They are hands down 5 stars .. I had posted a request for referrals for my daughters car and They came highly recommended... I have to say they were honest, friendly, patient and understanding. They were willing to work with us on parts that needed to replace versus other parts depending on the cost.. We did get work done there We needed something replaced a couple months later that was under warranty and they did it without hesitation 100%! I feel comfortable sending my teenage daughter in there having them take a look at it and let me know what is wrong with it... There is not a lot of places that you can say that about! Absolutely highly recommend you will not be disappointed!

First time stopping by this service center. I was actually there to help my brother drop off his car. He called and the team had him bring the car over moments later. Joe managed to address the issue same day and had it ready for my brother only a few hours later. He even managed to assist me with a minor issue on my car and give a recommendation for my collision repair, when we stopped by to pick up the car!Great first impression from the team here, and I can see why they already have positive reviews. Extremely friendly staff. I went in to have a one-off project done for my boat. I went in and the owner Joe greeted me immediately. Asked what I needed help with, I showed him what I was struggling with. He took me to the back and started working on removing the stubborn bolt. He used multiple techniques and even taught me a few things I didnt know.I would refer anyone I know to this location. I walked in 45 minutes after they opened without prompting them ahead of time. Asked them if they could look at my car as the check engine line turned on yesterday evening. They were incredibly busy but they were so nice and looked at it. I needed to have work done to try and correct the light so I was told to return back at 2pm which I was happy to do. I turned up at 2 and they working on my car while they were still really, really busy. We waited in the front while it was being worked on. There was a tv and coffee station and clean restroom available just a few feet away. The staff was all very nice and helpful. They even offered an activity for my kid to play with while we waited. Very very happy with the service. Im glad we found a reliable mechanic just minutes from home. Highly recommend.

Didnt have any records showing I brought my car there before. Was not a good sign, aside from having to bring my car back from the 1st time they worked on my car. They were suppose to fix my ac and my ac still wasnt working and start leaking freon. Honestly I wouldnt recommend that place to anyone, im going somewhere else wasnt helpful at all.

I will give this shop my business when I need repairs. Hands down my favorite shop. Their customer service is very helpful, kind and patient. They also dont rip you off. Have an older car and one shop wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars for a new exhaust pipe and all that entails. They said they could just patch it for a fraction of the price and were even honest about how long it would last and that despite it not being a permanent fix, it would do for the few short years I owned it. Works great.

Super friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and fair prices. I was well informed throughout the process of fixing my van with options on new or remanufactured parts. The repairs came with a 2 year or 24,000 mile warranty at no extra charge. This was my first visit and I definitely will be back for my future automotive needs including oil changes. I felt comfortable waiting in the waiting room and had some good conversation with Kitti. I didnt feel pressured nor did they try to upsell me at all. Great service from people that will treat you fairly. Service done right and either completed by or reviewed by the owner, Joe, master mechanic. This repair shop will not add on services you do not need and will tell you straight up if its a service you should take elsewhere, think dealer. Don the manager has been there through a name change and changes of ownership. Prices are fair and comparable or better than most other places and far better than the dealer. They also offer a 2 year/24k mile warranty. One of the few dealers I feel I can trust!

Wonderful shop! Joe, the owner and ASE mechanic, really knows his stuff. I took 3 used cars to them for inspection before purchasing them. He is uber critical and detailed when inspecting the cars. They will walk through all that was found and in their opinion assign priorities. I avoided 2 horrible used cars that looked well enough because of this service! The last one purchased because it passed his approval. More so, one vehicle he did not perform the whole inspection because it was that bad (transmission shot) and did not charge me the full amount which shows me he is fair with his business dealings. Kitty is great too answering questions setting up appointments, even squeezing me in despite a full day. They are definitely passionate about vehicles and have the knowledge to back it up. Fully 100% reccomend!

This is the second time I’ve had my vehicle serviced at Fairfield Automotive. TOP NOTCH SERVICE! I came to these guys for a second opinion about an issue I was having with my car. A Ford dealer had told me I needed a CV axle and tie rods and quoted me nearly $1000 to fix my vehicle. I am so happy that I got a second opinion. For $350 my car is driving PERFECTLY again with the new wheel hub. I WILL be calling these guys first from now on!

I took a used vehicle here to get it inspected before purchasing it and they did a fantastic job. The owner inspected it and gave me a very thorough and honest breakdown of the vehicle including estimates on the cost to resolve the issues. He was friendly and helpful. My only issue was that he and the guy running the front desk talked WAY too loudly as though I was standing 20 feet away from them.

Don is always very helpful. Even if theyre full, he always finds a way to help out. I refuse to take my car anywhere else because he has gained my trust over the years and I feel like he doesnt over charge or tell me I need things when I dont. This is the only place my husband and I trust with our vehicles.

Fairfield Automotive did a great job on my daughter’s Mercury Sable recently. They’ve also done excellent work on my son’s Scion as well - and he drives for Uber. Don and company get the job done right and complete their work promptly; and, they tell you up front what type of repairs they anticipate. No surprises. Their prices are competitive as well. I like this garage.

Busy little shop. Friendly and honest folks to deal with. Fixed right the first time. They do all work. Good products used for repairs. They dont sell Interestate Batteries ( which is the only battery ive used for 30 years, but no biggie. Would highly recommend

This is my go to place to get any work done on my car. Don has always been super helpful whenever I need to schedule an oil change or any other type of work. I had to bring three kids with me this last time and I was so very thankful they had a television and I was able to change the channel from some show like the view but different to the price is right. At least the kids were very patient watching drew Carey on the price is right while the guys changed my oil and had a filter brought over. Even with having to get a filter delivered I was there less than an hour. We didnt get to see who won the showcase showdown or even who got to go to it.

My wife and I drove several hours to test drive a car in the area. However, upon driving it, I had serious concerns. Not wanting to lose out on a possible good deal, we decided to find someone to give it a quick look. We pulled into Fairfield Automotive and asked Joe, its owner, to look at it. He was already closed but still thoroughly checked it out and gave us what I felt to be sound advice. I know quite a bit about vehicles too and really feel this guy knows his business and is very honest. We talked a little more afterwards and I would highly recommend this place for good and honest service. If I lived in the area, Joe would be my mechanic. Thanks Joe

Needed a used car looked at to determine if it was a good car to buy. They went through it very thoroughly and found things I never would have picked up on and helped me make a sound decision to not buy the car. Saved me big money. They did diagnostics, drove it around and put it up on the rack like it a was car they were going to buy. They knew exactly what to look for and know how to treat customers right.
