Guy on the phone was useless and rude, acted like I was dumb and transferred me to a number that didn’t even work. He kept saying “You know you are calling a FedEx office right? We don’t do that stuff”. I know I am calling a FedEx office, what do you mean you don’t do pickups? The agent told me to call my local office to schedule a pickup and now you are saying you don’t do that? Why else would you have a phone, I have called before and this is the exact experience I had before. UPS is way more professional. Never using FedEx again.

I came in when it was completely packed needing to get something faxed before the office closed for the day. The associates here are very quick with their work that i was able to get through the line and walk out the door in less than 5 minutes. Kenneth made sure to get the successful transmission before he sent me on my way. Ill go out of my way to come here since the employees are able to get customers in and out quickly with a very pleasant attitude. I really appreciate the detail oriented customer service of Kenneth

I needed to ship a package overseas, the zip code I am given doesnt have a FedEx distribution center. The staff wouldnt even try to help me look it up.After I found the zip code from FedEx website by myself, the first staff that helped me wouldnt speak to me any more. The other staff then said I needed a custom form and I need to find it from the US custom website. Ive gotten zero help from the staffs. This is not at all what I expected.

Good location. Fairly good size with a number of computers and several do it your self services. I prefer to do things myself and they have some good options.

I just wanted to give 5 stars to the worker, Sherry (spelling?) who went above and beyond in helping me with my package. My package was four days late in shipping - tracking information didnt tell me anything - and even after calling back and forth and basically bothering Sherry multiple times - she took my information - made effort to search where my package was - and even did a follow up call to make sure IF my package actually came (it did) even though it didnt follow through with the original plan. Five stars for Sherry!!!!

I had such a wonderful experience here. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I believe the lady that helped me was Sherry, and she went above and beyond to help me finish my order. I will definitely be coming here any time I need to ship anything.

Very helpful in getting my desktop shipped cross country. I would give them 5 stars if they would staff the store properly. 2 employees in such a busy location makes no sense. Be prepared for a wait. Otherwise Im fine using this location.

Usually I print at home, but printer broke and I absolutely needed to do some printing. WOW absolutely amazing service. I was out of the store within 10 minutes. The 2 employees there were incredibly helpful. Excellent customer service.

There is a reason we come to this location instead of another location closer to where we live. The parking lot is not easy to get into and it is very difficult to get out of because of the way the shopping center is designed. There are two possible situations when you walk in: there could be no customers and the staff is able to get to you right away, or there is a long line of people waiting for more than 5 minutes.That being said, Karyn is an amazing employee and makes the wait and the hassle worth it. She is so friendly and always has a solution to ship what you need where you need it. She has even repackaged some items in a diffenet box to save us money, she has offered coupons, and she has broke the news in the nicest of ways when our Christmas gifts werent going to arrive in time. Karyn is a Superstar employee, keep up the good work!

The closing shift leader stayed an extra hour after closing time with me to help me when I needed to finish a job by a deadline. She was meticulous and careful and patient and printed, trimmed, and bound everything perfectly without rushing the job. It was perfect when it was all done. I cannot say enough of how grateful I was to that kind person.

Really great service. You pay FedEx prices for those services so its not the cheapest place in town, but it is a place to get things done. Surprisingly there is always good parking there.

I hate that the woman was so nice behind the counter. Im never using FedEx again! They knew I was trying to get a package delivered to Afghanistan on a base and they didnt tell me that they werent going to be able to get on that base! I paid extra to get it there before Christmas and its already the 18th and theyre saying that its going to be destroyed soon because they have no way of getting in contact with the person Im sending it to. I paid $134 to get a teeny tiny box to Kabul and its not even there. Im so furious with them

I only mail whatever I need to in this branch of FedEx, because their customer service is supper excellent. I might add that from all staff members in this store, that blonde ladys knowledges, the way she help and her behavior is extraordinary. if everybody could serve the people like her, our society would turn to a place better than heaven.

I needed copies made of important documents to mail the next day. Checked the closing time of this location on Kinkos website and drove over. I get there to find out they closed the store early and cost me express mail fees the next day to ensure the docs arrived on time. Very disappointed.

Going to have to jump on the bandwagon here, absolutely HORRIBLE especially management... Came in with my toddler for a simple copy and print. Hamid quoted .12 per page, estimated about 300 pages, so a quick calc and I said so about $36-40? Yes. OK, sure no prob - make the copies. Came back holding my other kid in one hand so I signed the receipt and left... thinking maybe $50 at most with binding (about $3), tax... nope, over $80. Called and Mark said well it has to do with per image copy, but maybe you got charged for double the 416 pages, so come in and well look at it. So I came in the next day, asked kindly to talk to manager, female, 55 dark hair, who seem to had to be pulled from some important task at the back of sitting around daydreaming... would not budge, over .6 a page, maybe $25 refund... nope, I was told my employees would never quote you .12 per page b/c theyve all been here over a year. Basically just tough... Its not so much the $25 as her attitude. I was so livid as she began to argue louder with me in front of other customers that I actually cursed (which I feel bad about)... AVOID this place at all costs. Other fedexs have been helpful and friendly, actually appreciate your business... this lady (MANAGER) seems to delight in standing obstinately behind a counter with screw you on her face. Does FEDEX corp pay any attention to customer service complaints? To google reviews???

Bad customer service. This guy I talked to for help was rude, HANGED UP ON ME and didnt want to spell his name, had no patience at all, he claimed he said something earlier when I first called which I know he never did, was being rashed in the conversation, not interest in customers what so ever. Bad attitude, not going there again.

I can describe the descrepancies in these reviews. I have used 4 different fedex locations around Fairfax routinely, and this one is normally ok, but can be the worst. Most of the staff is good, but there is at least one manager in particular who is awful and gives customers a terrible time. Ive personally witnessed this one two occasions, once with myself, and once with someone else while I was in the store. I think whether you like this store or not depends on who is working at the time. Most of their staff is as good as any other FedEx store...but some are awful.

This FedEx office is terrible. Its such a pain every time I have to go and terrible customer service. There is usually one person helping a long line of people while the other employees are working in the background. Occasionally a background employee will come to the front and take someone who has skipped the line.Going here is like going into a black hole.
