Their quality of materials is amazing. We choose a piece of marble to have made for an outdoor table and they were so helpful the whole time. I worked with Yazz, who was super patient and helpful while I figured out the custom base. On top of that the price was afforable and the guys who came out to do installation were amazing. They were professional, friendly and and very helpful. I will go back there for any stone needs in the future!

Superb experience with Marblex Design! Up front, the show room and stone stock in the back is an excellent place for inspiration and to pick your slab. From the start, Yazz was extremely informative, patient and in constant contact with me during my small project. I note the small project compared to large installations and received the same level of attention. The installation crew was also superb. The attention to detail and finished installation is more than I hoped for, especially with a 1956 home. The Marblex owner was even on site. Attached are before and after pictures of our Crema Marble hearth and surround. Very pleased and highly recommend Marblex for all your natural stone and tile needs. Will return to them for future products.

Definitely the most high-end fabricator in the District, Maryland and Virginia. Not only did they procure one of the hardest to procure Calacutta marble slabs (in jumbo slab size) for my project but also fabricated shower seats for me that looked like furniture, custom legs and all.Their turn-around is very fast, their prices reasonable for the quality of work they do, and they can fabricate anything, including a dining room table they are also custom fabricating for me, and they are extremely knowledgeable. I worked with Ozzy, one of the owners, on my project. He was incredibly impressive and made me feel like I was in good hands, and I was. There were no hiccups - everything was smooth from beginning to end including Marblex’s very professional staff who did the install work.I will never use another fabricator again; Marblex in Merrifield is the best of the best!

Beautiful selection of granite and wonderful service! Not only did Marblex do the countertop in this guest bath, they also did a shower curb, which really added to the overall design of the bathroom!

We had a great experience with Marblex. Debbi, the designer who helped us, was terrific to work with. Not only did she help us pick a kitchen countertop we love, but she gave us extra advice on wall and cabinet paint colors to complement the backsplash tile and countertop we had chosen. The countertop pieces were measured and cut perfectly, and the installers did a great job, both with the installation and cleanup. Everyone we dealt with was so pleasant and professional.

I had a great experience with Mete. Three different stones were chosen for different spaces on one house project, each completed in different phases. As construction goes, there can be delays, but Mete was very patient and understanding, and Yayir was extremely helpful in the production phase. I look forward to working with Marblex on my next project!

Working with Debbi at Marblex was a great experience. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about product and really helped me from a design standpoint. (Like working with an interior designer for free! ) She is also extremely patient . Having worked with quite a few in the business, she is by far the BEST! The Marbelex staff and customer service is just as excellent today as it was 18 years ago when I used them on a previous kitchen renovation. Debbi Porter is very knowledgeable and has a great talent for design. We were lost on ideas for our kitchen and she walked in and immediately told us what would and wouldn’t work, had great suggestions for color and materials. Highly recommend her and Marbelex to anyone!

Ozzy and his team were terrific to work with. They have the best selection of tiles, marble and other stone products, and the staff is very knowledgeable about all of them. Advertising free granite reminants but end up charging $60 for loading, and additional for cut fee and a fabrication fee? Thats not free.Thats like me advertising im giving away free $20,000 cars but charging $20,000 for delivery, assembly and storage.Who came up with that marketing campaign?

This is the second time weve worked with Marblex. We redid two bathroom counters. Bill was great to work with. They cut one of the marble slabs to the wrong size which set us back a couple days since we had to make sure that there was enough of the slab to redo the cut. But they were quick to fix the mistake and did a wonderful installation job.

All of the interactions I had with staff - from the initial visit, to correspondence, to in home measurements, to installation - was done in a timely, efficient, professional, showing good craftsmanship and personable manner. The whole process seemed to run like a well oiled machine, and the people who work for Marblex are great! And, of course, we LOVE the finished product of white granite in our 21 foot long galley kitchen!
