Great customer service experience! I rushed in with only 5 minutes before the store was closing but they did not rush me at all and were extremely patient and helpful in getting me set up with my planner. Thank you ladies!
I shopped at your Fairfax location yesterday. Both the sales person and the manager were so sweet and accommodating. They took care of me simultaneously and went out of their way to help me with an issue I had with my monthly planner. Very good service!
The girls in this store are super helpful and friendly. Shea, really goes above and beyond while helping you. Her personality is bubbly and relaxed, you never feel pressured to buy something. It’s been a great shopping experience here.
Cool stuff. Can get a little pricey.
I love these planners and the staff is so friendly.
I drove down to check out the new store in Fairfax, Virginia and it was worth the drive! The staff were friendly and helpful. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have some of the new items in stock after driving over two and a half hours. Having been in Austin, the store is smaller but very nice
Love how you can get hands on with the planners and accessories to create your ideal planner. Helpful store associates, the ability to customize colors of covers and have planner in hand within 15 minutes as well as Virginia specific covers and items really make it worth the trip to the store instead of shopping online.
The employees are very helpful! Im so glad that Erin Condren has a store front. By the time I think of needing a new planner I need it NOW and with the online store you have to wait for it to be shipped to you. Now I can just go to the store and still have it customized with my name and colors I want. What an excellent idea for a store front.
I thought I liked shopping online...I loved the store!! You can make your planner there and they make it while you wait and shop some more 😍 The people are nice and helpful. Also I got free stuff for purchasing over $75, thanks. When I come to DC to visit my son in college I will come again!
I’ve been to the store twice already and found the team very helpful. They were able to explain all the options and even show me their own personal planners. The store has a really nice layout. Can’t wait to go back!
I highly recommend going in to the store and handling the products. Staff was extremely helpful. I was able to determine I will be sticking with the coiled planner for now vs ordering the binder style and being disappointed. Glad I made the trip.
This store is great! Purchased nt first Erin Condren binder from here. I absolutely love it!!
This is my favorite store of all time!
I am quite frankly flabbergasted that I’m already paying 74 dollars for a whiteboard and yet free shipping is 75. Just do better. That’s it thanks.
Maybe I need to take a drive to the store because the service online is absolutely horrid. Customer service horrible, and since I cant leave a review anywhere else here is where Ill have to leave it. I participated in the black Friday sale for Erin Condren. I have ordered from her before with no issues. So imagine my surprise when I didnt receive my package. I reach out and theres no answer for about two days. I then get a response that my package was delivered and I need to check with people in my household. I then explain that I received no package and they show that my address was not entered correctly. They then say they cant do anything and I will have to file it as a lost package. Erin Condren basically stole my money and I wont be shopping with her company again.
I love this place it is my first time visiting Erin Condren store and Erin Condren in person everyone is so kind and helpful. You will find items you can buy in person only available in store or items that are sold online.
My EC always makes me feel like I am family!
Interesting place where you can customize your organization plan.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were out of a couple things but were able to make a substitute and everything came out great.
It was a fine store but online was easier to work out the coupons and shipping
This place is awesome. You walk in and just go...SQUEEEE!! :)
Drove an hour to visit the store and I was very pleased with my visit. The girl that helped me was very nice and patient with me. I arrived a little over an hour before closing because of traffic and was afraid I would be rushed but this wasn’t the case. I had lots of questions and wanted to check out every single thing they had available in person haha. I only planned on getting a monthly planner and maybe one accessory, but I ended up getting my planner with extra additions, lots of accessories and a personalized hard bound journal because they had so many great deals going on. I’m in love with my new planner. Only downside to my experience; there are a few things you can only get online and not in store. But vice versa, there are items in store you can not purchase online. At the end of the day, it didn’t ruin my trip and the next time I’m in the fairfax area I will definitely be stopping in again:)
Ive been in this store twice and had two very different experiences. The first was awesome. Service was excellent from both employees in the store at that time. Professional, helpful, and positive. I was not planning to buy anything and ended up with about $80 of merchandise, including a LifePlanner. I love the products I purchased so much that I ordered a LifePlanner for my DIL for Christmas online. That planner arrived with a broken bookmark/ruler that snaps into the planner. Its minor, but I use my own ruler all the time so I wanted her to have one that was not broken, obviously. I called the store to see if I could just pick up a new one and they said they were happy to exchange it out for a new one. They told me at that time they typically cannot exchange or refund items purchased online. Once I was in the store, I heard an employee (more on her to follow) tell someone who called in that the physical store and and online store are two separate entities. Thats a terrible policy. It didnt affect me in this instance, but there were several phone calls and two customers in the store to return online purchases. My largest complaint by far was the treatment I received in the store by an employee when I returned the ruler. Now, Ive had to drive 45 minutes out of my way for a product your company sent to me damaged. When she handed me the replacement, she said to be careful because they broke easily. A) Ive had my own planner for a month and taken the ruler in and out maybe 20 times with no issue at all, and B) you shouldnt be selling something that breaks easily (her words). Sure enough, the ruler broke in about 5 places when I tried to snap it in. When I showed her, she snorted and very sarcastically said, Thats WHY I TOLD YOU to be careful. She even ROLLED HER EYES. Another employee (who was originally there the first time I stopped in and was wonderful) immediately stepped over and said, We might have a bad batch because Ive broken several myself and didnt have that problem before either. She was wonderful and got another ruler and helped me. I actually think the rude employee might have been a manager because I noticed she helped a few employees with transactions and seemed to be in charge. If so, she should not be. The entire tone of that visit to the store made me not want to return, whereas my first experience made me feel the opposite. I looked at my receipt so I could see who waited on me each visit but the store does not provide that info.
Erin Condren visited the store and spoke with customers, took pictures, and signed planners, notebooks, cards. She had a great spirit. 💙
Staff was really helpful! So glad I went to visit during my Washington, DC trip!
The hours listed online say the store opens at 10 AM on Sunday. Showed up at 10:40 to see that it was closed. A staff member came out and said the store does not open until Noon. Drove all the way out to Merrifield to find the information online is incorrect.
On November 4th, I shopped at your Fairfax location. I am a regular customer at that store, and I love Erin Condren’s products.I bought a few things because it was my birthday. I asked if the Hello Kitty bundle box cost $24.00 as there were two signs posted at $24.00. I remembered seeing online at $55.00. The manager, Tracy, said it was $24.00.I bought other Hello Kitty items to take advantage of the Hello Kitty birthday discount at 40% off. The manager was struggling at the register and asked a heavy-set Asian lady for assistance. My apologies, I don’t knowher name. The Asian lady said the Hello Kitty bundle box was $55.00. I said you had a sign on the box at $24. And I confirmed with the manager, Tracy, and you have to honor the price. The Asian lady raised her voice at me androlled her eyes. I told her I didn’t care how much the price should be, but you placed the incorrect sign, so you have to honor the price. She had anattitude toward me.When Tracy, the manager, was ringing up my merchandise, she didn’t say anything. After I paid for my items, she pulled one of Erin Condren’s recycle bags to put my merchandise in the bag. Then she put it away and gave me a paper bag. I asked her if she had changed her mind about giving me the recycle bag, and she said yes because you got a discount on thebundle box. I thought her approach was unprofessional and rude. I saw her pulling out the recycle bag, and she withdrew to give it to me. Wow!!!!I spent a lot of money in your store, and I did not feel like a valued customer. I love Erin Condren’s products, but I’m having thoughts aboutswitching to another calendar company because of how I was treated.
