Most pleasant experience at a dealer ever in my life! I had the opportunity to work with Hector G- and couldnt have had a better experience. From the moment I first called Paul Miller Nissan no more than 5 minutes later I was getting a return phone call. During my call with Hector I ask him millions of questions- which he answered all of them, took pictures of the vehicle I was interested in and got numbers and inspections sent over to me within a matter of days. Less than a week later Im driving from New Jersey to Connecticut to purchase the vehicle. I am beyond pleased with the efficiency of both Hector and his staff AND for staying late at the dealer when I got caught in traffic. I was in and out of the dealership within 15 minutes of arriving and leaving with my brand new car. I have gotten Millerized and I cant wait to go back to purchase my next vehicle from them! 10 out of 10 would recommend.
I leased a Rogue went over on the miles. Went there to buy the car at leases end. They said there was a state mandatory inspection, $150, even though I was buying the car I maintained for the last 3 years. I just had my mechanic look at tires and brakes in August. He said I had at 10k miles on both left. Paul Miller Nissan said I need new brakes & tires that are mandatory repairs before I can buy the car. They also had tons of recommended services. The bill was $2800+ cost of tires at their service dept. So now the $13k buyout that was $15k after taxes and their doc fees will be $17k. I have to spend the money on brakes and 4 tires now before I can buy the car instead of when really needed. They use the state safety law to get you with service repairs hoping youll use their service. I regularly took car to Valvoline oil change place who recently replaced all the fluids & filters they also said were recommended to also replace at buyout. You are held hostage as you cant get title to your car until you do their repairs and now another $150 to re-inspect. This was my 3rd Nissan and will be my last. Good cars lousy policy. The lost a loyal customer over it- bad business.
Can someone please explain to me why I received an email claiming to get $25 off any service provided over $100 for 2 days only (October 29 and 30th) only to get email half an hour after I paid for service on the 29th??? Certainly would have taken advantage of it!!! Shouldnt I have the opportunity to have $25 taken off bill???? Seems as if email wasnt genuine.
Stopped at traffic light heading to Jeep Dealership around the corner. Saw on display by front door the 2022 Pathfinder. Had not seen before - pulled in and was met by Victor Colon. He could not have been friendlier. Got the keys - explained features, and off I went on a test drive. I really liked it. Felt I should at least compare to the Grand Cherokee (of which I previously owned 3). Was the total opposite experience. Dealership was grimy & dirty, was met by what I assume was a salesperson (dressed in jeans, sneakers and TShirt), and after inquiring could tell he couldn’t care less if I bought a car that day. So….straight back to see Victor at Miller Nissan - write it up!! Paperwork was easy (digital), and finance person made the process smooth. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
I live in Manhattan and my Rogue broke down while in CT the day before a 10 hour road trip needed to be towed here. After a miserable experience at a different mechanic, Jerry was kind, calm, and extremely communicative. Unfortunately my transmission needed to be replaced and I missed my road trip, but Jerry was able to hold me the last rental available during Labor Day weekend and was kind and understanding the entire time. He did everything he could to help me out during a ruined trip, and if I didn’t live so far I’d always take my Nissan to be serviced here!
Our salesman Juan was great. To say he surpassed our expectations is an understatement! Juan took care of everything we needed from exploring all the options in terms of financing, body style, size and trim levels. We were able to go on a test drive and select the perfect Altima, which was the last 2020 on the lot.He explained to us the different safety features and options and was ready with documents to support on a tablet. After making sure we were comfortable and offering us refreshments, we worked out a AMAZING deal for such a NEW and WELL EQUIPPED vehicle! (WITH ONLY 17 miles on it!!) which he presented to the financial manager.Very straightforward and with a personal attention to detail, Juan and the whole staff at Miller Nissan greet you with the most welcoming and professional warmth that makes you always come back! This was the best experience Ive had at an auto dealership. I lease a new truck every 3 years and dread the experience. Hector made the whole process simple and stress free. Driving into this dealership felt like I was pulling into my home, I felt an immediate response of welcomeness which is highly thankful. Waiting time was a bit long but understandable due to making sure everything was done correctly. Free snacks and beverages while you wait is a definite plus.

I brought my car in for an appointment at 9 am and was never contacted about it. I finally called at 4 and was conveniently told “they were looking at it now” but would need an extra day. I was then told in the morning that the sunroof could not be fixed and would need to be replaced and would cost $7600. Then I was told I could get a used one for $1900. I brought it to Causeway Nissan in Manahawkin, NJ and they fixed it in less than 30 minutes for less then the cost of your $150 diagnostic fee that I had to pay. I will never bring a car there for service again (my family has 3 Nissans).

I purchased a brand new car in2018 and just had a flat tire and guess what, proper tools were not included in my car for a simple tire change. My car had to be towed and after spending about $800 in Nissan Miller, they even did not put the reserve tire back in place which is very awkwardly positioned under the car. I noticed only after driving back home and had to place it myself. Very disappointed for what I spent.
I bought rogue plat 2021 and pretty much was satisfied except the price wasnt what was promised. But it was my fault to sign without recalculating my ways. I spotted a stain in upholstery after leaving the dealership and send couple pictures to the sale associate but after 6 days I have not got any reply.

I Would not recommend this dealer at all.... I had the worst experience last month, specially the Finance Manager Paula Ramos, she treated me in a denigrating and disgusting way on my lease buyout transaction. On May 2021 I paid in full cash for my leased car, she told me that I will receive my new plates and registration to my address on file, after a month didnt get anything on the email. Then I went to dealership in person, and this lady came out and told me we dont have anything, you already signed the documents, is not our problem, you have to go to the DMV and get new plates by yourself, is not our business. It is incredible that after having paid more than 13 thousand dollars at one time, they did not help me to obtain the new plates or the registration and on the contrary, this lady told me to go to the DMV myself. Because it was an urgency and I was short of time, I went to DMV and obtain new plates and registration copy by myself. Today July 19 2021 almost after a month, I have receive a phone call from the dealership saying that they have the plates and registration ready for pick up at the same dealer (how crazy is that). Im so regret to having buy out this lease, but theres no way back. It is very disappointing that this has happened to me, I hope that this does not happen to anyone else..........

I had a great experience here! I came in and was greeted with the a smile. Service writer ensured my problem was heard and informed me that they would help. I dropped my car off at the dealership then I was dropped off at my house. I came back later that same day to find problem completely fixed. I appreciate the mechanic taking care of the oil change and replacing my driver seat.

1 star to the Service Department.My 2016 Rogues engine stopped about 6 weeks ago. After I rented a car for the day, Nissan said there was dust on the engine. Today, the engine stopped again. Thankfully both times I was in a familiar area, only going about 25 mph and not on a highway. AAA saved the day, once again.Today, Nissan looked at the air filter and found seed shells - lots on them. A critter made a nice, warm home in my car. The technician today said that no one had checked the air filter 6 weeks ago. Someones incompetence left me in a dangerous situation.Nissan Sales made me an offer for a new car. Thank you for the offer of a new car (and the suggestion of going 20 minutes in the other direction for a different service department) but, no thank you.

I made an appointment to view a specific car and confirmed that appointment the day before I was arriving, I drove an hour and 20 minutes to get to the dealership and when I got there they told me that car had been sold the day before, then they asked me if I wanted to still see the car...sounds like a bait and switch to me and all they could say was well sorry about that. If they cant even get that right what else are they going to get wrong. Will never go there again, beware.

Kept getting a low pressure error on m dashboard every 3 days or so after filling all four tires. Miller Nissan picked up my car at work and returned it fixed(nail) by noon....who does that....Miller Nissan thats who.

So I have had my 08 Nissan Altima Coupe for the last 10 years. I love my car. And I want to keep it til I can’t drive it anymore. Unfortunately I was having so many problems with it that I thought it was the transmission. I brought it to a mechanic that was recommended to me by a friend. And they confirmed what I was afraid of. So I had to really sit and think about what I was going to do. I contacted Miller Nissan and spoke with Josue Cosme and he was so helpful. He told me to bring the car in and they would replace the transmission for me. The price was not bad but still a lot to shell out for someone going through a pandemic but Josue reassured me that if it’s the transmission then this is the best way to go if I’m not Interested in purchasing a new car . So I dropped the car off and Josue was in contact with me the entire time. Sharing what would be done and how long it could take. So a couple hours later. I get a call that it wasn’t my transmission it was something else and that they found the real problem. I was so relieved. The mechanic team did a great job I just picked up my car and it drives great. . It was so refreshing to have someone take the time and try to find out what the real problem was. I have had my problems with Nissan but Josue definitely made this an amazing experience.

Service manage is a crook. Had malfunctioning with my leased vehicle which was under power train warranty. The service department said I could use a loaner while they tried to figure out the problem and that either my insurance company they themselves would cover the bill. After inspecting the vehicle they couldnt figure out what went wrong so couldnt have the power train warranty cover it and then the service manager hit me with a $600 bill for the loaner car while they were trying to figure out what happened.I believe the service managers name is Dan and will be going back to confront him AND would love to have a conversation with the owners as well since this LEASED vehicle has been sitting in the service department as Ive paid for 6 months of a lease that I couldnt even use the car. They refuse to ground the vehicle either because they cant figure out what happened to the engine. So basically I am paying $275 a month for a leased vehicle I cant drive and plus I was shocked with a $600 bill for a loaner vehicle they let me use while they tried to figure out what happened. No rental agreement on loaner or previous discussion that it would cost me anything at all. I will be showing up with my lawyer to deal with this further as well.
We had a great experience. The service was super quick and everyone was super friendly. We came with 2 toddlers and also went o explore a few options as our lease is up in a few months. Girls had a blast trying on the cars. Sales people thought it was super cute.We really hope to get the numbers where we need to be at soon and upgrade our rogue to a pathfinder. Kesha is a great sales rep and will keep us posted for any additional sale.I forgot the name of the person whoHelped us with the services. He was also great. He suggested new services but once we told him we r keeping the car for 3 more months or less he told us no need for that short amount of time. To save our money and put towards a new lease. One of the WORST experiences at a car dealership ever. We found the details of a vehicle on line, called ahead to verify the specs, and drove 1.5 hours to get there. How frustrating to find that the specs provided were INACCURATE! The features listed were not in the car!! I call that false advertising. Also - even though the sign on the door stated that masks were required - more than half of the STAFF were not wearing them inside.

Do not trust the Sales dept and look over your vehicle using caution. Miller Nissan will not stand by there car after it is sold. We spent $30,000 and realized after we pulled it away that there was a ding in our windshield. We immediately called them (Paula and Sal in sales manager) and they said to get it replaced and they will reimburse us. The ding wasnt that bad so instead we had it repaired ( cheaper). They only sent a check for half of the repair cost. I called and emailed several times with no response. Very disappointed with Miller Nissan Sales department

Very disappointed by the lack of service I received by the service dept. I recently brought a car and wanted minor scratches on the wheel looked at. I walked into the service area and when I gave my name and that I had an apt for 10am that my dealer helped set up, was told that it didnt matter (with an offended tone) because sales people had nothing to do with setting up appointments. I explained what I needed. When asked how I would be paying I said I wanted to understand the pricing and would like to speak to the repair guy for a quote, I was then told I wasnt allowed to speak to him that I could only go through the service guy, he then told me that he couldnt give me a price until the car was looked at (which apparently i didnt have an apt for) then he proceeded to tell me that it would take two days to fix (again without once having consulted with the repair man I was supposed to bring my car into) and told it would be likely $200-$250 a wheel and asked do you think you could do that. I at this point felt the engagement was so unprofessional I left. I am very disappointed that despite my good experience buying the car, this is the level of customer service the service department had to offer me at Paul Miller Nissan. I unfortunately had to take time off of work and arrange transportation (assuming I would have to leave my car) only to have my time wasted.

I had a slow leak in the front left tire and I had to add air into that tire a least once or twice a month so I took the car to Town Fair Tire and they couldnt find anything wrong. On my 10,000 mile appointment at Paul Miller Nissan I explained to the service manager that I had a slow leak in the front left tire and the technician found the nail. The tech at Miller Nissan couldnt fix the tire so I had to buy a new tire, but Im happy the technician at Paul Miller Nissan found the problem and resolved it.
Brought my Versa in for an oil change. I was treated very well and made to feel comfortable while the Versa was serviced. This was a good experience.
Miller Nissan has changed over the years, when I first started coming there six Years ago the service was great, The men in the service department need to be trained in customer service especially at a time when the country is so vulnerable. I like to bring my car there since I purchased there but going forward I rather drive further to get better service. We all have a job to do and at this time we need to have compassion for all.
I have been to Paul Miller Nissan multiple times for different reasons. Just this last experience was the worst of all. I scheduled a appointment at 8:30am for a oil change and was told that it should take only one hour. I have watched a client come in after me and be done before me and they were also getting a oil change. I have waited there for a full 2 hours before anyone said anything to me. I also have a injured leg so I had to walk to find someone which was not the best feeling. Then when someone did approach me, the gentleman was very pleasant. This was probably the only pleasant thing about this whole visit. After that I was told to go pick my keys up at the desk which also took a while to just acknowledge me, and I was told my car should be waiting for me in the garage. It was not, again I have a injured leg and I had to wobble all the way on the side of the building to pick up my car. This is very disappointing and I was not satisfied with this visit. I’ve never had a experience like this before and I hope no one else has to go through this experience.
I came in to have the rear brakes fixed. The 27 point check on my last service indicated my brakes were low. I had a noise problem fixed and an air filter replaced . All were fixed on my visit on time. I was treated very well by my adviser Bet. As usual I was very satisfied. Well done.Really good experience .
