I started off designing myself online. But when I couldnt get it just right, I dropped by the Mosaic location and was pleasantly greeted by Grant Olson. He showed me features I didnt know were available and he helped me to create the perfect shirt for me and my cousins first annual fishing trip. Grant knew what I might like and offered suggestions that eventually we incorporated into the final design. Its clear that Grant enjoys what he does and his knowledge and professionalism made the experience even better. Had to place a big order for work that would have taken ages to complete myself. I worked with Grant Olsen on the sales team who handled it all for me and saved me probably 60 mins worth of my time!!

I had a great designing experience, and they were very accommodating to all of my ideas. They were also very safe and had measures in place to adhere to COVID expectations. My only complaint is that they are incredibly pricy. While the design looks awesome, the quality of the shirt probably isnt worth how much they charge per shirt. I understand that you pay for the design time and printing quality, but it was still disappointing that they were so expensive. Unfortunately as I design and buy for a public school, I probably wont be able to purchase with them again due to expense.

Excellent, fast customer service. I received a tee shirt in the wrong size, but everything else about it was perfect including the custom design. When I received an email the next day from CustomInk asking if I was satisfied with my purchase, I said somehow the size was incorrect and perhaps when I changed the size online it somehow didnt get saved. I got a prompt reply with an apology, a promise to deliver another custom shirt within a couple days at no extra charge, and please keep the original shirt, too. Now thats customer service.

The shirts were great, Ladies and Unisex sizes fit perfectly. My image was a little thin on the XL shirts, but all and all it looked great! Fast shipping and being able to get any quantity/size that you want is amazing!

I am so impressed as to how many times I could send a design back for correction without them telling me I was being annoying! I mean I was pretty specific in my design but at least you really tried to get it right. The quality of the crewneck is awesome. I had no idea it would be so soft. Perfect warmth and thickness. The CustomInk team reached out to me proactively when they realized the artwork would result in a higher cost than had been thought, so there were no surprises.
