I got an oil change first and was holding out onbuying new tires until later in the year. After my first visit I had a nail in one tire so Pfefferle ordered new ones and put on my spare to save a little money until the tires came in. They were reasonable on their prices and friendly and easy to work with. I will go back again when I need my car serviced.

Stopped in for an oil change and a tire leak fix. They were super speedy and the price was reasonable. I get my oil changed here regularly and they always do a great job. With kids, I appreciate the fast service.

I love this repair shop! Their service is quick, reliable and the people are extremely friendly. Above all I appreciate their honesty. For a repair shop and tire shop to tell me I don’t need tires yet or I don’t need to have my brakes done yet is a rare kind of shop.

Unless you have an abundant amount of time to wait for no reason even when you make an appointment then this place isnt for you. I thought when you made an appointment with places it was so it happened during that time and not later on but thats not the case with this place. And apparently the mechanics know your car better than you know your own so dont even try to tell them whats wrong with it because they wont believe you. I would recommend to any other place inside of Fairfield or any other place that works on cars before I would recommend this place ever again.

Chris was the utmost professional I appreciate the fact that Allen tried to find the best most cost efficient route to fix my mechanical issue. There was honest information provided and no pressure to hurry up and proceed given my costly diagnosis. I plan to use AMD seek them.out in the future.

I have been coming to Pfefferle for years. I love these guys! Chris always has a smile on his face when talking to customers. All of the people there are friendly, knowledgeable, and they don’t take you down the road on what they do. They don’t push you into anything not necessary but make sure to let you know when it is. If they have a concern they take the time to explain it so you know exactly what’s going on. They call you if they find something to see if you want it done first with a cost and let you decide. The service took less time than I expected, and I’m pleased with the quality. While we waited Chris was pleasant and made small talk with myself and my kids. Definitely will return for any future services I will need or family/friends.

Used the over night drop off box as parts to do the repair would not be available until the next day. All went very well as they were able to service my car and do the repairs and other maintenance work in a very timely manner.

We had to have our oil changed in order to keep our Warranty. I saw their sign and thought..well....they could prolly do it...I walked in and felt comfortable immediately. So now...they will be Our Mechanics. Im not into VALUE.....as a tradesman myself..I want QUALITY WORK!! Money is paper..my Wife and Kids...are my World. I trust Pfefferle.

I had to buy new tires and Pfefferle had the lowest price for Michelin Defenders & I checked 5 other places online. I got 4 tire alignment along w 4 tires, installation & balancing for the same price or less than 4 w install and balancing at the others. They also, at my request, checked my brakes & shocks: those were fine. I was very happy and would reccomend and go there again.

Very detailed, explained the different aspects of a tire and took the time to ask questions to make sure I was being quoted the tires I needed. Oil change service was as expected- GREAT. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in helping me select the tires to meet my needs and match vehicle. Service was on time and the job was completed professionally. I requested a tire alignment if one was needed but they checked it and told me it was not required so I was not charged for a full alignment. I called late in the evening one day, dropped off the car, and had 4 new tires on my vehicle in less than a day. I am satisfied with the service they provided and will return with the wifes vehicle when tires are needed. They even included an extra copy of the receipt for the Michelin mail-in rebate. Good competent service is hard to find these days but these guys fit the bill!

The guys here are AMAZING. I’ve been taking my Mazda 6 to them for a little over 2 years. One time they were able to replace brakes that A BRAKE SHOP couldn’t figure out. Most recently we dropped off the car at 7:15AM without any forewarning when we had issues with it starting and we had jumped it. Not only did they fit us into the schedule last minute, but I had a call with a diagnosis and pricing 1 hour later. Just some genuinely good people and they have definitely earned our continued business!

Very nice and professional workers. Called to get a tire they ordered one for me and got it on same day. Took about 30 minutes for a new tire and headlight replacement. I thought it would’ve been longer. Fast and hassle free can’t beat that. Would definitely recommend coming here for your auto maintenance.

They do good work, have been using them for all my auto needs since 2004. Prices have increased over the years, but I have not had inconvenient breakdowns following Steve and Chris’s recommended maintenance.

Bought two new tires. Called them in the morning and they had the tires in the same day and had them on by the afternoon. Ive also gone here in the past for oil changes. Would definitely recommend! Remember - shop local!

Pfefferle is my place for car work, I have been going there for over 30 years. They always tell it like it is and make any repairs accurately and on the estimated time. Safety is their policy and the guys there are good at what they do.

The battery on my 2013 Volkswagen Beetle was dead. Called and I was able to get my car fixed the next day! I didnt have to wait long. Everyone I spoke with was really nice, honest and fair! This will be my repair shop from now on. Thank You!

I wish I could give this company *6* stars out of five. Yesterday I brought in a car which was overdue for regular service in terms of time, but was not yet due in terms of mileage. Chris Pfefferle checked the cars computer and determined that I did not yet need an oil change or other service. He topped off the fluids and checked the tire pressure, then sent me on my way with no charge. This is an EXTREMELY HONEST and CUSTOMER-FOCUSED company.

They checked the tire for a leak, filled all to the same psi and asked me to return a week later. When I did, the tires had held steady.
