that.

Why does this place look like a Spencers in 1986? Anyway, the staff was awesomely helpful and the stuff for sale was perfect for the fact that my kids now want to dress like I did in 1986.

Honestly I’ve never experienced such a horrible time here until today. I walk in and I’m greeted by a girl who was folding shirts. I overhear her calling someone over as I head to the back to look around. I hear someone basically following me straight to the back just to ask me if I was looking for something. Wouldn’t you think that browsing equates to me just looking for the moment? I don’t appreciate the fact that I was being watched just because I was wearing my mini backpack and the simple fact that the girl called HER coworker over to “keep an eye on me” basically. The next thing that annoyed me even more was that another person came and went to “check” up on me. If I needed assistance I would ask for it. How about instead of sending multiple people to “check up” on me, you do yourself a favour and get proper training on how to not be bias in a workplace.

Very neat store with plenty of merchandise. Although the staff is nice, they can be extremely overbearing while trying to browse.

Had a great experience purchasing septum jewelry - the manager was knowledgeable and friendly.

All of the ladies at this location are so lovely. they remember me and know what i like, and are always excited to talk about K-pop with me or whatever nerdy thing im looking for that day. may they all receive raises! 💜✨💀

I dont enjoy going here for myself, but Hot Topic is a good place to get gifts for other people. However, there isnt a lot of space to move around in the store and sometimes it can get a bit crowded towards the front. The employees are friendly and nice, but can be a bit over-the-top. Also, the prices are okay, but if you want to get several items at a time, it can get to be expensive.

The employees were very kind and helped me around the store. It made my shopping trip very welcoming and productive and I would totally go back and recommend this store to others!

This location has always been extremely wonderful to me. I could never ask for better customer service, selection, or personal appreciation. A store associate knowing your name and being excited to see you is something I could not be more grateful.

IMO this is better then the Alabama Hot Topic. It has a better selection of Bands merchandise

I purchased a peel off lip tint and when I got home and opened it, it was empty. I asked if I could return it and told them why and they said they could not except it. The manager called me a liar and said I took the product out of the tube. She continued to argue with me then finally gave me a store credit. Why all of the trouble when she could have just given me a credit in the first place. Defiantly will not shop there ever again, its such a shame because they have good stuff.

Nice products but the salesmen are keep asking what would i like to buy. I think sometimes it can be bothersome and annoying. Because you wanna look freely but they just observe you continuously.

First time coming to this hottopic and was disappointed.. I came in a few days ago to shop and return an item, the people that were working were super rude They didnt greet anyone walking in and when I had a item to return they acted like it was the end of the world for them. I wont be going back for a while till they hire some new people that can at least try and be a bit more friendly to customers as they walk in and check out.

EVERYTHING IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!! I can’t go there without having to see everything way overpriced, like I got one wristband for $15. $15!!!!! I literally can’t buy anything and simple shirts go up to $40, although the staff are friendly so I’ll give that a plus.

This hot topic is amazing. the people that work there are very VERY nice, they will always help you out if you need help.It is a little costly, however its well worth it. i personally like this hot topic because it sells really nice clothing and makeup (they have lots of candy, too!).They sell pusheen products, disney products, band tee shirts, flannels, bookbags, Riverdale merchandise, water bottles hats, and more! I would most definitely go to this hot topic if youre around. im very pleased!!!!!
