Went there on the 31st of the month as tradition requires. Took a while to decide on one flavor, but once that was done we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Friendly staff, clean shop, plenty of outdoor seating, e-z parking etc.

New visit on Sep 13I visited the store today. Ordered Quart hand packed of Strawberry cheesecake. The indian? Lady over the counter said I should just get pre packed because they are about the same. I told her no that I want fresh packed. She told me 5 times just to get the pre packed. I insisted. Then she said there isnt enough ice cream for quart that I should just get pint. I told her it will be enough because the bin was half full. She filled it this much. Never going back. HR should do follow up with her. Headquarter should listen to customers more with the sevice they provide........Quite disappointing experience here. We bought two fresh packed ice cream and first, it wasnt fully packed... and second, they only gave three spoons... this baskin robbins has variety of choices for ice cream but the service was nothing but unpleasant memories and also the price here is more expensive than other baskin robbins.

Very clean and well kept ice cream shop. Its such a joy for us to visit on Daddy-Daughter days. Plenty of variety including party items like ice cream cakes. Deck and patio outside is a nice place to sit, including some covered tables.

This is our usual ice cream Favourite place for my kids at least ! Every time we try new thing or new mix ! The flavours are good! Less options than Woody in Fairfax city at least for me ! Nice selections and variety !

Great Baskin-Robbins location! It is clean, the staff are friendly and there is a nice little patio where you can sit with friends to enjoy your ice cream and chat.

Nice clean shop with good service. Good ice cream with many more varieties than I expected. My wife had the pistachio ice cream and myself I got the pralines and cream. Not the best ice cream Ive ever had but quite good. New shop is small but modern. And they do have a refrigerated section for take-home ice cream packages.

I eat out way too often and with that, I see untold number of service industry associates. A young lady here at this Baskin-Robbins was by far the most helpful and earnestly delightful I have seen in service in recent memory. Not only professional, but friendly and attentive. The ice cream was well prepared with a smile. Service was just excellent and this young lady will likely be running this place (or more) very soon. Great location, good ice cream, and amazing service.

Well, you will hear it here, where the friendly staff remembers.The ice cream is good, but that is not the only, or even primary, reason to choose this BR. It is the staff, who are friendly, professional, and pay attention to customers. (Plus, on a nice night, the deck is awesome.)

This location just opened and it still needs some work, including not having a soft serve machine.

Ordered a banana Royale and received a pint of cookies and cream.

I would give 1/2 a star if I could! Walked in and employee said sorry we’re closed with 3 people inside! Turned away at the door at 9:30 p.m. when closing hours are listed at 10 p.m.

Cute, but small store. Light & bright. Porch adds atmosphere & outside seating. More seating at nextdoor cafe. Very good flavor selection.

This Baskin-Robbins is smaller than the one in Alexandria. When I went there on a warm evening the line formed from the cash register to the back, which means I had to cut through the crowd to get in line. The teen staffs were friendly and helpful. There are small outdoor seatings on the ramp, which is also handicap access. The parking lot is shared with the coffee/sandwich shop next door.

The strawberry milkshake was delicious and they got through the line really fast. Both employees working were very nice and friendly 🙌

Incompetent manager who cannot seem to read. Went with T Mobile Tuesday $2 coupon and he wouldn’t honor it even though the fine print says that there is no minimum purchase value for any item. Used this deal in the past at other Baskin Robbins without any issue. Pathetic.

My husband and I stop their for a scoop of sherbet on a cone after having a wonderful dinner with our kids this is our second time their both times were not gd.If you are dealing with the public you are going to have customers of all cultures.Learn how to treat people the same I am African American and so is my husband and both in our 60s so that being said .The managers of this company need to get it together before u loose out its so sad that people are still so narrow minded.

Small clean location. The variety is really good and the staff is very friendly.

I went there with T-mobile Gift-card and the owner didn’t want to use my gift cards. I left the place and went to another Baskin-Robins and they had no issue using mu gift-cards.
