Quazi the manager is a rude pretentious and horrible. He doesnt understand how to be courteous and is completely unprofessional. The other negative reviews are accurate.
Great help from customer service. She assisted me in faxing documents using new fax machine. She was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Friendly and well-located FedEx location. I am super new to dropping things off in FedEx and they are nice and patient.Shout out to the man Kenneth (Asian Guy), he was being super patient and nice to this customer who was being very rude, loud, impatient and privileged. He maintained his cool, offered his best solutions and help and was able to ring other people up with a smile and warm attitude while still trying to attend to the unreasonably mad customer

I did a small job recently with the FedEx at 10940 Fairfax Blvd: printing 322 personalized pieces, collating, trifolding, and keeping properly sorted for on-site insertion back at our office.They did an amazing job. Fast turn, high quality, competitive price, great service… what more could you ask for. 😊I worked with the manager, “Doc.” Kenzie and Pat were also on the team. Worth giving a try if you ever have a need.
I attempted to log in to my Google Drive to print something. It didnt work, then 30 minutes later I received a notification that someone was attempting to log in to my Google account in Texas. So, Id be careful entering any information into the machines here.

There is something slightly below average about the customer service experience at this location. This is not a busy store but every other time I walk in there none of the representative greets me or even offer assistance. Sometimes I would be standing at the counter for almost 5 minutes before one of the reps looks up from the computer to talk to me.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced on multiple occasions. I only come back because it’s right by my house but I think I’ve just about had it. They should remove the word “service” from their description because they refuse to help me with anything and make it seem like I’m the biggest burden in the world when I ask for minor assistance on their machines. The lady at the front desk is incredibly rude and disrespectful and should be ashamed of herself.

I shipped something to last week, I had it all boxed up and ready to ship. The girl told me it is not very safe so we have to rebox this and I said ok. He charged me $ 20 just for a stupid box without letting me know. I was very upset and I would never used them again. They are a rip off. My regular post office is much better and they can not rip you off.

Lady at front desk could care less about anything. The only thing going for them is that they excel in apathy. If you need any help, go to the FedEx on main Street. This one is terrible.I had to affix a return RMA label to a box and the lady rolled her eyes and said doesnt give out the sticky things used to affix shipping labels. Then she stated the logistics to affix the RMA label was between the company and myself. Luckily, I had some tape and took care of it.Never coming back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.
