We met the Bill and Luis while searching for someone to move our recently installed island top (that we purchased from another company) a few inches in each direction (the installers for the original company were rude and rushed so we did not want them coming back). They listened carefully and sympathetically and asked good questions to fully understand the situation and offered to help out. Luis was able to come by and carefully removed separated the top from the cabinet and was patient with us as we moved the top into its new position. Then he again with great care and neatness applied the caulking around the perimeter. He was very friendly, professional, and a joy to work with. We will keep Tops of the Town at the top of our list for future needs. Thanks again guys!

My sink was cracked and damaged beyond use (WHY DID THIS HAVE TO Happen to me..). Instead of having costly replacement repairs made to my kitchen I met with Bill. Bill Madden was able to cut out the old sink and replace my sink. His team did a phenomenal job. The tile on the walls looked great too...when most repair estimators I talked with told me it could not be done. I really appreciate his customer service, excellent work, and problem solving skills. I would highly recommend him.

Tops of the Town in Vienna offered the best price around that we found. Response was quick for an estimate and measurements, however the wait for the installation was longer than anticipated - almost three weeks. Perhaps the winter weather played a factor in the delay. But the counters are beautiful and it was great service otherwise. I recommend Tops of the Town!

We had a 15 year old granite counter top in our kitchen with a huge crack in it. A neighbor recommended Tops of the Town in Vienna, and Im so glad he did. Bill and crew replaced it and did a MUCH better job than the original installation. These guys really take great pride in their work, and it shows. I could see Luis face light up as he talked about cutting the stone so all the grain was in the same direction but only had 2 seams around my overly large u shaped kitchen. I had picked a stone, but Bill found a very similar one that saved me $1500. They installed counter top, new faucet and new gas cook top yesterday, and Im thrilled. They are going to recut some of the old granite pieces for my bathrooms next. I highly recommend them, but they stay busy, so get on their calendar.

We recently had our kitchen counters replaced by Tops of the Town. We selected Corian counters and Bill Madden and his crew did and excellent job. Our house had settled and the old counters were not level. Bill leveled the area while installling the new counters. We also have a corner sink which requires a seam in the counter. Bill first came to measure the counters. When he arrived later to install the counters, everything fit perfectly. He sealed the seam by the corner sink and it is invisible! He left the kitchen very clean and tidy. There was no mess to clean up. I highly recommend Bill and Tops of the Town if you need to purchase counters.

We had a laminate counter installed by another company that was unsatisfactory, did not fit well and had to be removed. Tops of the Town installed a new one with a 24 hour turn around two weeks before Christmas. It fits perfectly.

Tops of the Town installed granite countertops for the kitchen cabinets and a bathroom vanity in my condo in DC. Bill found beautiful pieces of granite to create the look I wanted. They were cut and installed perfectly. He and his team were willing to carry one huge piece of granite up several flights of stairs in order to provide a kitchen countertop without seams. It looks great and will be easy to maintain.Not only was the work excellent, the price was competitive, and Bill also graciously accommodated my last minute changes in the plan. Given my experience with Tops of the Town, Im now having them replace the condos slate fireplace surround and hearth with granite, confident that Ill have another job well done.

When I first moved to my house in 1990, the kitchen was the first room I had to renovate. I called Bill Madden at Tops of the Town. I thought his price was very reasonable to install a new laminate countertop with two sinks and a cooktop in a very long, L-shaped kitchen. Plus I liked Bills personality and had confidence he would do a good job.After 23 years, my countertop was still in excellent shape, but I wanted a new color! (and new sinks, cooktop, etc.). I took a chance that Tops might be still be around and luckily it was! Bill again gave me a very reasonable price and completed all the work as promised. He works fast and everything fits perfectly.I would highly recommend Tops of the Town to anyone looking for a reliable contractor.
