The representative inside the store was very nice but when we called Metro the guy on the phone couldnt help at all and his supervisor was rude and wanted to hang up and trying to rush me off the phone and wasnt trying to explain or resolve the issue I had.

Awesome!! The new metro girl is very kind and patience. Very efficient and helpful. There should be more people like her at the others location.

Female employee was extremely disrespectful to more than 1 customer while children were present. Normally if Im in a store & a customer is being rude or ignorant in any way towards an employee it wouldnt bother me if the employee stood their ground a bit or had to be a bit firm to make their point, but this was bit the case at all. Everyone in the store this day instantly got snapped at, yelled at, disrespected & at times swore at all because they politely tried to pay their bill or ask about a plan, basically to do what she is getting paid to do. Im sorry but thats not a reason to act in such an unprofessional manner & try to pressure & bully customers into going to another location or call their 800# to get their bills paid or buy phones & activate service. I do understand she very well may have issues in her personal life but take a personal day or leave it at the door instead of hurting business & acting inappropriately.

The young lady was very efficient and got us all set up in about 20 minutes.

Went to get a metro phone, I was lied to by attendant, was told I had to sign up for insurance. Unethical behavior.
