The Asurion Home+ service. So I did and they said I would have to wait 30 days 2 full payments of $25 to file a claim and then pay $100 deductible to get my laptop completely replaced for a new one. Seemed to good to be true but spoke with multiple people that worked there asking questions to ensure I understand correctly. 30 days later I bring the laptop in and file the claim. Next day I get an email saying the claim was denied. I call UBreakiFix to find out why and they said because the laptop had previous damage the claim was denied. The laptop didn’t have any previous damage though the keyboard and track pad was the first issue I ever had with it and it never had damage. The representative I spoke with then said that they denied the claim because I reported it had damage which I never did. Then he clarified that when I brought it in for repairs last month for the keyboard and track pad not working that when they put in the system the attempt to repair Asurion was able to see that and claimed that was previous damage. So they just scammed me out of an extra $50 and over a month without a working laptop. Not only that but the laptop won’t even turn on now and it turned on when I took it in initially. Terrible company.

I dropped off my sons phone because it was not charging. I was told by the guy behind the counter when I dropped it off that he had a pretty good idea of what the problem was and it would take 24-48 hours. 48 hours later I had not heard anything and my wife called for an up-date. She was told the Mother Board was bad, when she said we were told 24-48 hours, the guy on the phone rudely said, I dont know who told you that but they shouldnt have. Two weeks later they called to say the phone was ready for pick up. When I came in I had to wait in line over 30mins to pick up the phone, the final transaction literally took 90 seconds (dont go on your lunch break or if you are in a hurry). Also, while waiting in line a women came in behind me and I told her to get comfortable. She said she only needed to pick her phone up and I told here thats all I need also. About that time one of the guys behind the counter stopped what he was doing and brought her phone out. I told him that I had been standing there for 20 mins and only needed to pick up my phone as well. He rudely told me she had a separate transaction (not real sure what he meant by that but was a total jerk about it). Got home and the phone charges extremely slow and wont hold a charge for any amount of time. Not very professional and extremely slow, both for service and while waiting in line.

UBreakiFix Fairfield, OH - Regarding a possible (Android) battery replacement issue; I retrieved my phone after three full days. I thought it would be better to either A utilize other options or B take my business elsewhere.

Outstanding Customer Service. 5 stars. I brought in a particularly difficult issue and they fixed it while I waited and charged MUCH LESS than I imagined it would. You wont go wrong with these guys. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service. I brought in a camera I had disassembled and was unable to reassemble myself. I told the gentlemen (Chris I think) there was no rush so after about 5 days I got a call telling me it was back together and functioning. I will absolutely bring them any other technology that gives me trouble and recommend you do the same.

What a fantastic experience. When I cracked the camera glass on my brand new Samsung S20 Ultra, I thought for sure that I was going to have to buy a new phone. I Google cell phone camera repair and UbreakIfix came up. I called and talked to Mack at the Fairfield location. He had me bring my phone right in. I’m not quite sure why this happened but i’m very annoyed because after all the money i spent i’m now going to still have to get a new phone. they needed to replace the charging port and battery, which they did but i’m now having issues with my speakers which didn’t happen until they gave me my phone back. i do know it wasn’t my fault because my speakers were working fine before i gave them my phone. it was water damage so i guess it’s a possibility but the speakers cut in and out, make a weird static noise over everything, and do not work at full volume whatsoever. they did a good job at fixing what they were supposed to so i’m glad but in the meanwhile somehow messed up my speakers.

First time I dropped of a PS4 to be repaired. They had it done within a day and promptly called me back. Did great work and explained everything they had done to it. My second time going to them was less smooth. Took a television in that wouldnt turn on in. Was told it would take 4 or so days to diagnose. I called after 4 and was told they hadnt gotten to it yet. Waited another 4 or 5 days, still no call. Finally called them myself and found out they had diagnosed it and couldnt get any parts to attempt to fix it, they had neglected to call and let me know this. Had I not called, who knows how long I would have had to wait to find out about its status.

The people there are very knowledgeable.

Im so happy making this review. I thought it was impossible to retrieve the photos & videos from my cracked screen note 8 with broken stylus stuck inside the phone and that no other stylus could make it work. Im so happy I went to this place & Mac helped me retrieved everything from my phone. Yay! Mac was so accommodating, patient & awesome! Im glad I came to the right place! If you dont want your data compromised you should have factory reset your phone before having it fixed UbreakIfixSome shady stuff going on behind that wall.Be wary.

I took a fairly newer ps4 that had powering on issues to these guys on a Tuesday or Wednesday. Was told they should have a answer by friday and that they would call me to inform so Friday came no one called, i called them and was given a well this and that and that they would call me Saturday by 5 which no one did . Monday came and still no word so when i called they had to order a power unit so by now i and getting frustrated. No one ever called me not once and when it was all said and done they had it for 2 weeks .The worst part they were not able to fix it and my kids were very disappointed the only reason i did not give them a zero star rating because it is free for them to look at the ps4 s.I would have never paid for the bad service i received..So watch out i really dont even know if they tried to fix the problem or just blew through it to get me to stop calling ...
