I went to BB&B for a cheap shoe rack and unfortunately, thats exactly what I got. I wasnt looking for anything fancy but the Simply Essentials 3-Tier wooden rack was a waste. At least one of the holes wasnt bored out correctly. I had to return it the next day. However, the staff was really nice and helpful both times that I went. The bonus with BB&B is that I found a 20 percent off coupon as I was walking into the store. Im not a member but it was easily scannable from my phone.

Very poor customer service by manager Christine. She told me that Zero Water Pitcher coupon is not valid while I bought the same product last week from the same store just different manager in day time. Be aware she is white old lady and not very kind as you expect.Update: I went right next day after this and Ashley was there as a Manager instead of Christine and she helped me using that same coupon and explained that system needs access when you use a $10 coupon or more which Christine knowd about it but didnt helped.

I was there to order a gift for someone from their bridal registry, and the staff went out of their way to assist me, answering my questions about delivery, making sure that a personal message was included, etc. Finally, they provided me with info to track delivery of the gift so I wont be left wondering if it has been received. Store policies and staff courtesies combined to provide a very pleasant experience for me and a nice gift for my family member.

I put 3stars becuz I like NOT love BBB where I live they only have big chain stores like this for home and housewares. And there are not that many locations. You have to go from one town to the next where can be far and time consuming. Where I grew up in NYC there were mom and pop home decor stores where you can buy beautiful items and prices werent over the top. The only way I shop at BBB is with a coupon..if at any moment I forget my coupon I will.NOT go into the store. Becuz even the smallest item is over priced..I love when they have an item on sale becuz then I can STILL use my coupons to Get additional discounts

Found exactly what I wanted; a very likeable store although some departments (cloth-wise) seemed a little overdone. Aisles made stupidly narrow in these days of spacing.

This is a large Bed, Bath & Beyond. I like that they sell the drug store items, shampoo, deodorant,toothpaste, vitamins, powder, makeup and more. Bed Bath & Beyond is a great store to use their coupons, they even take expired ones. They have a large kitchen supplies area, they sell nice sheets and towels. Fun to walk around and see all they hsve.

Total with tax 251.00 a savings of 160$ You need to update your vacuum for better protection against mold and bacteria causing diseases. (399.00 original price)

I went to shop from my nieces bridal registry. Staff members were warm and welcoming and couldnt have been more attentive. Check out was speedy and each person made sure that I had found everything that I needed and removed all of my purchases from the registry. I was then escorted to the gift wrap center. I left the store ona real high with a true sense of accomplishment. Kudos to the store.

Great go-to store for a huge variety of essentials for the home, and theres always a coupon. And if you have multiple coupons, the cashier will gladly determine which is the best one to use on your purchase .

Twice I had to ask the cashier to put her cell phone down and pay attention to her duties. She just couldnt leave WhatsApp alone... in retaliation, she refused to accept my coupons. The worst part of the story is that the store manager was right there!!!

Like most other bed bath and beyonds, this place is a maze with little discernable order. Based on the volume of coupons they email me, anyone who pays retail here is a sucker. I will say that when you need a random household good, there is a high likelihood of finding it here.

I love this place, they help you get your coupons, wouldve gave 5 stars but some of the workers are rude to customers especially towards end of store hours

Bed bath and beyond is a great store to go to for inexpensive things but my visit today was terrible. I had a gift card that I wanted to use that worked to pay for the items but I was overdue by a penny. When I did not have that penny the manager promptly slammed the register drawer shut shoved my bag of items at me and told me in a very sarcastic tone to have a nice day and then walked away from the register. The other employee who was an older gentlemen was also not nice. I was upset and then he promptly decided to ask me WHY i was so upset and that they were trying to help me really help? You definitely do not say those words to a customer especially when theyre upset. You listen to their issue and nod and say that you understand. Ugh! Disgusting. I go here all the time but I will no longer go here until this issue is fixed. Your manager has a hissy fit like a two year old all because I didnt have a penny. Are you serious? That really sets a great example for the customers as well as the emplpyees. I work in customer service and know when exactly I see a bad manager and a good manager. She is a terrible manager. Fred is a great manager. Fix this issue bed and bath because I have never experienced something as awful and disrespectful as this. I will be calling corporate and giving them the name of this rude manager. Just awful.

I found 2 nice shirts on the clearance rack. The only drawback is dont have to use their bathroom. It smells like dumpster juice in there, and its FILTHY!

Awful just awful. The employees pushed my girlfriend out of the way only for her convenience. Plus only 2 types of bubble bath. I mean come on bath is in the name of the store. Plus my girlfriend couldnt find the George Forman grill she wanted.

Lovely place

After reading that Bed, Bath, and Beyond was a dog friendly store, we went to the Fairfield store with our dog. Just to make sure that the store was dog friendly I went into to ask. I politely asked the woman behind the service desk if the store was dog friendly. The response I received was extremely condescending, and uncalled for. I was asked in a condescending tone many questions about my dog, and then was basically schooled, and treated like a child. I will NEVER ever return to the store again. A simple, is your dog a service dog? Im sorry, but dogs arent allowed. Would of been fine. She was so unprofessional and rude for no reason. She should not be talking to customers ever.

Helpful kind people. Including the business owner who just needs a part-time job to keep himself busy.
