I came to This store with 10 minutes to spare to buy a Hotspot since I do much of my work for my job on the road and when I was approached by one of the employees she refused to sell me one and told me I had to make an appointment to come in and get one even though I mentioned I really need one for work and I just need to buy it and that’s it and she absolutely refused!! Really poor service absolutely classless, by far the worst Verizon store I’ve been to, every time I go there there’s always someone who is extremely rude and sarcastic I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere garbage service!!!!!!!!

I was came to the store to open a new line of service for my business and from the moment I arrived I felt unwelcomed & was told that I would have to sign up for my new line of service OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN. Instead I chose to take my business elsewhere. If that’s truly the policy and there was signage posted saying so I’d have no problem with that. The representative (Asian lady) made me feel very unwelcomed and as if I didn’t belong there. I would NEVER do business with this store!!! Headed next door to AT&T

An employee mislead us into buying Smart Hub. They told us that it would be eligible for unlimited date and ofcourse we found out the hard way that it is not. Verizon has cheated us out of 50$ because we had to pay their restocking fee. Unfair and unprofessional.

Just left Fairfield store and was met outside by sales rep. She immediately made us feel unwelcome. We were there to have my protective screen repaired. Information was lackluster as was the attitude. She should have pulled up our account, but was treated like we were trespassers, which we were not because we never entered. No goodbye, just turned and left.It was not just me who noticed, the person I was with asked me “did she make you feel uncomfortable, because that’s how I felt.”

GO TO THE ONE ON NORTH TEXAS. Since the hours are different it’s hard to come in at a reasonable time. I just wanted to come in a grab a new phone. They definitely didn’t like me coming in 20 mins before closing and kept trying to direct me to online. The girl was obviously annoyed. I said I can try to come in a different time If it was that big of a deal and she said “it’s fine and all Verizon’s close at 5”. Could not even make the purchase cuz they don’t take cash and my card wouldn’t go through. BUT the Verizon on north Texas closes at 7 was happy to make a sale and took cash AND my card without trouble.

Im an elder man( technically challenged) with a 3 year oldphone, which I can figure out about 30%. Olivia was amazing!Very kind and knowledgeable.Fixed my problem quickly and showed me how to fix it 🤩

I switched from Verizon to TMobile to save money and a pushy salesman at Verizon wouldnt stop even when asked to. Kept trying to keep me at Verizon wouldnt let me pay off my device s to switch took hours and a manager to get him to stop. Later I had to go back to pay off one device with a credit from T-Mobile for switching and they didnt want the money. It took hours to get them to take the money and the only way they would take it is if I paid my sisters bill. Horrible store and customer service that cannot help you and instead will try to hinder you at ever turn.

On the day of the iPhone 5 launch, I was at a nearby sprint store in line to get the iPhone 5, when I got to the front they ran out of iPhone 5s. I looked at the mall, I went to concord sprint and Vallejo sprint, and even to best buy looking for this god forsaken phone. I almost gave up, but then I realized that Verizon has iPhones. So I went to this location looking for the iPhone 5, and sure enough there it was, in all sizes, shapes, and colors. It was the middle of the afternoon and Verizon was the only company that still had iPhone 5s in stock. We worked with Eduardo, he was very nice and fast. Thanks Verizon!

RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE! Customer service here is a joke. They created more problems than we went in with and we had to go to the Vallejo Verizon to have COMPETENT people actually do the job they were hired for. Why would a company even hire such rude, incompetent people to respresent them??? If it werent for my contract, my experience in this specific store would have made me leave this company. Very VERY VERY unhappy. Very. We had to go to a branch in a neighboring city just to have someone fix what these rude and incompetent employees messed up. Im still stuck at the rudeness. Just walking in the door we were made to feel as if we had ruined the employees lives. Literally thats all it took....walking in. The brown haired girl was not as rude as the black guy was, she just seemed tired and obviously didnt want to be there which made us uncomfortably awkward. But that guy....rude much? All we were doing was an upgrade lol we need to upgrade to a better company apparently.To be fair, I will return next month to get the screen protectors I forgot and see if they can pretend that customers walking through the door arent carrying a disease. Well see .

Their workers are terrible and youll be waiting in there forever with how slow the employees iPads are and how many times they have to restart them. The girl helping us told us our phone would be here over night. She entered in the wrong info placing so order so now were waiting a week because of her mistakes. I will not go back to this store.

Ill give you two stars. my galaxy note 7 phone has been issued a recall, I want to switch to the new iPhone 7+. I am being told that it will take a couple months to order tge phone, until then I will not have a phone and ypu cant provide a loaner, and expect me to pay for a phone line tgat i cant use for a month, didnt even try to figure out a solution or ask a manager to assist.

Im stuck with them for a year but I never understood why my bill keeps changing pricewise even though I never change anything from month-to-monthThe service reps here are ok but the service I get from Verizon is suspicious in a matter that I’m constantly getting overcharged and need to go to this store to get it corrected.What’s funny is they keep trying to sell me Verizon for my businessI and with examples like this I’d be a fool to use them for my business
