THE WORST experience with a car dealership. Scheduled an appointment and drove 90 minutes to test drive a vehicle that I knew that I wanted to purchase. Was ignored for over 20 minutes, then was finally helped and given the key to the vehicle that I had scheduled in advance. Within a minute on the road I had an issue, and realized that they had sent me on test drive with NO GAS IN THE CAR. I hit the view button to check the gas level and it was at ZERO -- big fat goose egg staring at me. Thankfully, I made it back with the car conking out AS I was parking. Then they had the nerve to ask me to come back the next day for another test drive presumably WITH GAS. I have no idea HOW they have a 5 star rating on Google. Check my Yelp review for more details.

My wife’s Audi was having all sorts of electrical issues and when we brought the vehicle in for a diagnostic check it was found that mice had chewed through several of the wiring harnesses inside the front bumper. The Audi Fairfield technicians who worked on the car were outstanding and even provided video and photos of all of the damage that was done by the mice. Everyone we spoke with in the service department was pleasant and explained everything in great detail. The repairs were not cheap, but we received the vehicle back quickly and the vehicle is running as good as new. The loaner vehicle was a nice touch and we will be back for any future work that needs to be done and quite possibly to purchase our next Audi. Thanks again

Overall great service! Loved that I did not have to go outside to get in my car. I brought the loaner into the bay, it was taken out and once my transaction was completed, the door opened and my car was brought in. Far different experience than other local luxury service protocols. Enjoyed that I was alerted via text of concerns with the car and I could accept or reject the service by just selecting a button.
The servicing was super efficient and friendly, with a loaner car provided, and all issues covered and explained to me when I picked up my car, which was spotlessly clean on both the inside and outside!

Refused to honor national Audi lease deal. Quoted >$150 per month over the quoted rate (even after adjusting to 12k miles and slightly higher MSRP). I had a great experience, a courtesy car was waiting for me when i dropped my car off the afternoon before the service was to be done. Ben was a great help and discussed an issue I had with my car before the service. My car was ready the next day and I picked it up after work.
Today I when to parts and service department for help, my radio went to safe mode on my 2004 audi A4 and I need the code to reset it, they want to bring the car to the garage and they want $150.00 for a 4 digit number, thats insane, I got into EBAY and for $3.20 in 5 minutes my radio is working. While there were no loaners initially when I made my appointment, my advisor took the initiative to get me a loaner. Everyone was very nice. We were surprised though that the car wasn’t cleaned inside and out upon pick up. Possible the windshield was attempted but was streaked and parts left undone.
Today our family got its 7th Audi. Rafael was kind enough to take us in at 9am and allow my sister to test drive her future car. After giving us the royal treatment Audi of Fairfield always gives, docs were signed (with loyalty offers included) and she now owns her 1st car. Bought a car from Fairfield Audi 3 years ago. Return hoping for the same pleasant buying experiencing but I was wrong. Service I got this time was terrible and I felt like a number. Take your hard earn money somewhere else!

This is specifically for their service branch, I cant speak for their sales. Came in on 11/9 to inquire about a recent warranty repair I had done (had just expired), that I thought was faulty (the thermostat housing leaking, looked like an identical leak to last). Initially went smoothly, took my name and concerns, and then the car. After this was done, I was then told they were out of loaner cars for four weeks (which is hysterical for dealership, let alone one in Penske Group). Fortunately, I live quite close so I could have a friend pick me up, but getting to work would be on me. Got a call next day that I was right, but they refused the work under warranty repair as its a mechanics error at New Country Audi of Greenwich (used to live there, just moved so this was the the closest). Once I got the diagnosis/service paperwork back, I noticed two things... one my last name was spelt incorrectly, and two that the owner declined to continue work, which is obviously not true. Forgot about it, and got the car to Greenwich, which, kid you not, had around 20 loaner cars available, mid-day, on a Saturday. Just to make it even more over the top, they offered me the same car, and even color, just newer obviously. Anyways, the real kicker, the technician at Greenwich pulled back some other components to find that this was a water pump issue, that they left the secondary air hose pinched into the thermostat, and they forgot to put back in a bolt for the engine mount. This inspection has been noted by the tech, I believe with video too. Not only did you fail to misdiagnose an issue, but you left my car potentially more problematic. You also missed out on getting paid!

Dye to Covid restrictions, my Audi Specialist could not Get in my new car to show me all the wonderful things, he patiently explained how to do everything and said if I Have any questions when I get home to just call him.
