Put order in 6 weeks ago. Called once a week to check on progress. Every week the owner Cass would tell me he will call me back with update and never called back once. After 6 weeks of calling I am told that they can not fill my order. This is the 3rd time I have had horrible service from this company. I will never trust them again. Extremely disappointed.

Sundog productions has made our swim team Tshirts for several seasons. The team loves the T-shirts!! The artistic team is super easy and has really captured the ideas presented through the images on the shirts. The Tshirts are high quality and the process is completed quickly. They do a great job for good prices. They work with you on design and had lots of useful suggestions for us on designs. Ive placed 3 orders for 100+ shirts or cap, the quality has been good and weve gotten them done in time. A couple times we had fairly short turnaround (3 days) between my final order and pick-up. And I like the salesmen, personable, knowledgeable and helpful.They seem very busy and, sometimes, dont return phone calls. So sometimes its hard to place the original order, but they do what they say theyre going to do when you finally order.

After reading reviews I thought this would be a great company to get the work done that I needed for my partners for Christmas. All I was asking for was names on their aprons. I called the lady said she would call back in 5 - 20 minutes, but never called back. Later I called back and another lady was very helpful took all the information I needed and said she would call back in the morning. Guess what! They never called back. Horrible....I thought on the website they stated they do work for fortune 500 companys, well they just lost business from one of them because they just dont have time to call back.
