Stopped by an emission test. The lobby was big enough to stay. The lady at the front desk was friendly and kind. The test was very quick. Initially 40 mins estimated but it only took less than 20 mins. If first time, there are parking spaces in the left side with the signs for emission tests. Park and go straight to the office and they will take care of it quickly and professionally.

Professional and trusting work. Each technician is full of knowledge, super friendly and they dont bs you. This is the only place Ill bring my cars because I know its done right and for a fair price.

I have taken two sets of aftermarket wheels here for mounting and road force balancing. The first set of wheels were 20 years old and FTAC helped diagnose that they were no longer round. Then, I took the new wheels there and they did their best to balance those tires, and ultimately diagnosed that one of the tires was out of round. Finally, after the tires were replaced by Discount Tire Direct, they re-mounted and balanced the new tires. My set up is now fine. But let me tell you, these guys took the extra steps to get it right! And were friendly and helpful while doing so, which is not like another road force balancing tire company that Ive used in town. At that place, they seemed like doing custom work was a burden. I will definitely be coming back to FTAC.

Best mechanics I have ever had.

Went here for a emission test, told me that I needed an appointment. Wouldnt take me even though 5 workers were sitting in the garage doing nothing..go somewhere else

This place is as crooked and dishonest as they come. They sold me a brand new tire 4 months ago and it turns out I did not need it at all. I brought my truck in for a slow tire leak I had. They put the new tire on and I was good for 2-3 months until I noticed the new tire was also slowly leaking. Turns out, my wheels were all rusted out. So they now want to sell me rims at a 200% markup for what you can buy yourself online.Whats worse is this did not happen just once to me at this place. They recommended I get two new tires on the rear two weeks ago because my treads were below the legal limit.So in all, they mounted three brand new tires on 3 rusted out old rims, knowing full well that I would likely have to come back to them for the slow leaks so they could then sell me the new rims at a premium. Nice way of doing business. Dishonesty is the only policy at this Goodyear location.

Adam and the whole staff are outstanding. I’ve been having my car serviced here (oil changes, brakes, belts, transmission, etc) for a few years and they always take great care of me and my car. It is very nice to find a reliable and trustworthy repair shop - and that’s exactly what this is!

Highly recommended!!! The entire staff was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. From Eileen at the desk, to Adam and his team, you couldnt ask for better service. I had a nail in my tire over a long holiday weekend, and went in with no appointment. After a look over, it was determined I needed a new tire. Adam explained very thoroughly exactly why. They put the spare on for me, and the auto center was closed for the holiday, but Eileen called me as SOON as the tire arrived (needed to be ordered). Adam and his team had me come in first thing in the morning, they greeted me at my car, and had me out of there on the way to make my train in about 20 minutes total. Couldnt sing the praises of this place and the wonderful team high enough! They all go above and beyond. While I am new to town, I will definitely use this as my go-to place and family members also have had the same feedback. Thank you!!

Inexpensive, no-hassle oil change

Since moving to this area about one year ago, I have been to this Goodyear Auto Center three times and I have been extremely happy with the service I have received each time. The employees are very friendly, efficient, and well qualified. Plus- I couldnt believe how reasonably priced the oil change was. And, this is the first time ever that the little tag alerting me to my next oil change had 5000 miles written instead of the 3000 that most service centers write down no matter what type of oil is in the vehicle. I strongly recommend this service center!

Excellent. Great service. Prices are fair and in line with online and printed recommendations. Part mark up is minimal. They will really talk through their findings with you (and show you if you want). They will tell you what is truly needed and what isn’t. They aren’t interested in gouging anyone. I have had sOne bad experiences with other mechanics in the area. I would not take my car anywhere else.

Theres no one else I would trust with my car. Their staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable and their service is impeccable! They dont try to oversell you like many other auto centers do, they tell you exactly what is wrong with your car and what needs to get done to fix it without any extra fluff.

Id give them 0 stars if I could. There are hundreds of tire shops in Connecticut and I had the unfortunate experience of choosing this one to give my $ to. Maybe the prices are great, I would rather spend twice as much to avoid the abysmal customer service and the rude, unhelpful employees.

This place is Big time Ripppppoff. Got a flat tire fixed for $30.38 with $22.50 in Labour cost. No regret on their face. Never ever going back. ZERO STAR.

They do everything the nearby VW dealership did for my Jetta. They are more convenient, friendly, and cost-effective. Ive never gone wrong with the extended warranty on tires, given the smooth roads of Bridgeport. Highly recommended.

SO TERRIBLE! Never bring your car here. They worked on my car for hours then told me that they couldnt fix it. They did NOTHING for my car and still charged me. When I asked if there was anything they could do the manager was EXTREMELY rude and very dismissive. Very poor service. Never go here.
