AT &T store Rep and Manager were extremely helpful, mince, patient and knowledgeable. Both assisted us within less than 2 mins. Manager and Rep extremely Knowledgeable. Helpful in assisting us pick the right phone and lines. Also took time to go over all the questions and concerns.

JP and the team at the store did an excellent job taking care of my needs bringing my current phone onto your system with precision and professionalism. Your prices have improved since I was last a customer in the store. The staff did an excellent job taking care of a lot of people in the early Sunday morning. Who would have thought it would be so busy ? Good to be in the ATT family.

Once I decided to purchase my new iPhone 12, I had to leave since I had another appointment plus had waited so long. I did not have time to have my data transferred and asked to get instructions but was told because I had not purchased the extra coverage I was not eligible to get instructions. This is one of the most egregious, seriously outlandishly sorry things AT&T as a company could do to a customer.I am so unhappy with AT&T and will let be known to anyone who will listen.Shame on you!!

The salesmen that’s helped me were professional and knowledgeable. I had a very important event that day and my phone was not working. They worked on it until it was fixed. I would recommend that store for any issues. Very nice young men.

I came here to add a line for my daughter & to get some billing questions clarified. The person helping me was extremely patient and answered all of my questions. She also made sure that my daughters phone was fully set up and ready to go. The customer service at this store was great! I will be coming here from now on and will recommend those place to all of my family and friends.

My dad is 80 years old and doesnt understand much about modern technology. He went into this store to get TV service and he was helped by the manager, Rose. My dad cant stop talking about how pleased he was with the service that he received. Because most people set you up and let you go your way, but Rose took her time with my dad. She taught him how to use the remote, gave him a channel guide and even wrote down all his information for him so he doesnt forget it. She really went above and beyond for my dad and I cant express enough how much that meant to us. AT&T needs more employees like her. Thank you, Rose.

A couple days ago, I went into this store and was assisted by Denise. The customer service that I received from her was very pure and welcoming as she helped answer all of my questions! Walked in with the intentions of getting a phone and walked out with a phone and a bunch of accessories that were beneficial. Denise is what you call a true employee who is very knowledgeable about her products.5 stars.

First of all, arrived at ATT when their sign first said they opened up which was at 10am. We (me & my daughter) were turned away because they said they reserve the first hour for the elderly and to come back at 11am. I was ok with this rule only because I was grateful they were opened during the pandemic but irritated they did not post it on their website. Well we came back at 11am however there were 2 sales clerk working in the front and 1 of them were already assisting someone and the other clerk said only either I could come in or my daughter and so my teenaged daughter stayed outside. I was again irritated because I was mainly there for her so she can buy the iPhone 11 however rules are rules so I let that pass as well. I was also there for one other reason which was to cancel a line on my iPad n they told me I couldn’t do that in person and would have to call a different #. I wouldn’t have mind too much with that answer however last year I came into the same store and a different sales clerk told me to come back and cancel in a few months so I won’t get charged an early deactivation fee?? I explained this and heard no apology. Next, my sales person was no sales person because he knew nothing of the product and just stood there not elaborating on anything..made no suggestions and when I did all the asking he gave me short blunt answers such as yes/no. He was a clueless ATT worker! My next dilemma was that I then saw another customer at the door and to my surprise he called a rep in the back to help the next customer..that 3rd sales rep came out of nowhere!! I then just blew up because I said if I would’ve known they had a 3rd rep then the 3rd rep could have helped my daughter! He then made up some idiotic rule that he could only help 1 person per family! Ugh!! Sooo frustrating!!! And he said this in with that clueless expression again!!! That does not make sense whatsoever!!! I even tried to text my daughter pictures of the iPhone’s so called descriptions since they had no phones on display however their Wifi was extremely slow! It took forever for it to download !! It turns out I just had to switch spots with my daughter while I waited outside and she go inside. And good luck with a teenager trying to ask questions to a clueless sales rep!! Overall, I would give them a zero but I didn’t have a choice. My daughter picked out the phone she wanted and they didn’t have it in stock...GO FIGURE!! He didn’t even of any suggestions...I was on speaker with them and it was me who asked ALL the questions such as can you deliver?? Is there a mailing fee? Etc ...Anyhow Inleft very upset for they wasted 2 hours of of time!!!! I don’t trust those ATT so called sales reps...they just make up their stories and r absolutely no help whatsoever. They should of just stayed closed during the pandemic!!!! Such a Huge Waste of time!! I’m just going to get the phone through Apple!!

Went in to purchase a phone case. There was only one person working at the time. They were helping clients, no big deal. The employee was on the phone helping the clients set up new phones. I found my phone case that I wanted to purchase and went to stand by the register. I understand he was the only one working and he was trying to help other people but I wasn’t acknowledged and I stood at the register for almost 15 minutes before he then asked “are you just getting that”Fast forward a couple days, I went to the return the case, just didn’t work out for me, to the same location. When entering the store I was the only one. Loud music was blasting while the employee was putting stuff away. When walking in again I wasn’t acknowledged right away and when asked “what I want” I explained I had a return. Then I was questioned about the return to the point I kinda felt uncomfortable.I won’t be returning to this ATT. Very poor customer service.

Dont waste your time, go some where else or do it yourself. Went in four times for the First Responder Program. Once they were busy, which is understandable. However the other two times they were not and no one in the store actually wanted to help set up the plan. And no one was able to answer any basic questions I had, Im not asking about config.plist extraction or network analysis details. As well, as this last time going in, employees claiming not to be able to help because they are closing in 20minutes, when it was posted that they were closing in over an hours later, being lied to was very upsetting.

Initially I went to the ATT store inside the mall, but it seems like that store only helps you if you’re buying something but since I wasn’t buying anything and just needed assistance with transferring contacts from my old phone to my new phone, they told me they couldn’t help me and told me to go to the other att store on gateway. So I did. I went in and was greeted by Roselyn who thank god was also the manager. I explained to her what happened across the street and she apologized to me for how I was treated and assured me that she would help me resolve my problem. Roselyn helped me transfer all of my contacts and pictures and also helped me with my bill. Thank you Roselyn for being so kind and helpful. From now on I will definitely start coming to this store. Friendly staff, great music and NO LONG LINES!!!!

AT&T did a great job getting me internet at my new place. Phone line was unusable, and did take hours to get the internet up but the AT&T tech worked quick and affectively with a complete check out of the line and I am using it with NO problems.
