I was shopping for cars in cars.com for almost a month I did some research on many different kind of cars, I had my eyes on an Audi Q7 beautiful car, but lots of Minus so than a friend suggested Lexus RX 350 so I started looking for Lexus RX 350 I found one on a Porche dealer shop in Connecticut at first I couldn’t believe it,but I gave them a call and a salesman Jose answer the phone very nice man I ask him if the car was available he told me yes than I ask him to be honest with me about the fees because I didn’t want any surprises when it was time to pay and he was upfront with me the only fees here are dealer fee of $450 and the taxes for the car so I scheduled an appointment for the next day I didn’t want to take any risk of loosing this great opportunity and the rest is history I bought the car everybody there are so nice people from Jose,Gustavo was very helpful explaining me all the features of the car, Tony and The manager of the dealer Hectortheprotector1 from Connecticut Great team I will give them 5start because they cover everything what makes a FREAT TEAM

Went there with two friends hoping to test drive one of the cars which is a dream car of one of my friends. We waited in the lounge for more than 30 minutes. When nobody attended to us we went around seeing cars but nobody bothered to attend and ask if we needed any help. In this day and age when time is so valuable, we were made to wait for almost an hour and had to leave at the end with nothing but disappointment.

While back I was interested in an older 911 that they had, I worked with a salesperson for five days to make a deal after agreeing on the price while I was trying to arrange transportation to California Mr. Hector Hernandez (arrogant man ) sold the car to someone else for a few hundred dollars more when I questioned him about the situation he hung up the phone on me twice, a few days later I contacted the GM Mr. Mauricio Sanchez he apologized me for the mistreatment and promised me that he would reimburse me what I had paid to get the vehicle inspected to this date Nobody has contacted and Ive not received any $$ . as the saying goes a fish rots from the head down Stay away from these people their words mean NOTHING!!!

Mark is an amazing sales rep and gentlemen. I was shopping around for cars just before the COVID shut down and I had to stop my search.
