He was available for questions over the phone and also provided insights that were helpful in my car buying decision. I ended up purchasing a 2021 Grand Cherokee and have not had any buyers remorse thus far. Scott was very knowledgeable of the Jeeps and earned his title of The Jeep Geek. I worked with Raymond Pacheco when I bought my 2021 Jeep Gladiator Mohave trim. Ray is a true gentleman and extremely knowledgeable about Jeep (and even more so I believe Dodge RAM etc.) Not only that, but he is extremely friendly, courteous, and straightforward. I never felt pressured, nor did he treat my relative lack of knowledge (of Jeeps) as an opportunity to put one over on meRay is a terrific guy, he has offered a ton of advice on taking care of the machine, and put up with me texting him photos of how its going. Ray made sure the entire experience was outstanding. Well done Ray, and Scap Auto - you guys are doing a great job and having fun doing it!PS- Tori (the Business Manager, I believe but I am probably wrong on that title) is extremely efficient and also a delightful person to be with. My 2015 Chrysler 200 started running rough and the check engine light came on. I took it to Scap Chrysler Jeep and they determined that there was a bad injector, best part was that they warranted the part and work. I got it back the same day.

I had an oil change today on my 14 Chrysler Town & Country. The service adviser, Julie, was very pleasant as I waited in the office. When I got home I popped the hood and noticed my power steering fluid was low as well as my coolant being very low. My tires are original and have dry rot on the side walls from the Florida sun. When I asked Julie if the car needed anything, she said you are all set, the technician would of said something if you needed anything else. I am disappointed that they sent me down the road with just an oil change and did not top off other fluids, besides wish wash fluid. This dealer has a good vibe with loyal employees, but I feel there was something missing today in Quality Control.

We had an outstanding experience with Larry at Scap. We called in the morning after seeing a 2020 Jeep Wrangler we were interested in leasing and Larry met with us just an hour later. They followed careful covid precautions throughout the process. After test driving, Larry came right back with a low number we were satisfied with requiring no haggling at all, making the whole process unbelievably simple and more pleasant than any dealership we’ve ever been to. After we left he called us within 20 minutes to let us know our financing came through and we picked up the Jeep the next afternoon after Larry went over everything on the car with us thoroughly. Overall a seamless experience, a great deal on exactly the vehicle specs we were looking for, and will definitely be returning to Scap. We LOVE our Jeep! 10 stars for Larry!

Went into Dodge showroom to look at Durango. The guy didnt even had the curtsey to get up from his seat. He just told me where the car is. When I asked him if I can test drive he simply said you have to make an appointment since there is no one here to help you. I left the showroom furious and without even looking at the car. Is that how you treat a customer?I have been buying cars for the last 20 years and this is by far the worst customer service experience I received. I know that would not make much difference, but you lost a customer today not because of the pricing but because of your customer service. WORK ON IT.

I had trouble locating the truck that I wanted and kept increasing my search circle. I eventually found the vehicle that I wanted at SCAP! I called the sales team said I was interested in a truck on their lot but asked if they could send pictures as I lived over an hour away and didn’t want to waste a few hours driving back and forth. I promptly received about 25 pictures. When it came down to “make the deal”, Tony, the sales manager, offered to meet me near my house to save me the trip and allow him to see my trade. When I picked up my truck Tony had the paperwork ready to go and and was out of the dealership promptly but not before Pete was able to thoroughly explain the many details of my new truck! Overall a great experience!

From the moment I was connected with Scott (the Jeep Geek) I knew I was working with a Jeep expert. Sloppy service! I recently brought my Dodge Durango to Scap Motors for an oil change. When I returned home I noticed a trail of oil on my street and driveway, a large puddle of oil in my garage, and almost no oil on my dipstick! I immediately notified the service rep, and was advised to contact Dodge roadside assistance to have my vehicle towed back to the dealer. According to the service rep, the cause of the leak was a defective oil filter gasket. I can accept that was the reason. But it still doesnt exonerate the technician who performed the oil change. The technician should always pressure-test the engine and check for leaks after performing an oil change. The engine should be started and left running while a visual inspection is performed. The technician obviously neglected to perform this critical step. Now my driveway and garage floors are badly stained, and my engine may have suffered internal damage. If I had driven the vehicle for a longer distance, the engine could very well have been destroyed! The Scap service rep did not seem to take this incident as seriously as I would have expected. Scap should review and correct their service procedures. Technicians should be trained in the proper procedures. Customer vehicles should never leave the shop with oil leaking!

We had a wonderful experience buying our new Pacifica at Scap. John, Tori and Rick could not have been nicer or more accommodating. John took us on a test drive and was extremely knowledgeable about the Pacifica and the hybrid model we were interested in. Rick ended up having to order us a van that had the options we wanted. Unlike other dealers we visited in the past we were never pressured to take what they had in stock instead of getting a car with all the options we wanted. They were wonderful to work with. Even the final buying process was made enjoyable by Tori who made the experience fun and free of pressure if any kind. I went here twice with my RAM 1500 for an estimate. Completely overpriced both times. One time, I wanted a light bulb exchanged because this is a real pain to do on this truck. That was going to take 1-2 hours at 120 dollars per hour. I purchased the bulb at their own parts window. Eventually, I asked a mechanic buddy and it took him 10 minutes. I couldnt even finish my pizza while he did it. I gave him 50 bucks just because I was grateful. Another time I asked to mount some tires (already purchased). This was going to take more than 2 hours at 120 hourly rate.I am literally never going back here. Which is too bad because I like some of the trucks they ave on their lot. I am not buying here though. You guys can suck it.

After literally driving my 22 year old Jeep Cherokee into the ground it was time to get a new Jeep. I met with Scott Turian who was the most upfront, knowledgeable and to the point salesperson I have ever met. He listened to my requirements and then walked me through the pros and cons of each Jeep type from a shockingly unbiased approach. He made the process a pleasure. The entire staff that I met with were considerate, kind and helpful. Do not judge a book by its cover, there are aspects of the facility that are dated and worn. Do not let this dissuade you. I wouldnt have my car serviced here, but there was a recall, so I had to come in. I dropped my car off on an evening around 6:45. The entrance to their service department was wedged wide open. I filled out the envelope and left my key in one of their two night drop boxes. I called the next afternoon to get an idea when my car would be ready and they had no idea my car was left - no one checked the night drop box. They wasted a day of my time and kept my car an extra day. They did offer me a loaner car, but I dont have a way of getting there to get it.

Went for recall of airbags on my 2007 Dodge Durango. To be fair the across the street is Mitsubishi, who does the service. Vehicle was recently inspected and hardly driven as it is a second vehicle. Excellent vehicle comes out with a engine light, so I ask what’s this. Service answers could’ve been there when you brought it in...unbelievable. Diagnostic reads emissions, I call BS.

I cannot speak highly enough of this dealership. I bought my car from Scott 2 years ago and it was the easiest most painless process and I recommend this dealership to all friends car shopping. Then today my car was making a weird noise. I called the dealership closest to my house who told me they couldn’t not see me until Friday. I called Scap and Julie answered and told me to come right in to get it looked at and acted concerned the complete opposite of the other dealer. The service manager Phil, took my car for an immediate test drive and diagnosised the issue. I was able to leave my car and got it back by the end of the day. The service department is just as awesome as the sales department. This dealership will have my business forever.

This is my second time returning to Scap Dodge. I had such a great experience with Pete and Tony when I leased my 2016 Challenger, that I knew I absolutely had to come back to custom order my 2018 one! At their foundation, they are just good people; as salesmen, they do right by the customer. They made sure that the car was EXACTLY what I wanted and went over every little detail with me before they placed the order, and they gave me a very good price! They called me the day the car came in (about 2 weeks earlier than originally anticipated nonetheless), and I was able to drive it off the lot that same week. Really good sales and service here! We ordered our jeep Sahara 2019 JL model via them back in December 2018. We live in Norwalk and actually went to the dealer shop in Norwalk first. The service wasn’t good and the sales didn’t very knowledgeable about the car (left detailed google view there too if you’re interested). We decided to try this one and noticed a big difference!! Scott was the sales person we met. We didn’t wait much at all and the best part was Scott. He’s very knowledgeable about the car and helped us a lot on making different decisions. He didn’t just recommend you what to get but instead, explain you how things work, the differences, the pros and cons and let you decide based on your needs. The post-sale service was decent too. We can easily make appointments and get our car serviced.

Just came back from scheduled maintenance which included which included a tire rotation, wiper blade change and some software updates. I was on time and had asked to wait for the car when I scheduled and checked in. Techs logged it as 1 hour 10 minutes of work but I didnt get checked out for two hours. I felt they serviced other work before me and left me waiting while the whole mechanical staff took break. And there wasnt a decent wait area or bathroom to use. Im not sure how the customer service women stand at the desk all day in the cold. Needs major improvement.

I would not entertain give these 3 males a Star. Those guys have no humanity compassion whatsoever. I broke down there trying to pickup a part for my Jeep liberty and nobody came to help, but kept looking over their shoulders to make sure I was trying to rob them. I push the Jeep over the speed bump hump, to try to get off of their property, because they kept looking over their shoulders at me and my wife, one even got off his butt to get some water and nevertheless offer any assistance or water, after I informed them that I was waiting for AAA to come. I would like to personally and genuinely thank the staff at Scap Dodge for their great customer service and all the help I received! I traded in my vehicle and bought a beautiful 2011 Chrysler 200 - they made the process so simple and effortless. They truly do go above and beyond for their customers and you can tell that they genuinely arent trying to scam you or trick you. Scheduling was quick and easy done online. Took me at the scheduled time, work was done professionally as usual, and car returned to me in the shortest possible time.Have a problem understanding their bills. Was supposed to be charged $0.01 for wiper replacement, but it looks like I was charged $13.00.

I got my first ever car at Scap around 2 months ago. I go to Sacred Heart and my mother said it was the perfect place to get a car because of the dealerships proximity to SHU. She chose Jeep because my parents drove Grand Cherokees when we were living in CT back in the late 90s before moving overseas. Its the only car she truly trusts. I walked in with her and started looking at the Grand Cherokees. Ray and Rick popped around the corner and immediately said He doesnt need the V8 which was a great way to introduce themselves. Ray became our salesperson and hes honestly the best guy ever. He recommended an insurance brokerage to get insurance and Rick gave us a deal on a 2019 Grand Cherokee because I went to sacred heart. I ended up going to the dealership back and forth for a couple days after my purchase because the DMV screwed up my name and address 3 times. Not Scaps fault at all but in hindsight, it was great because I got to know Ray and everyone in the dealership a lot more. We share similar backgrounds of being troublemakers when we were young so theres a talking point there. Honestly, this is the best dealership Ive experienced so far after walking out of 3 dealerships earlier before our purchase. Scap isnt out just to make money but to make you part of the family. Sorry for the long review, this just needed to be said about the dealership.

My wife and I got 4 different Jeeps here over the years, and always were very happy, until lately. First, our lease was expiring, and we were never contacted by the sales team, even after we went in to test drive a new vehicle and spoke with the sales person that assisted us the last few times. Then, we had an issue with our current Jeep, and were quoted a price to have it serviced, but the part needed to be ordered. When we checked with them, they had no idea what we were talking about, which became the norm throughout this process. On three separate occasions, they asked us why were at the service department, even though we had an appointment. However, the last instance was the worst: upon arriving at the service area, and being asked yet again why we were there, we were told that the service for which we were quoted was actually going to cost more than double, from $450 to $950. When I advised them that we were told numerous times it would be $450, we were told that this was just an estimate. When I stated that I knew what an estimate was, but wanted to know how that cost more than doubled without them even looking at the vehicle that morning, I was told well, thats the price. I immediately left, and will never give them my business again.
