Even though the Stern and Foster was not on sale, Amir helped if getting that item discounted as well with an overall savings of Over $1200.00 according to the invoice. I bought a mattress 6 months ago and finally decided it was too firm and I wasn’t going to get used to it. I bought it from Sarah. I went in and decided I wanted a better mattress and Sarah went to great measures to make sure I was satisfied. She exchanged the mattress and didn’t try to push me as a salesman whatsoever. I never leave reviews but Sarah deserves a raise for her caring attitude towards customers.

Yelena helped me a ton when I was in the store. I tested several mattresses until, once again, I fell in love with the Simmons Beautyrest(almost fell asleep!) She tried several different ways to finance my purchase, but the terms were not favorable for me. My cash back card did the trick.Yelena was able to track down a floor model mattress for a whopping savings of 50% off! You heard right 50%! It also came with a $200 towards an adjustable base, which I scooped up.On delivery day the guys were very efficient, picked up my old mattress and box springs(20 year old Beautyrest) Set up my adjustable base and mattress. Ill be sleeping great for some time now!A good mattress should be a persons 3rd biggest purchase in life, only behind housing and auto. After all we do spend 1/3 of our lives in bed!

I went in on a Friday after work, just intending to look at mattresses. I recently purchased a home and needed a new mattress for the master bedroom. Kira warmly greeted me and listened to what I was looking for. She showed me multiple options and then was able to get me a GREAT deal on the type of mattress I had in mind. Sarah was very helpful. I would give her a 10 out of 10. But the pillow came in an open box, im not so happy about it. An extra box wouldve been perfect to protect the beautiful pillow, good thing it wasnt damaged.

Great service was looking for a particular mattress because of my Fibromyalgia and the guy in Vacaville recomended a mattress but it was out of Stock so he called the Fairfield store and just my luck they had the one I wanted and it was half off and the guy at the Fairfield store (the one near Mancinis) was very patient because my husband went inside and doesnt speak English so he called me and asked for my info and even helped my husband load it in my van super curtious and helpful at this store will highly recommend them

We were looking for a new mattress for our daughters bed. Called, Mattress Firm in Fairfield and spoke with CJ. We told him our needs and he said he could help us find the right mattress. Drove down and met with CJ. Mattress Firm was very COVID friendly. He wore a mask as well as we did. They had covers to put over the mattresses for our protection to try them out. Called on Monday trying to find a clearance purple in cal king. Was told when they come in they go almost the same day and none at any reasonable location. Heres the deal. TYLER AND NATE WERE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. My wife and I were so impressed just off of that phone call. That we went in on Thursday. And bought the purple 3 brand new and adjustable base.
