Did great work on my car. A little pricey but had to choice. The owner was great. Was supposed to take my car back to have the back brakes done but got no answer. Called for 3 days straight.

I brought in my 2004 Honda Civic to this shop due to engine overheating. Jaime was the mechanic who looked into my car and gave me a call a few hours later telling me that I it was the Head Gasket that caused the overheating on my car. He also told me that i needed to replace the motor and that would cost me $4,000.00, over $5,000.00 including labor. My engine oil didnt look like mocha. He knew there was a crack in the radiator which he showed me. I decided to take my car back paid a $100.00 consultation fee. I went to Auto Zone bought a radiator for $120.00 and installed it myself. I put some new coolant and bleed the air out. i took it for a test drive and was running great. My car wasnt overheating anymore. He was just selling me something I didnt need and a bogus Head Gasket consultation fee.

First off let me start by saying, I found this place off of google due to its reviews.I went to get an oil change somewhere else who told me I had all these issues under my hood. When I brought my car to Jaime, he literally stopped what he was doing to give it a look. I had multiple issues with my car that towards the end it almost looked impossible to fix.What I appreciate the most aside from his time and labor is he explained everything to me thoroughly. What’s under my hood, how it works, and why. I’m a younger mom of two and i honestly couldn’t have told you anything other than how to change my oil (at least when it comes to under my hood) and now I feel confident when I pop my hood. Considering all of the maintenance and labor, all of the work was considerably affordable and Jaime always took care of me.All the work that has been needed (thus far) has been in the span of about 3 weeks or so. Every week he has dedicated time to my car and I. After the first visit he called me to speak about my car and follow up, and I appreciate that. He’s got a right hand, Patrick, who is just as prompt. I appreciate them both.Jaime is personable, PROMPT, honest, and thoughtful (Just as Patrick). I am so lucky to have gotten lucky on the first try - and grateful. Even if I moved, I would still come back to this shop. Recommend recommend recommend.

Jaime is honest when telling you what needs to be done! Our first experience with Jaime was when we were told we needed new brake pads! I called all over getting quotes, when I called Guaranteed Auto Repair Jaime told me that if we just had pads put on wed need new rotors in no time. We just had him repair our AC unit and window reservoir. His work is excellent, prices are fair and we get our vehicle back in a timelymanner! We wont take our vehicles anywhere else! Highly recommend Jaime

I busted my oil pan by running up a median! I drove my Dodge Charger straight over to Jaime. He took my Charger right in with no hesitation no appointment. I can honestly say this is a very professional Family Ran Business. I recommend this Mechanic!!

From the first call made to me walking out the door service was excellent. My car hasnt run this smooth since I first bought it in 2007. Being female, its not easy working with auto mechanics. Hi folks, sorry about the bad review below, this person was not even a customer of mine, his father was. I did a custom engine transplant and told the customer up front in writing that the parts would be extra. The initial estimate only covered the engine, transmission, and labor. When i presented the parts bill is when i became the bad guy.The father, whose name i wont disclose, claims that i was wrong and he complained to the higher ups. To avoid any further hassles i gave the customer $4000.00 in free parts and both parties dropped their respective lawsuits. Needless to say i no longer do difficult to estimate cutom jobs. Jaime and his wife are honest, warm welcoming, trusting, and reassuring! I had such a great experience. Prior to taking my car to Guaranteed Auto Repair I had taken my car to another auto repair shop where they told me I had a torn cv boot and seepage. I asked Jaime to check and both mechanics checked every inch of my car. It was confirmed that there were no issues with my cv boot or seeping. Jaime was kind enough to walk me over to my car to show me and explained everything. He answered all my questions and NEVER made me feel pressured to buy anything or to tag on any service that I didn’t need. I would definitely recommend this auto repair shop to anyone!

Took my sons newly used purchase 04 Acura here and discovered it had major problems. Jaime was honest and did a fab job. He even looked at my car and offered professional advice at no cost. I called him weeks later for more advice on the kind of car to purchase and he took time to advise me again. This has now become my families new repair shop after looking for a year. I am extremely pleased with the work done on our truck! I took a chance and had my truck towed in after breaking down on the freeway. This is my only vehicle to get to work and Jaime had it fixed by the end of day. Jaime was curtious and told me not to sress...Our truck works GREAT! Thank you Jaime!

Horrible customer service! I spent maybe more than $3000+ at Guaranteed Auto and less than 6 months my car remains with the same problems. I went to confront the owner and he told me, I dont have reason to be frustrated. I was very displeased with the lack of unprofessionalism he displayed. Even when I approached him civilized and casual expressing my concerns, he had very bad sacarsim for his horrible work. I tried to express that I was unsatisfied that I am stuck with the same issue and it will even cost me more $$ to fix but he was inconsiderate. Customer service is all about making your customer / client feel at ease but he had a terrible way of showing humility. I dont recommend spending your hard earned money here.

This shop is very small and run by one guy. He is unbelievably honest and fair. I try to get all of my work done by him. There have been times when he thought the part was overpriced and ended up doing the labor for free because he felt like I was getting ripped off. If he rips anyone off it is himself! I haven’t had any problems with the quality of work being done. I wish all car places were this honest.

DENNIS AND BEN ARE THE BEST!!!! I can not say enough good about them. In the past they see a woman coming and its like they make it there business to jack us up, but coming to Guaranteed is like a breath of fresh air...finally a mechanic thats really an ace, knowledgable,very honest, great prices, and quick...i feel sooo blessed i found them thanks to Mr. Andre B. I would really miss them if they would leave.

Lier currently has been report 8 time to BAR for false estimates. quoting 1 price then increase the price apon pick/delivery with no contact to advise the customers of additional work. Then will threatene storage fee ifor you dont pay. Had to recover my vehicle though litagation. NEVER GO HERE!!
