I just sat in the parking lot to watch the parade, but Google Maps keeps hassling me to give a review, so here it is. Their parking lot was very nice. Their corner was right at an intersection where all the acts stopped to do a little performance, so I feel like a I had a great parade experience.
There was a price conflict with the owner. However, the mechanic seems nice and he was informative.
My car was making awful noises after work one afternoon so I pulled up to the garage without an appointment. The mechanics at Royal Auto were transparent about the problem with my car, the front right rotor was stuck and the wheel was about to fall off the car! It was unsafe for me to drive without an immediate repair. Although my car was stuck at the garage, the mechanics charged me a fair price and provided excellent service. They saved my life that afternoon!
Quite possibly the most honest auto shop you will find. I took my 2000 Ford Taurus there because my heat wasn’t working. They spent a while trying to figure out what was wrong, but they couldn’t because I had to take my car home before they could figure it out. Overall, my car was in a bit of a weird situation, and most crooked mechanics would take advantage of that and charge you hundreds, but they handled it in the most honest way possible. They just charged me $20 dollars for the coolant because they didn’t fix it and I went home. These are truly honest people. Definitely take your car here for any maintenance you need done.
Professionals with good customer service.
I had an unexplained rhythmic drumbeat clunking noise coming from under my car, so I decided to take it to Chris, the mechanic at Royal Gas. Sometimes the best food is found at a dive. Well, this shop may be a dive, but the mechanic is nothing less than an expert at what he does. Just by listening to the sound, he diagnosed my issue right away. It was a cracked flexplate (flywheel). Even though this is a very complex repair, they were willing to start my repair quickly and he finished it in a reasonable time and price. His workmanship was honest and impeccable. The car not only started great, but it also ran a whole lot better in general. He took his time to ensure every nut and bolt was refastened with the correct torque, and everything greased properly. Both the mechanic, Chris, and the owner are very professional. I really appreciate their work and will only return here for all my car repairs.
Krish is very nice, provide me with an excellent maintenance job with clear and good price!
Id like to know why Im getting reports from my online accounts as to why Im getting logins at this location. I believe its served as a post for hackers and should be investigated.
Great gas station with friendly staff. I will admit I only use this location as a convenience store. Gas prices are very competitive for the area.
Im afraid to express the level of admiration I have for the mechanic, Krish, and the owner because the more customers they get, the less time they will have to work on my beloved 1979 Camaro 305v8 5.0L. Their diligence, work ethics, and honesty are beyond any other place Ive been, including specialty shops. I consider Krish to be the Miagi of mechanics! He truly cares about the work he does. -R
My mother took her car here for an oil change, she later noticed that the mechanic had stolen money from her car. Don’t take your car here they will rob you.
Im not an expert at car repair, but Joseph Min struck me as very expert and professional. He was friendly and accommodating. I thought his pricing was reasonable, too. He was able to spot and fix a problem in my Toyota truck that could have been very damaging to the engine. I plan on going to him in the future for repairs, also.
Very competitive gas prices, very friendly staff
Service is always good there. Gas prices ate the best in Fairfax and surrounding area.
Cheapest (usually) gas around in Fairfax, and the friendliest staff/owners.
Good gas price, slow pump. Expect to wait 15 seconds per gallon youre filling up.
