This was by far one of the best car buying experience I have had. The cars are top quality and they are very open and honest. I didnt have to ask for the car fax, it was given to us. There was zero pressure and no shady salesmanship. The next time I need a car we will be back. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. You will not be disappointed with Jorge Esquivel or any of their team members.
Went in for an oil change and my DEF cap that broke to be replaced. Even though I had an appointment for this issue, they did not have part in stock and had to go buy it from another service center, so had my truck there waiting. In which attached double dog kennels was removed from the bed. Noticed when home, so attempted to reach manager. Kept leaving messages, which took days to finally get him, as I kept calling, not that any message was returned. Super rude and unprofessional, instantly defensive saying we are not responsible for any items left in your vehicle. Then gave me a hard time for just now noticing, to which I explained reaching him was the hold up. No professional apology or out of office, just blew that off. Asked for video then, promised to get back to me and didnt. I feel like employees have a loophole to take what they want because they are protected by the rude unprofessional boss and nothing happens. Leave nothing in your vehicle if you must go here, bolted down or not!
We purchased a 2021 Tahoe here, a few weeks back. It is a crazy time to purchase a vehicle, but Jorge was great with us! The whole experience was fantastic and I look forward to returning here for service. Jorge was also helpful setting up my Chevrolet rewards and utilizing the rebate I received with the purchase. The staff here were very friendly and professional. My car had many issues and they informed throughout the whole process. They also offer military discounts so that was a major plus! I was able to get my family back on the road within a reasonable timeframe despite all the obstacles they ran into.
I Have a recall on my truck so they scheduled me two weeks out thats fine. I take time during work to go drop it off and when I show up they tell me theres no remedy yet and no parts then why the hell did they schedule me? No apology or anything for wasting my time horrible customer service.

They made me wait way too long and never really found a solution for me. here in the fairfield location i came across their employer named Cindy. she took the time to carefully listen to me and helped me with my truck. she signed me up right away to get my car checked. i truly appreciate the kindness that was giving. its rare now days. thank you so much.
Worst dealer of all time. They’re only there to rip people off. I made a deal over the phone and purchased airplane tickets to fly in to pick up the car, right before my flight they called and back out of the deal and said they want $10k more for the car or they won’t sell it. They didn’t even apologize for their wrong doing. The owner is a stingy person, and the people who work there are terrible. They promise you something, and never deliver.
This real ship is fair and honest in their service department. I have been to many GM service departments and have been done wrong. This dealer is truthful and is not after my money, but my respect and devotion to trust their dealer in the future!

I was actually in a trip with my family. We live in LA and our car started having car trouble it’s always a bit scary being far from home and not trusting anyone with my car. When I called a young lady named Cindy was very helpful. She got us in right away and was very detailed with what the offer. She reassure me we were in good hands. We dropped of our car and they did a great job we made it back home safely with no issues what so ever. I would totally recommend people to bring there vehicles here. Oh and can’t forget how nice they were to my kids they gave us some options where we could go have lunch.

There was an incident that I had with Chevrolet customer service directly, quoting things incorrectly and leading me in different directions that weren’t correct regarding the recall on my car. However Fairfield Chevrolet stepped in and the manager Francis and the service specialist Sherri took care of me very well regardless of the mishaps that Chevrolet customer service had given me. Their service was top-notch and they went above and beyond to help me get through the matter, if you need any service I definitely would recommend Fairfield Chevrolet!!

Me and my husband went in and we loved the customer service from our service Advisor Cindy. We didn’t have an appointment but she managed to squeeze us in and she texed us with updates all day until we picked up my husbands car.

Cindy, the service representative that I spoke to on the phone was super helpful and she setup the appointment perfectly, the appointment was for an airbag recall, she ordered the part and when the part came in she called me to come in for the service, no time wasted. The other lady that greeted me when I arrived at the service department that morning was also very good, she took my keys, also took pictures of my truck inside and out they worked like a well oiled machine very efficient. The worked took about two hours just like Cindy said, I was going to give it 5 star but the workmanship was a little unprofessional, the airbag cover on the passenger side dashboard that was worked on was not on properly, I have to push and play with it for a little bit to make it fit just right, but overall it was good experience, four STARS!

I cannot believe his accommodations—won’t go into details but he was amazing—professional, calm, brutally honest, transparent, non-pushy, and went way above his job description. In short, he was a genuine friend. There were no surprises in the process. Naveeda, who handles the document signing, was also courteous, pleasant, & professional. I had set an appointment to bring my truck in for service. When I arrived the lady at the counter seemed to be either having a bad day or be in a bad mood. She disclosed to me that no appointment had been made and if I did leave my truck for service it would be in all day. I skeptically agreed and left my truck at the shop. When I asked if they had a shuttle or a ride for customers leaving their vehicles she seemed to still have an attitude and told me no. I was able to get a ride home. Later in the day I had to call in myself to find my truck was down. Once I arrived the young lady seemed to be in a better mood, maybe because her manager or another associate was in the room. I paid for my service and reviewed the paper work which stated that the services does an inspection in your vehicle to check the condition of things, however there was no inspection done on my vehicle. When I got to my truck I had seen that the technician who had worked on my truck left oil marks all over the front end of my vehicle, failing to clean up after himself. Overall I wouldn’t come back to this dealership because of the inconvenience and lack of pride in their work and services.
Will never take my vehicle there again..Took it there because it didnt pass smog they knew exactly why it did not pass smog.. They sent us an email wanting to do service over 4000 dollars..They had our vehicle for two days did not do a thing to it and charged us over 400 dollars. I picked the car, up took it to another place who told me that it didnt pass smog because we didnt drive it far enough for computer to reset after we changed the battery..87.00..out the door!

I had a problem with my air diverter door within the car, it would make a thumping noise when switching from cabin air to outside fresh air. The small drive motor gears were broken inside the motor. This motor was impossible to get at because it was hidden well back into the dash board. It took many hours to replace the drive motor but it was replaced and is now working well. The service advisor was wonderful, we had a rewards coupon for $50 and she applied that against our repair bill. Overall, we were very pleased at the work done and the time to repair our car. (2013 Chevy Equinox)

Had my truck for 3 months ended up paying 5200 plus for them to replace parts that didn’t fix my problem as well as break my mirror assembly which they ordered and fixed and break my ac which I didn’t figure out til much later because it was winter when I got it back. Took it to Moorhead and they fixed my problem for 1700 in 3 days. I would never ever take my truck back to Chevy
Appointment scheduledn in advance. arrived and checked in timely. service needs reviewed by staff member. gave initial estimates for all assessments. within 3 hours I was contacted stating the corrections/needs for vehicle. was provided reasonable cost for the fixes. vehicle was ready by noon after an 0830am appt. will return to dealership after part arrives for 1 more correction.

I would recommend these guys even though I had a 750 dollar repair within 300 miles of purchasing. A valve in my fuel line was leaking vapor and proved to be a costly repair. Had the mechanics look over the vehicle and besides that it is in great condition.I felt the pricing was fair even though a 750 dollar hit was costly. Sayed provided great customer service, I was in and out. All that to say I did technically end up paying 750 more than the sticker price due to the repair.
I took my 2011 chevy camero into this dealership to have my ecu programmed which they quoted me $200. i was totally fine with that. robert from fairfield chevrolet drove my vehicle around back to the service department. two weeks go by and i get a call saying two rocker arms are shattered and they recommend i get a new engine and quoted me $9000!! my car ran just fine when i brought it in there. i got a ride down there the following day to find my camero sitting in the parking lot my engine was still torn apart they told me the tech didnt feel comfortable putting my engine back together so it was pushed out of the garage. they threw the parts to my car inside of it with out any car mats down. they charged me $1200 and i had my car towed to a mechanic shop. i sent a email with no responce back still!! nobody deserves this service next step is court .

So I took my Avalanche to the Awesome Team at Fairfield Chevrolet. They had done some Excellent work earlier on my Truck and was very pleased with those results. Everything was going fine but once we wanted to make a deal the sale consultant Aurelio Rico insisted on us signing blank documents that they will fill later. When we refused he got angry and started saying he didnt know the codes to just sign and someone else would fill out the paper. When we asked for all the documents to be filled out before we signed he stormed off and we over heard him complain about us. We did not think it was an unreasonable request. Thats not the costumer service that one expects when buying a car.

Everytime i bring my vehicle here there is an issue with how it is returned. Service employees do not do the full scope of their job. I had to deal with my warranty because they failed to follow up with the warranty department as they were suppose to. Bad service over all.

We purchased a 2020 Chevy Colorado last year from Fairfield Chevrolet and loved it. This year we purchased a new travel trailer and found it to be a little big for the Colorado, it towed it but just felt a larger truck would be more comfortable. The Colorado was the 6th vehicle we had purchased from this dealership and the second with the assistance of Sayed. We saw a 2021 Silverado 2500hd online at the dealership and reached out. Within minutes I received an email, a text from Taylor and a call from Sayed. This dealership always goes above and beyond with excellent customer service. We went the next day and drove the Silverado and immediately fell in love with it. It was even the same color “Red Hot” as the Colorado we had purchased. Sayed took the truck and fueled it and had it detailed by the time we were done in finance. 7 vehicles and counting from Fairfield Chevrolet and still would not even think about going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. Just to give a shout out to the service department which is also where we have all our services performed.
I buy partsand have had my truck serviced here. Decent or retail prices on parts. Customer service is good. Service reps are good.I do my own service, so its nice to have a dealership that is close and is hassle free.

When we arrived we werent aware that they actually closed at 6:00 not 8:00 . I was welcomed with good hospitality and he showed me the trucks that I wanted to see without being rushed. My experience at Fairfield Chevrolet was not too pleasant I brought my vehicle in January 28th for a few things they kept my vehicle for 30 days told me it was ready just for me to find out that for additional things were wrong with my vehicle so I didnt get a chance to find out if what I took my vehicle and was fixed so they kept my vehicle for another 30 days picked it up everything seem to be fine except for 4 days later my original problem that I brought my vehicle in for Im still having that problem took it to them had to schedule an appointment two weeks out just to take it to them for them to tell me they could not find here the noise that I brought my vehicle in for I asked him if I could send the sound to them so they could hear what the sound is and they would never allow me to send the sound in thank you.

This dealer is full of lies. I recently went in for information about a car I was interested in. We agreed that I would finance the vehicle instead of paying cash (to work my credit). I specifically told them that I felt comfortable apply to ONLY two banks (would have paid cash if I was not approved). Apparently that was not enough and they applied to about 10 different banks without my consent (it lowered my credit score significantly). After they found a loan for me, they sent me to the finance department. Everything was looking good, but the finance agent (a bigger fella) was forcing me to purchase all types of warrant and was trying to make me sign the contract without clearly stating that the warranty (an additional 3-4K) was optional. He tried to convince me by doing all types of math on his phone, which didn’t make any sense because the number he was showing me were not accurate so I decided to do my own calculations (he was rolling his eyes at me as I was doing the calculations). The finance agent was showing me one amount and the amount I calculated was significant higher (price I would be paying). He tried to act stupid and said I was doing it wrong, so I went step-by-step in front of him (like you do with little kids) and he finally admitted that the amount I calculated was correct (he had no other choice). He got upset and started giving us attitude because I refuse to sign the contract. If he would of done he job honestly without any tricks, I would have taken the car. At the end of the day I wasted 4 hours at the dealership and got a damaged credit score due to the 10 hard inquiries they ran. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone due to the lack of honesty they demonstrated.

Worst customer service. they are not professional at all. they sent me a deal, written, on a truck i was interest. i get there ready to buy and they back down on it. didnt respect their written promise. they called me again guaranteeing the deal a second time, i take the day off from work to come, yet they called when i was on my way that unfortunately they couldnt keep the deal given to me. they dont take their job and customers seriously.

Fairfield Chevrolet listed a car online at $9995. I called them and negotiated $9000, and they said theyd get back to me the next day. The next day, they called me back, agreed to $9000, and wanted to finalize the deal schedule paperwork and pickup. I explained I have a medical condition and would like to have it done remotely due to Covid, which they were very inflexible with. At the salespersons suggestion, I then got on the phone with a manager to discuss how to make the deal work remotely, and he raised the price back to $9995. I then mentioned I saw it listed online for $7995 only four days ago. He refused to honor that price or the previously-agreed upon $9000. I called back one last time later in the day to attempt to negotiate a deal, and they held firm at $9995, even though they had previously offered the car at $7995 publicly and $9000 to me. They still wouldnt budge, inexplicably, and only when I said I would be writing a Yelp review did they finally agree to $9000 again, but it felt like pulling teeth. I asked them why they had to make this process so difficult and argumentative, and he accused me of harassing them and then hung up on me. They called me once and I called twice, to try and buy a car at the agreed-upon price... that is not harassment! This business has unethical business practices! Do not do business with them!
No, the issue was never resolved. A dealership might hope that their victims would accept defeat and move on but I think this one needs frequent motivation to stay more honest. I certainly dont expect a refund unless theres a significant change in management.When even their accountant takes an active role in deceptive financial practices, stay away. Salesman Sukhi helped initiate the bait and switch, aided by the two gentlemen behind the front desk, Red and another I assume. Diego accepted the payment for the hiked price, and manager Armando repeatedly lied to me and tried to duck investigations that I launched. Most surprising was their accountant, Dana, who left me a misleading voicemail they hoped would quiet me. I still share that when asked.Unless you have a family member in the business, you wont have mob protection. The price of the car we bought jumped up $800+ while there and an unnecessary GAP fee of almost $900 appeared on price breakdown just to name the two biggest things.File reports at the BBB, NMVB, Solano County Attorney Generals Office, and DMV Investigations if they do something to you. Dont just leave a review everywhere you can.
