Twice I have gotten notice of package up, twice I have visited this place, and was told my packages would take one week to process even after the notification. Twice also, my packages was found by someone who takes their time to find them, no one week wait.Packages should be organized and kept according to date received for easy notification tracking. I am really upset because I hate the fact that I have to argue with the same person before I can get my packages.Sick to my stomach. Second trip today at 2246, cos someone found my package right after I left the store at 2150. Again, no one week wait.
My parents came here on 3 separate occasions trying to pick up my grandmothers prescription (refill). Representatives at the pharmacy kiosk keep telling us to either wait 1 hour or call the doctor. How are you telling us to call the doctor when the pharmacy is supposed to contact the doctors themselves for the refill?! We kept asking for reasons for the delay but alas, no answer was given. Please clean up your act here as I know many people have had many customer service issues as well.
What the heck is the point of being open 24 hrs if you are ALWAYS out of stock of half the store!!!!
I’ve patronizing this store for over 10 years. Although I don’t require their pharmacy services, until today, I’ve usually found them to be courteous & friendly. When I arrived today there were no shopping carts available & no shopping baskets. This has happened before but never this bad. There was nothing, so if you were going in you had better be prepared to carry your items in your hands. Which I did as I only needed 3 items. When I arrived at the register, the young woman was sorting through her receipts & made no effort to even look up& recognize I was there, no apology or “excuse me”, or “I’ll be right with you”. When she finally finished what she was doing, she told me to swipe my CVS card. I only carry the small version in my key chain & asked if I had to swipe it or did she. She looked at me with a very annoyed expression & then swiped my card. My bill was $29.11. I handed her $30.00 & said I had the $0.11, but she continued doling out the change for $30. I repeated my self twice & shoved the $0.11at her, she took it & then stopped dead staring at the register. It was clear, she couldn’t figure out what to do. I told her she had to give me back a dollar. I’ve never had such indifferent service at this store in the past. From reading the reviews here it seems they are excellent going back 2-4 years & seem to get worse lately. Today is 12/5/20 & I left the store at 2:13pm. The register in question was the one to the right as you enter the store. They have always had a shortage of shopping carts, claiming that they get stolen. However, Grocery Outlet, right next door never seems to have that problem. Curious!
I came in to get my prescription. This prescription is very important due to my terminal sickness. If I miss one day of my daily medicine, I could be in danger of having seizure or heart attack. They told me to come in the day next day because the pharmacist was on break. Due to this I had a seizure in the middle of the night. Luckily my family members were there and helped me. Im currently in the hospital which is really dangerous right now due to the pandemic. I hope they are happy now that I was about to die.

I went yesterday (8/28/19) to make a photo book for my mom and the equipment crashed. I got the spinning blue wheel of death after uploading all of my photos and selecting theme for book. All was lost. I returned today (8/29/19) I was able to upload all photos successfully and completed my order with one hour pickup. Upon walking out, the cashier, Rosa, stopped me to accuse me of stealing the photos I brought in to the store for scanning to upload into the photo book!?! I was beyond humiliated!! She had a line of customers, the woman the cashier was assisting at the register looked at me and rolled her eyes. The cashier asked me if I paid for the photos? I explained to her that they were my own photos that I brought in the store to copy. I hadn’t printed anything! Additionally, I had a receipt in my hand!! I explained that I hadn’t printed anything and my order was for one hour pickup. The cashier insisted she thought I printed photos. So for whatever reason, to her I look like a thief because she was more concerned with thinking I was limping out of the store stealing!! I will return but only to cancel my $60 photo order. I will NOT be spending my money there!!! I don’t know if it matters to mention that I’m black and this was possibly racially motivated. I am also a honorably discharged disabled veteran. I am NOT a thief!
Made an appointment Thursday to get a shot on Saturday. Go in and get informed that they don’t have the medication I’d need until Tuesday. When I told the pharmacist that they could have told me that before I came in so I could make alternate plans, he just walked away from me.Thanks.

This review is for the store and not the pharmacyAs I was walking into the store a man that may have been homeless asked me to take his money and purchase him a sparkling water because he was not allowed in the storeI agreed and entered the store to purchase my item and his water.Two store workers a blond lady and brunette man took it upon themselves to forbid me from purchasing a water for the possibly homeless thirsty man outside.I asked them “ do you want my business?” The blond store worker said “not if you’re going to help that man”.So I left the store. Never have I seen such a heartless store refusing to allow a thirsty man to have water purchased for him. I will be placing a review on everywhere imaginable.
Getting really tired of this place wasting my time and fuel. Seems to be getting worse and worse, Ive been in the habit of giving them extra time and still, I head there two/three days after my prescription is submitted and when arrive have been told multiple times now It will be another hour This tells me that they have my medication, but choose to not fill in a timely manner, even a few days later still? un acceptable these are medications that are needed daily.. Giving them slack seems to make it worse.
Drove all the way from Dixon because they said they were 24hours. This is not true. They need to update there correct hours so people dont waste their time

I called for some medication if it’s ready for pick up but they said they will call me right away, but I waited for how many hours so I decided to call them.They hold me for 30minutes. Then they hang Up on me for no reason!!They’re rude!I don’t have a problem with the cvs pharmacy but just the people who work they.!! So rude!!

This has been my pharmacy for years and has normally given me great service. Today is a completely different matter, not sure if its different managers or new staff. I am a regular customer and come to fill my orders weekly as I am type 1 Diabetic and my life literally depends on it. I have a prescription notification to refill through the app. I click the button to have it refilled and my message is sent, pretty easy right!?! I run out of my medication today and also have a doctors appointment and go to it and swing by CVS drive thru and they tell me that it hasnt been approved by the Dr yet. I say okay. Ill call the Dr and get it straightened out. I called and they said they sent it 3 days ago but theyll send again because mix-ups happen sometimes and theyll send again and call me back and confirm that the pharmacy got it. They call me back immediately and let me know that CVS has it now. So I go run some errands to give them time to fill the prescription and call when Im on my way there, just to make sure its filled and at first they tell me again that their waiting for doctors approval and put me on hold, apologize and correct themselves and say yes they just received it and will fill it. I tell them Im on my way. I show up and they proceed to tell me exactly what they told me on the phone (waiting for Drs approval, just received it) and that itll be ready in about 2 hours. This is literally prenatal vitamins that they have in stock on their shelves so its not like its anything exotic and needs special ordering. I left, its past the 2 hours they said thatll be ready. I have every right to be disappointed in their service and communication. Get it together CVS!!! Or I will switch to a different pharmacy and never shop for anything else from CVS ever again.

The front store is 24 hours, the pharmacy is not. They have had their new hours up for over a year on their official web page, but some other sites still have their old hours up.
I filled my prescription there. They were very friendly and fast.
They take RX. 2 weeks pass multiple call no response. I bring the writing authorization she say. That dont mean nothing. We need the electronic authorization. Worse pharmacy ever

I called the pharmacy and the lady said she was placing me on a brief hold. She left me on hold for a hour. I hung up, called back again and Im on hold again. It has now been another 16mins on hold!! This is ridiculous!!
