I go here for my yearly exam and for my contacts. The staff is super helpful and kind! I was assisted by a woman I believed was named Grace. She put together every discount possible and told me how to receive a rebate for my contacts. I cannot for the life of me remember my optometrist name but she is straight forward and very very helpful! Clean COVID-19 experience and a great appointment all around

My family and I have been a customer for years.After today I would not recommend this location. Especially Optometrist DEMET TUNC, she had the worst attitude. She was not very friendly, she wasn’t in the mood of working today(7/15/2021) or any other day of the week. From what I heard is she is not too happy working in that office and IS NOT the 1st time someone has complained about her attitude. I definitely saw her dislike of her job in her body language, her tone of voice and her facial expressions. My daughter and I were so excited on getting a new pair of glasses/contacts, but DEMET TUNC attitude discouraged us from ever returning to the fairfax location. My daughter and I need it a minute to think if she wanted to get contact or glasses or both, but asking her for a minute of her time felt like we were asking for her kidney. The 2 ladies in the front desk were super nice and polite even apologizing on her behalf. I don’t understand DEMET TUNC part of her job is 99% of customer service.

Good evening,I just want to share my experience to help other people. I came here last week and left 10 minutes after. I had the unpleasant experience to deal with an older lady called “Grace” she was very rude and was the complete opposite of what costumer service is supposed to be. I felt attacked and was even called “dumb” by her. I don’t know why the company would retain an employee like her. She is a very nasty women and I hope they evaluate the staff they have representing their store. Thank you

I scheduled an appointment last Thursday for a check-up and new glasses and this place did not disappoint! I can say this was the most comfortable experience I’ve had dealing with eye doctors my entire life! (and I have had quite a few!) From my arrival, the staff was courteous and engaging throughout the entire visit! They answered every question I had and took the time to explain what I couldn’t comprehend. When it came down to deciding factors and eyewear, Grace did an AMAZING job selecting the right frames for my personal taste and facial build! Grace also walked me through my insurance information effortlessly and left me walking out of there with a smile and a premier pair of glasses on the way! I’m so glad to have found this location and if you are in the area and looking for a new location to cater to your needs and leave with you a big SMILE, please don’t look any further.

I have been wearing corrective lenses for about 22 years and this is the most thorough exam Ive had in recent memory. Dr. Budner was professional and polite, and really took his time with my appointment and listening to my history and any possible concerns. The staff is MORE than wonderful - absolutely delightful to work with and kept a smile on my face the entire time. Furthermore, I was very impressed and pleased with the sanitation practices that the practice deployed. I will absolutely continue to use Dr. Budner for my eye care.

We had an appointment for a pair of glasses for our son end of September. Necessary precautions were taken as we entered the store and we were even given a mask. The assistant did the preliminary testing and we saw the optometrist for an additional assessment. She was thorough, took her time and answered our questions. It is taking two weeks to get our sons glasses, which feels reasonable.

Dr. Cho was SO friendly and informative. The staff gave everyone fresh medical masks, took temperatures, and were constantly cleaning. On top of that, everyone seemed happy to be there and were helpful/friendly. I’d recommend this place for sure!

Worst place I have ever been too. Initially I was forced to give a good review in exchange for a discount on the glasses.I ordered the pair of glasses on the 11th of MARCH. Got them on the 22nd and decided to go with a different frame so they told me my promised date was the 5th of april. I called the 7th of April and spoke to Adrienne.. she apologized and promised they would be in by the 12th. I called today the 14th and now they are saying the new promised date is the 20th of April!!Now, that is not the worst part. Both Adrienne and Grace refused to let me speak to the manager over the phone, and to top things off, GRACE hung up on me.I will absolutely NOT recommend this play to anyone. If you check their reviews you can see the 2.7 overall star rating they have.This is the worst business I’ve ever dealt with and will never let any of my friends or family members go in there.

DO NOT GO HERE unless you do your full research. They are not upfront and honest about pricing so after everything is done, you’ll be looking At a hefty bill that they expect you to pay right then. The doctor was nice but whoever is in charge of scheduling and actually giving correct information ruined the whole experience for me. I will be finding another place to go.

Honestly, a pretty horrible experience all in all. The doctors are great but the rest of the staff is just frustrating. They tried to charge me the incorrect amount until I questioned the bill, then sent me to another store to pick up contacts and gave me the wrong address. When I got to the other store they said they didnt have them and when they checked the FairFax store had actually ordered them and sent them to the FairFax store. Called today because I am curious when I would receive my contacts and turns out they received them weeks ago and just didnt bother to call. Went here because it was close to where I live, but a different location is well worth the drive just to avoid the headache.

WEAK!! I took a day off work to have an appt with a specific doctor who has limited availability and will not be working with the company much longer and show up at my scheduled time to find they are closed today. I get it, a “facility emergency” forced you to close today, but at least call your patients and advise them not to come in.Update: I spoke with the GM of the location who was sincere in his apology for the mixup. He sent me some contact lenses to hold me over until my rescheduled appointment.

I spent a lot of money for my glasses and contacts. The service I received was awful bad experience. I would not recommend to come here go to different location the front desk people were so rude. Please train your staff to treat people better. I will not use them again.

I have been a customer for years.After today I would not recommend this location. Miranda was not very friendly, she wasn’t in the mood of working because she worked late last night. (Her words to coworker)I have had her help me before and I thought I would give her another chance. But she clearly consistent with her attitude . It’s not about what’s best for you it’s what gets you out the fastest. . She had a rude tone and passed me to someone who was new and didn’t know what he was doing . He was with us for an hour and the price didn’t make sense because I was being overcharged. We decided to try the My Eye Dr in Centreville and it was the right move. They were able to get the same glasses with my insurance and somehow it came out $40 less. Which was the calculation I was coming up with at Fairfax but they were acting like I was being cheap. Make sure you know your benefit before going to the Fairfax corner location. They will enter “manually “ and jack up the price.

Beware of this All Eyes in Fairfax City it is not very professional. I drop off my glasses for repair couple days ago, Jenny the manager said she would give me a call to let me know the status and if covered under warranty. Couple days pass no call, I called the store to inquiries about the repair and the clerk said they were fixed and ready for pick up. I went to All Eyes of Fairfax City to pick up the glasses the clerk could not find the glasses while he is multitasking trying sell other customers glasses while waiting on me. While Im waiting, now here comes the manager Jenny she locates the glasses and said theyre not covered under the warranty and theyre not repaired. I mention to her I called earlier today and the clerk said they were repaired and ready for pick up. This is the third time I had issues with All Eyes. The first time they order the wrong glasses, no kidding the second time they double billed the insurance company. Im sure Im not the only person this has happened to. Beware!!!!

Ive hopped around many eye places and I feel like I have finally found a place that I will keep returning to for all my eye needs. Everyone here is so nice and welcoming, all associates and doctors included. The staff helped me choose a frame I loved that was within my budget and not once did I feel ambushed to purchase extra add ons or do anything I was uncomfortable with. %100 would recommend to everyone.

Id run over my spare pair of glasses with my office chair. The frame was bent and the screw holding in one temple was pulled out, stripping the threads on the frame. I brought them in to MyEyeDr at Fairfax Corner and an associate there spent at least a 1/2 hour working on them. He came out with them perfectly repaired and with new nose pads installed. I asked how much I owed and he said the repair was free! I offered him twenty dollars in appreciation anyway, but he refused my offer. He said thats just what we do here. I honestly cannot promise that theyll get my business in the future, but I will certainly give them a fair chance as Ill compare their price and policies with my usual provider. And even if MyEyeDr is a little more expensive, theyll be worth it for the quality of service that they provide.

Been going here for a few years now and am happy with the services provided. They do tend to keep offers and deals in their back pocket so dont be afraid to ask about any deals or coupons. Always great customer service. Im not sure where these bad reviews are derived from, but imagine they are outliers that expect flawless experiences and huff and puff whenever that doesnt happen.

They have convenient hours, saw me on a Sunday, and a clean and friendly environment. Worst experience!! She didn’t help my mom pick out her glasses and we had to return them because the glasses hit her bone on her face! Whatever insurance someone has you should always help them! The whole crew had the same attitude. If you want a great experience go to MYEYEDR in Vienna!!!! Ask for Kevin he just helped me pick out my glasses and it took over and hour. He was so patient and kind!!!

Had a very poor experience. Paid ~$600+ for glasses, and when I got them, the quality of the lens and installation were extremely poor. The individual at My Eye Doctor that initially took the order agreed with me so it was sent back to be redone. I was told the replacement would arrive within ~10 days, and almost a month elapsed, and still did not get a replacement... I spent ~1.5 months with them, had no glasses, refund took numerous attempts, and they didnt refund my insurance provider even though I reminded them. The eye exam was good, the doc was very professional. I dont normally write reviews, but I feel compelled to say; STAY AWAY from this place. They are dishonest, and the service was terrible. I got amazing pair of glasses at Werby Parker for a fraction ($125 total, both the frame and lenses) and the quality and service were fantastic.

Stay away from this office. Unprofessional, rude and not helpful. Took them 3 weeks to get my lenses in, which turned out to be wrong shape and I had to wait additional 3 weeks to receive the correct lenses. The hispanic woman at front desk is and very very rude. I havent been impressed by the doctors either. The manager is aware of the bad service, however he hasnt done anything about it. Take your business somewhere else.

I would give it no star if it existed. First time I walked in, there service was awful. They were rude and not cooperative. When I came back to ask questions they couldnt answer the first time, their customer service was somewhat better. I shouldnt have to come back if they answered the first time. They overcharge, so make sure to ask for the price before you do anything especially for medical appointment. They charged me 150 bucks for a 10 mins appointment. The doctor was nice but he prescribed me several meds that came out to be another 100. They expected me to come back for a follow up then an eye exam when all I wanted was an eye exam. It all could have been done at once. Stay away from this place, its all about the money not about our well being.

The front office staff is non-communicative and not helpful. They are expensive and all they want to do is get you to buy their lenses, frames and contacts when on-line purchases are far less expensive. Its a passive-aggressive battle to get a script. The optometrists rotate in and out. You nenver see the same person twice.

Unfortunately one nice person but they bait and switched my frames twice. The first time they told me my frames are re-sizable, then they charged me a $40 restocking fee because they later told me that they cant resize plastic frames. So I got other frames, to which the posted price was $99, then when I went to pick them up, they said it was $150. They also said, yuck, we never sell used frames, but it turns out the frame they gave me was off the rack, worn out, and tried on by many people as they later admitted. Then, when I asked for a refund, they tried to charge me another $40 restocking fee. Sad. Caution from the fact that this business clearly has a problem with male patients, aside from having no male staff, they were very rude to me. The doctors were nice, but the staff is standoffish. Ill be reporting them to the BBB.

Updated - this place is ok if you are going for an eye exam and getting everything at that time. God forbid if you have to get a prescription later because you lost your glasses...Wow, I had to write a review after reading these others and would usually give them a four, but had to give them a five to offset the horrible reviews. lol, It goes to show that only upset patients tell you what they think. Anyways, I go to this practice for my contacts. They are the cheapest around and have great service and product. You do have to call them to follow up though. They usually squeeze me in same day which is great since I work 5 minutes away. Overall, a good place.

Stay away from this place. Communication is horrible. I ordered glasses and was told it would take about 2 weeks for them to come in. During the last 6 weeks I called several times to get a status update. Was told they would check on it and call me back. I called again yesterday and was told that no order existed. Believe the bad reviews on here because they are true. Do not trust the good reviews. They were probably written by staff members.

I just switched health insurance. However, the new insurance plans vision coverage is separate. The cost for vision coverage would not have benefited me enough financially, so i opted out. I was so excited to find this office as they were very reasonable in their price...seeing that i had to pay out of pocket for everything. I was seen by Dr.Kwon, and think he is absolutely amazing! He explained everything in detail, making sure i knew exactly what was going on with my eyes and what was causing different issues. He went into detail the different options among even contacts...which was a first for a doctor to do with me, even though Ive been wearing them for 16 years now. The office staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I can be quite indecisive with choosing new frames, but they were patient and helped me find exactly what i wanted :-)I most definitely will continue to see Dr.Kwon from now on for all my future vision exams, and I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a new eye doctor

My experience was just not good at all I scheduled appointments the same day for myself my son andmy wife . when the actual appointments took place the Dr took myself and my son back at the same time which is not good customer service as my son is 17 and his mother was with us in the waiting room and could have been talking with him while my exam was being done. Instead the Dr took us both back and she was talking to him and not paying attention to what she was doing with my exam and was rushing me through and did not get my prescription correct. I was unaware of this until we picked up our glasses a week later. So we get all of our glasses back a week later .my script which was supposed to be for progessives with transitions with the crisal anti scratch. And the script was not correct and our sons glasses were scratched from top to bottom and my script was wrong and I could not read out of them as the script is too strong and he and i had to wait another week to get the lenses redone. The next thing was the script on my glasses were all wrong and I came back and had another exam done by a different Dr that showed the prescription the original Dr WAS wrong, and then a new script was created for the glasses again which was for progessives with transitions with the crisal anti scratch again and was told again would be another week to get that taken care of which was march 18th and I just called again just now April 11th and was told that my lenses still are not done because of a problem at the lab with the reflective lens. Whats the deal....what a crock not happy at all your customer service sucks... And I still do not have my correct glasses paid over 1300 and expect correct glasses and not such an issue getting them. I want my money back

On Sunday I lost my glasses in a river. On Monday morning I called All Eyes and was offered 2 options of times I could come in. I picked the early one (within 2 hours of when I called) and headed over. I didnt know what my prescription was, but I hadnt had an eye exam for a while, so I saw doctor Kwon. He was super nice and talked to me about my options for dealing with my terrible eyesight, including explaining the benefits to Laser surgery.Having a friendly doctor does not surprise me, but the rest of the staff really did. They helped my look for frames, grabbing them from all over the store and offering opinions on what they thought looked good or fit well. Jenny took the time to price out every one of the 10-15 frames I interested in with my insurance. I have VSP so it was a bit complicated. When I finally settled on a pare, I paid and she sent me an itemized receipt explaining the costs of everything,I have never had a better experience buying glasses. The whole staff was polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.

Worst experience ever with this location. Contact got delivered to the Reston location and the receptionist could not provide an explanation on why it had happened. Her solution was to suggest me to drive to the Reston location to pick up my OWN contact when in fact, it is clearly their error.If you can avoid it, stay away from My Eye Dr. in the FairFax location

The worst shop to deal with when I came in they welcomed me and they promised me to pick up my glasses within 7-10 days but the nightmare started when I payed and I have waited for almost three weeks and I am still waiting I called many times and every time I called somebody till me some thing else I called two days ago and they promised me I will pick up today but when I called today they told me within 24-48 hours I snapped I asked for the company contact number and non of the employees were helpful I wouldn’t recommend this place.
