Adam is so rude. He will personally call you back to let you know how rude you are if you let them know how bad your experience is. FYI... you better have a good experience or else, should be their motto.

The Service writer at front desk was very knowledgeable & Friendly. The are an honest shop with fair pricing.They have a Customer for life here.

Took our car in to get served and what a waste of money. The car got returned to us with the expectation that the problem was fixed. The car sounded just as it had when we dropped it off. Tried explaining it wasn’t fixed they didn’t seem to think their was a problem to fix. We took the car back and had them drive with us to point out the sound. It was noticed then and looked at. Rpm had our vehicle again and claimed it wasn’t a problem they could fix. As they needed a welder. Rpm then scheduled something with Palmer muffler so that they could get some weld work done, they hoped that would solve our vehicle problem. Something didn’t seem right so we took it to a dealership. The dealership examined our vehicle for a good 3hrs no cost. It was a simple fix, the air filter wasn’t properly placed. Weld work was not needed. The money and time spent at Rpm was a waste.

Great reminder that there are still good people out there!! I am not from the area and blew a tire on my jet ski trailer on 34 last night. Sat on the side of the road for over 2 hours. Adam saw me on his way to another call and on his way back saw me still sitting there. Came aired up my spare and changed my tire, bo charge!! Thanks again Adam!!

Speedy recovery time!

Called for a tow, and explained that we were in the travel portion. They arrived quickly, and were very helpful with a problem we were having with AAA that evening.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. the went ABOVE & BEYOND the service needed. my car broke down right off of 163 last night I called AAA to tow my car from Fairfield to Altoona was going to take awhile. I informed them I had a 6 month old baby in the car. RPM sent someone with a truck to pick us up & take us to the shop so we would be warm atleast. mind you at this point its 430pm. got to the shop & Travis showed incredible compassion & amazing customer service. my ride wasnt going to be there til almost 7pm. Travis said no big deal I dont have any plans its fine. he also provided a phone charger so I could have my phone while waiting. Around 5pm the tow truck driver who was taking my car home with my fiance offered to take me to Hyvee so that I was able to have amenities if needed & to ensure I felt comfortable while waiting. I did take the offer & when dropped off I was assisted in getting my son & things out of the truck. I will tell everyone I know about this incredible company & the people who work there! I told my fiance we should buy them some beer :)

Rpm is fast and great place to get my car fixed everytime

Randy complained constantly that towing rates were ridiculous here in Fairfield. His solution was to get into towing himself....then charge $200 to tow a car 5 blocks?!?! Bring plenty of Lube before calln this Dude!!!

Do yourself a favor and use Mikes Towing instead, these guys will charge you $100 for a tow in town. unbelievably bad service from them as well
