I mainly get my Porsche Cayenne serviced at East West but Mike will look at my other vehicles as well. You can tell he has a passion for what he is doing by just looking around in his shop.If you need your High-end German vehicle serviced correctly and with quality parts then East West is the place you should be taking your car.

The best experience I have had since owning a BMW. Mike was very transparent and friendly. The shop was impeccable. Above all, his EXPERIENCE and care for your vehicle shows in his work. He came through for me and I will come back for future repairs when in the area. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you Mike!

Awesome shop, the owner is very friendly and he really knows his stuff. Took my 2007 BMW 335i to get fixed. Twin turbo 6 cylinder vehicle, it had a major oil leak under the hood. Mike found leaking valve cover gaskets and oil filter, he cleaned it up really nice and did a fantastic job installing new OEM parts. He has a nice shop with a great location and an impressive amount of specialty tools & equipment.

Ive been dealing with Mike at East-West European Imports for over 10 years. He has worked on all of my European cars which includes Mercedes, BMWs and Porsches.I only go to East-West for work on my vehicles because I know that Mike has spent over 40 years in the industry of European auto repair.Hes a professional that you can trust, he will properly diagnosed whats wrong with your vehicle the first (1st) time, and let you know whats the best options for repair and or service.Because of his high standard of professionalism, he only uses factory or German parts on your German vehicle. These parts will cost more than alternatives Japanese and Korean parts, but those parts often fail within six months of being installed on German vehicles, than you have to go back to whatever repair shop you went too, and end up spending more money on your car all over again.Because that shop is not going to be honest and tell you its the same repair that you already paid for and they have to do it again because they wont make any money. What will happen as it often does is that shop will charge you more money for something you already paid for. This is why I only go to Mike at East-West European Imports, you get your car repaired the correct way the first time with the correct parts and all this from someone who has been in business for over 40 years and best of all you can trust them to be honest in all aspects of your car repair needs.

This shop is absolutely the best I have ever been to. The mechanic worked very hard to get down to the source of my problem and communicated with me throughout the whole repair process. I absolutely will be going back and highly recommend him if you want an honest mechanic. Very reasonable rates as well.

THE BEST!!! I Had my 2007 BMW 530I in the shop and out the same day with a new factory water pump and thermostat installed at half the cost of a dealership. The price was more than reasonable and the labor and customer service was excellent. I highly recommend if you want your repairs done right the first time. Thanks East West,FRANK C.

Good honest work. Pricey, but if you have high end troubles, you want someone you can trust. Clean shop with current diagnostic tools. Plays jazz in background to keep the Zen vibe. Leads to work done right I reckon.

This is the rudest automotive workshop I have ever had the displeasure to work with. The mechanic had the audacity to tell me to have my car towed to another shop because the part he would have to order would take a week to get there and he didnt want my car in his parking lot. He also charged me 368$ for a clutch fan replacement that literally costs any private shop worth their salt 150-200$ parts and labor. Avoid this shop at all costs unless you like being treated rudely by a know-it-all mechanic, and taken for a ride when it comes time to pay.
