The staff were very helpful! I was looking for specific items and they guided me in the right direction each time. They answered all of my questions.

Employees dont care about customer service or the state of the store. Disorganized, difficult to get assistance, and poor selection at this particular store. Found a toy in a $3 party favor bin, along with about 30 other toys exactly like it. Was told at the register it should have been in a $5 bin and was charged $5. Same thing happened with a costume accessory that was stocked incorrectly under a $10 label. I was charged $20. No apologies from the cashier, no attempts to rectify the situation by offering a discount or moving the other incorrectly placed items.

This is the worst store ever for curb side pickup. My mother who is handicapped went there to pick up an order and not only was the order not ready but when they brought it out half the order was missing and my daughter had to go in to get the rest of the order. Now you would think that would get us all of our order. It didnt. However when my daughter asked about a missing item they told her that it was canceled because it was out of stockBut they couldnt explain why it was still charged to my card.Dont shope here using curbside.

Everything was organized. Not surprised since there is no holidays around this time. We all know how it looks here during Halloween. Lol.

Ordered in advance. Missed my order and asked me to wait for 15 min after two days to re make my orders.No respect for customer time or value.If you order be ready to be greeted well but dont receive your service.Manager is horrible and do not respect customer.Claim that its COVID and have lots of back order.You may get your service or not, just like a lottery.

The place to find all your party need. they have everything and i mean everything from candy to pinatas. the only thing missing is the mexican candy to make it official.

Party City is a great place to find a wide variety of merchandise for birthday parties, weddings, showers, and GOOD COSTUMES. Unfortunately, the check out line is usually long and they always seem to have only 1 or 2 cashiers.. moving very slow. Ive noticed that the party favors are usually out of stock. I went on Sept 22 and several boxes were empty. Went back on Oct 14..same empty box. If fact that entire area was a completely unorganized and look exactly the same as my prior visit. They also need some theft control. As a customer its disappointing when you want to buy an item and every package has been opened and stolen.. OH..FYI you purchase a mylar balloon and ask for it to be filled at the time of purchase..they wont do it. You have to make an appointment to have your balloons filled.☹

A young lady by the name of Kayla was SO amazing. I got help from some other lady that told me the items I was looking for were not in stock, but yet Kayla went and actually looked and they had everything I was looking for!Kayla is so kind and sweet and I appreciate everything her hard work.

Absolutely love shopping at the store for little knick-knacks for special occasions. But it is always missing a lot of stock. Cant figure out why every time I go in there. Youll see in caps and shelves that are completely empty. But they still have a price tag underneath them. . Whoever the ordering, please order faster those of us who would like to indulge in shopping in your store need items to purchase. Pay attention to your Trends because your customers are you might want to get this right because when Michaels comes you guys are up for some competition.

Awesome! SO MUCH neat stuff! I knew they had all kinds of part supplies but did not know the had Easter-basket goodies; I loaded up! Had my two year old with me & she had a ball! The staff was friendly AND they had a clean bathroom! 😘

Big giant overprised store with nothing in it. Website says inventory is available but when you arrive at the store they say the sku numbers are wrong and that we as the customer can call the 800 number to correct the inventory. Dont waste your time or your money

They didnt let me return merchandise after Halloween. It wasnt an expensive item either and you can very obviously tell it hadnt been opened. Its not a problem with this specific store but the company.

My kids love to come here. They keep raising prices to their candy lol the reason why my kids love to come. Its kinda scattered I side but I live going there around the holidays....they have a great selection of things

I always find what I need here and last time I was in I got a really friendly cashier, she replaced the balloon that popped in the parking lot as I tried to get them in my car.

They have a wide variety of costumes and party favors that you cant always find. I like that they stay open later on the days before Halloween too, it helps when you have to work AND fill in the last costume accessories!

My friend and I returned about forty dollars worth of over brought WWE wrestling things my seven years old party it turned out great.

The store was fine. The bathroom was atrocious. It was so dirty and filthy I nearly threw up just going in. I dont know when is the last time they cleaned it but it needs a good overall. The next thing was it was two of us waiting in line and had to stand in line for nearly 20 minutes because it was only one associate at the check stand. And I guess someone was having an issue and poor thing she was there by herself and me and another lady was standing in line for the longest. To me that was bad customer service the manager or someone should have come out and helped out and apologize to us for having to stand there for so long. Ive been to a party cities in other places it was clean and customer service was on their job.

Wide selection of party decorations, favors and the like. Often feels overpriced for mostly disposable, one-time use items. You pay for convenience I suppose...

Party City has a lot of varieties of items for every party. Whether you want elegant or simple party ideas and items, you can find all you need at Party City. They have it all, you will never be disappointed going to Party City.

Their okay. Almost all of this and more you can get at your local walmart. Honestly its not worth it. The only time it is worth it is when Halloween comes by and they get all their crazy looking props and what not, then its okay infact thats what the 2 stars are for otherwise its just a good waist of time and a big zero stars.

The guy that was helping us did a Crappy job with our balloons. Two of them flew away as soon as we stepped out of the store. The guy didnt tied them up tight and he wasnt paying attention to what he was doing.

They have a lot of fun stuff that can be used to make a big event even bigger.

Went to get some construction hats for my sons birthday around monday and they had a few and I asked if they had more and they told me to call back thursday (today) so after a couple of attempts to call with no answer I went in and they had none of the ones I wanted and when I asked all they could say is I dont know, didnt bother to attempt to look or anything. Wont be shopping here again thats for sure.

You can find good deals at times and they stock well ahead of upcoming holidays but they seem to have it down to a science because once you get a week out from major events ( Superbowl, Halloween, etc) they start to run short. I dont usually see the same employees more than once or twice so I think that there is a high turnover. The staff that work there seem a bit overworked and spread thin. Theyre generally friendly but also generally not around for assistance either. They sell great balloons and I think they could do even more if they had more helium tanks and another person, especially at graduation time etc. We waited 2 and 1/2 hours for 3 simple Mylar balloons ( not in the store, and we didnt need them In a rush so it was okay-ish, but we had to go back to work and then stop back by on break). The cashier line is slow mainly because they usually only have one. Its a Party City but I dont have another to at this time...however the dollar store is faster for balloons.
