Great customer service. I didn’t feel taken advantage of. I thought I needed new brakes but Jefreey said that I don’t need to just yet and gave me options on what kind of maintenance I can do at that moment. He didn’t try to sell me services that I don’t necessarily need. My car runs great. Fair prices, I would recommend them to family and friends.

*** BE CAREFUL I WAS ROBBED FOR $500 BY MULTITECH. My truck had 40k miles and i had a check engine code appear, i paid multitech the fee to diagnose it and i get a phone call saying i need a tune up and new cables (which makes no sense at 40k miles because cables should last 100k). I specifically asked three times during that phone call if thats forshure the issue and if it will get rid of the c.e.l code and i was reassured that thats 100% it so i said okay ill get the tune up. Fast forward to when i pick it up and $500 later my light came back on and they told me to bring it in again they wont charge me to diagnose the c.e.l AGAIN. turns out it was just an issue with a recall that chevy covered for free all along. So this time i was told they couldnt figure it out and they still tried to charge me the fee to look at it after i was told they wouldnt charge me again for that. I had to remind the mechanic that he reassured me i wouldnt have to pay it and he hesitated then out of nowhere his memory refreshened but he definately tried to get me for that fee again. After arguing with the mechanic for so long trying to get him to admit he was wrong he finally chased me outside to the parking lot, yanked open my car door in an aggrssive manner and apologized and admitted he was wrong but stated he couldnt give me a full refund but gave me a free oil change. Which of course makes sense  on his behalf to give the guy a free oil change after i just got him for 600+ and tried to go for 700+. BE CAREFUL. I DO NOT RECCOMEND.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for a few months now (work GMC van, commuter Honda civic and Toyota corolla)They always do a great job with my repairs at a reasonable price and they are super fast too.Highly recommended 👌🏾

Jeffrey at Multi-Tech is an excellent mechanic and I highly recommend his service. The shop is clean and well organized. The guys that work there are sharp and professional. Youll get an honest estimate and top-notch work. They take pride in their skills and it shows. You can get almost any type of repair, from a simple oil change to more advance engine work. They are now my official go-to guys and theyll be yours too.

My Honda has 189,000 miles on it and was running terrible. I took it in and Jeffrey made it run just like brand new the guy straight up and honest.

Excellent service! When many others gave me the run around for something simple and urgent like changing a light. Despite the fact they were busy, I was given immediate assistance. Great price and location. Other locations quoted me extremely high for tune ups. The price here was reasonable and I dont have to wait days to get my car back like with the local dealership for a BMW. Thank you!

I brought my 2008 BMW 335i for an oil change. The shop gave me a great deal for an oil change of $75. The owner is a very nice guy. Their shop is very clean and looks professional. They seem to work on German cars a lot. They were very quick changing oil. They also did reset oil change service. I will come here again.Recommend this shop!

Jeffrey is very helpful my husband and I have gone to his shop a few times for oil changes and other issues our cars have had. He is straight forward and efficient at what he does even with his busy schedule he will try to have your car available as soon as possible. Prices are reasonable depending on your car needs. I was unaware this was by appointment. Stopped in to get oil change and the owner said he was waiting for a part for another job so he took me. He found my oil leak(lose oil filter) from previous place. Did a professional job Very happy . Wifes car next.

Had some vehicle damage underneath my car due to hitting a concrete block in the middle of the street. Jeff did an inspection and worked with my insurance for repairs. Used yelp to throw around a few quote requests in my area and this place came up as very reasonable. I took it in to have my wipers looked at as they were moving very slow. Jeff took a lot of time to get to the bottom of why they werent working right, and he was very accommodating to working with me on when to bring it in because of my work schedule. Hes done an amazing job. Would definately come back again for other work.

My 2001 PT cruiser’s timing belt broke on the way to work. I saw the reviews for Multitech auto repair we’re good and thought I would take a chance. John gave a decent quote. He tried to get the part earlier but was unable to. He got it that evening and told me it would be ready tomorrow. He called me 9 o’clock that night to tell me that he finished the repair. It was impressive that he would keep working until the job was done. He even called the next day to make sure the car was still running OK. Great follow up! I think I just found my new go to mechanic.

My car desperately needed it’s 105,000 service. I never have time for anything. I’m trying to schedule this service for first appointment Saturday morning. I asked for a few quotes and decided on Multi-Tech because they worked with my schedule and they gave a reasonable quote. I explain when I dropped off the car that something is hang and dragging under the car and car has a rough idle. Jeff said he will look at it. He called me at 11:30am, the time I needed my car told me it was ready. We went over everything when I arrived and he explained the thing dragging is a broken cover. He made a temporary repair and told me I can get it fix when I’m ready. Also he made additional repairs that I needed. The invoice was less what I was quoted I was impressed! When I drove my car home, I immediately noticed that the rough idle was gone! My car is back to normal!! I will be back for my oil change in three month. Thank you!

Jefreey Rojas did an awesome job on my RAV4. He replaced the engine, alternator, etc. Great price, honest, knowledgeable, they know what they are doing! Work was completed earlier than expected. We will definitely recommend Multi-tech Auto!
