Great drugstore with very convenient parking. There are three handicap accessible parking spots and there is a drive-through to pick up prescriptions. The pharmacist, Caroline, is extremely helpful and friendly.

Filled a partial (without me asking) and wouldn’t give me the rest of my prescription days later. Said it was illegal even though they did it without my knowledge. Didn’t contact me or tell me, just said “their pharmacist didn’t know” when I called to check it’s status.

My wife was just in today and was told her insurance is no longer valid. This is totally incorrect. She is on my health insurance with BCBS and it is current, active and in full force. She was embarrassed by the staff and I will be in tomorrow to correct your blunder.

I just adore M Catnott!! She is not only amazing at her job but shes a very uplifting person and I really appreciate that she works for rite aid they did a really good job hiring her!! 🙂 Thanks GUYS 😉

Just called the pharmacy to find out if they take photos for passport. Was told yes by a lady in customer service. I drove there for 15 min. To find out the machine is out of service. Call back to customer service and the same lady answered the phone and said didnt you just called. I told you they do.When I told her the machine was out of service she put me on hold and said she will speak to the manager. Left me on hold until someone else picked the phone. I told him I was waiting for that lady. Then they hung up. Called back again. They wont unswer my call anymore. Great customer service.
