Fantastic experience from start to finish! They showed us lots of options talked to us about the range of prices and worked with us on our budget and the timeline. They even sent us to the fabricator to let us see a slab which had been cut to see if we liked it outside of the showroom floor. The absolute best price in town and we checked out several, several other stores and on-line. Install was smooth and seamless and safe.

Fantastic customer service - agreed to cut a 118 quartz conference room table top, that they did not fabricate; they also delivered the two pieces in perfect condition, even polished scratched surfaces not cause by them. The table was delivered and glued together and it looks fantastic! The job was done super fast. The technicians were professional and Mustafa is a joy to work with. I will definitely work with them again.

Overall great experience. At my first visit the salesman was a little abrupt (was end of the day, so cutting him some slack) but since I really liked the granite selection and we had had a good experience there before I went back with my husband. Same salesman was super nice and helpful and helped us pick out granite that really looks fantastic in our bathroom. Guy who came to measure was very experienced and clearly knew what to look for. Install was perfect and quick, also all was very timely. We recommend this place!

We have really enjoyed working with USA Marble and Granite. We toured their showroom and found exactly what we were dreaming of in a countertop. Haluk and his team were patient and very professional throughout the whole process and we are thrilled at the result. The countertops were even installed in under an hour. Very happy with the quartz kitchen countertops for the townhouse. USA Marble & Granite was very easy to work with. They were prompt with measuring and installation was about a week later. We plan to use them again when the bathrooms are ready for countertops.

He has NO idea what he is talking about I never told him that I didnt need a fabricator, all I said was I would like to look at the different brands of quartz and he wouldnt let me.I have never in my life been treated so poorly. The man working the front desk has no business dealing with the public. I would NEVER buy from this company and I will make sure everyone I know hears about my experience. There are plenty other countertop stores, no need to put up with this man.

AMAZING! Ive used several companies in the past 20 years and USA Marble and Granite is THE BEST! Great selection, wonderful customer service, very competitive prices, and boy were they quick! From my first visit to the showroom, my countertops were in place within just over a week! I must have dovetailed into their schedule just perfectly, or they bent over backwards to make it work. My experience with USA Marble & Granite was outstanding. The staff is very informative and professional. During the delivery the main countertop developed a crack. They immediately had the new countertop cut early the next morning and it was installed by 11am the next day! Also, I ran into a problem once it was installed and they went totally out of their way to come up with a more than satisfactory solution. Their prices are competitive and their customer service is fantastic.

Chose to go with this company for my countertop in my master bathroom. They had a good selection of slabs to choose from and their prices were good too. The rep I worked with, Frank, was friendly and helped me with everything (ordering, scheduling, delivery). Once my vanity cabinets were installed, there was little wait time between them coming out to get the measurements and delivering/installing my sinks and quartz countertop (only a few days). My experience with Frank and the countertop installation team was great. I would definitely go to them first for my next project.

Great experience - This company wants your business and will find a way to get you what you are looking for so you walk away happy.I really appreciated the get to yes attitude of Hakan - the salesman working when I arrived. Hakan greeted me in the parking lot as I arrived, asking questions to hone in on what I was looking for and what my budget was. He was willing to fabricate portions of any slab they had in stock (wide variety), avoiding waste and leftover our other bids were charging us for.As my wife and I explored our preferences, he was willing to find more reasonable options, agree on numbers on the spot, shake on a price, all without hidden costs/fees. During measurement, they assessed the installation and recommended backsplashes - with slightly smaller than estimated counters nearly offsetting the cost of adding backsplashes.They correctly recommended steel braces for the island, recommending specific models that would work best for the layout. We chose our own sink, which they picked up during measurement, and installation went without a hitch, with dimensions and seams perfectly crafted. This includes follow-up from my contractor with questions on the best way to secure the shower sill and bench.Another thing - they were very responsive via email with direct answers to all my questions and no games. In the end - we ended up on beautiful counters for exactly the price we were looking for.Thanks guys!Mike

These guys gave us a great deal on a quartz remnant for a custom job. There was a slight misunderstanding about the dimensions, resulting in a minor problem.They were very understanding, and completely redid the job for us in a single afternoon.

Their website advertised remnant granite starting at $29.99 per sq ft, so I decided to drive to the warehouse since I live so close. The representative seemed a little disinterested and told me to just come get him again when Ive found a piece I like. He did not offer to show me colors or materials, just said go find something in the warehouse. When I came back with a choice, I asked about the price and he said it would be $55 per sq ft. Before I could ask about the $29.99 price online he said he had a buddy down the road who does finished vanities and he could probably get me a finished vanity for the same price and proceeds to call the guy despite my objections that I have a vanity and sink and just needed a slab of granite. He gets off the phone and tells me that the installation will be $665. I said I did not need installation, I can do it myself and drops the price to $565. He confirmed that was $55 per sq ft. I think he assumed I cant do math in my head because I only needed 9 sq ft and that was way more than $55. I asked him about the $30 price and he said the cheapest they have is $35 and that my budget was too low. I walked away. This place is rubbish and they will have no problem lying to your face and trying to sell you something you dont want.

I visited their store in Fairfax and Chantilly. My first impression was about their friendly service. It took 2 days to finish a vanity countertop. A lot of quartz and granite to select.

Haluk at U.S. Marble and Granite in Fairfax, VA did a fabulous job of assisting in putting together countertops for a new construction kitchen in Hume, VA. The selection, price, advice, production and installation all exceeded our high expectations. Although Hume is quite a distance from Fairfax, every aspect of service from measurement to installation was done quickly, efficiently, on schedule and at budget. I highly and strongly recommend U.S. Marble and Granite to the most discriminating buyer – for projects large and modest. We intend to return as soon as additional countertop requirements are evident, e.g., laundry room, guest baths, etc.

Excellent products and high quality granite countertop services

My wife went to buy a piece of marble from here and was told it would be ready the next day around noon. She was out and about and decided to stop by around 11am to see if it was ready. The guy completely forgot who she was and when she reminded him he said it would be ready by noon. She said she would just come get it the next day then. Weve been going through a bathroom remodel from hell and just this morning found a gash out of our counter top that was not there a week ago as well as a massive scratch on our brand new toilet. Supposedly this guy felt my wife was angry at him when she said shed be back the next day and said he would refund our money instead of having her come back. When my wife confused said Well I havent paid you yet, he said Even better, Im just not going to cut the marble for you. We will never shop here and will recommend staying away from anyone looking to get a countertop!
