BUYER BEWARE. This place committed fraud and should be held accountable. The salesman John assured me I qualified for certain promotions. Months later I am still fighting for the promotion to be honored. I am paying $130 more a month then what I was promised and the store does not care. What is managers response well its your word against Johns do you have anything in writing. Moral of the story, go elsewhere. If you do go here, make sure everything is in writing because the commission driven salesmen will lie and not be held accountable.

I have to say this store has the best customer service I ever have had being a sprint customer for years. I would trust sending anyone I know here and never have a reservation on them being treated with nothing but respect and not talking them into more than they need .i went in for one thing and no pressure for other things . They let me know about sales but never tried to ram them down my throat, so definitely best place ever.

Ive been with Sprint for a couple of years now and this is by far the best store. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely will go back, Shayne who took care of me answering all of my question and gave me the best solution for the problem I had. Definitely recommend the store!

My Samsung S8 was not working properly. Went to this store as a last ditch effort after the going to a sprint repair center in Nashua (Nashua did not help at all told me Id have to pay a 240 dollar deductible). The two guys that where in Fall river took my phone for all of five minutes said no problem an fixed it, on top of correcting a billing issue. And on top of all that they where courteous. Best experience I have had a sprint in a long time!!!

Went here to upgrade to an iPhone and only an IPhone. The store manager, Derek, said there was a promotion going on and started putting things up on the table, blutooth speakers, AirPods, a flight, an iPad. I told him I didn’t want any of that. He said “no it all comes with it, it’s a promotion.” Thinking it was too good to be true I reiterated that I don’t want to be billed for all of that. He said I wouldn’t be and that the bill would only go up a little because I was upgrading from a Samsung Galaxy to an iPhone X. Being naive and believing him I took all of the things. My bill was $85 and now is $214 a month. That’s his idea of the bill only going up a little. I now pay a $50 installment fee every month for all that junk I was promised was free and don’t use. I pay $30 for a plan for the iPad that I didn’t even know I had as he didn’t explain that to me, and $20 a month for a finance charge of almost $500 at the end of 24 months for an iPad 6th gen 32gb that you can get in stores for under $300. Corporate has ignored me, customer service was no help, and the store hasn’t helped me. The second I’m done digging myself out of debt from this I’m leaving sprint. They lie to their customers to make money then no one believes you. Thanks Derek. You shouldn’t be employed there let alone be a manager. Royaly screwed me.

My phone isnt working properly. Went in spoke to someone he took a quick look at it I told him one of the problems was wasnt holding the internet at home and it wouldnt connect like it used to he said he couldnt help me with that I asked him to look at my settings you kind of scroll through my phone quickly and then kept trying to sell me stuff. So guess what my phone is still screwed up and I think its a Sprint issue. Kept wanting to sell me some speaker so I can have a companion ticket for free and I dont need a companion ticket I dont need a speaker I need a phone at work what am I going to use the speaker with my phone isnt working right. Not happy

If you are thinking of switching to Sprint, DON’T!!! I switched when they were running the “buy out your contract” if you switch promotion. Well, I went in bought a phone, got a new plan and was very happy. Until I got a bill from my old carrier along with my new Sprint bill. I called Sprint that day to let them know, they said it must be a mistake but that they would take care of it. Well, they didn’t and the bill was reported as late to the credit bureaus and caused my credit score to take a plunge just as I was getting ready to buy a house. The bank says well since that is the only thing on your score we will accept a letter from Sprint with an explanation to overlook the score. You know I was on the phone with Sprint for 1 ½ hours for them to say we don’t give out letters like that even if it is our fault. ( they accepted no fault anyway)

I recently switched from Verizon to sprint to save money. Ive done nothing but waste more money. The people at this location failed to mention all the hidden fees, after declining insurance on both phones we were charged, they royally screwed up the plan...instead of the family plan which was suppose to be 149.99 they charged us each 90 bucks. When we called the hotline they claimed theres nothing they can do...ok...horrible customer service. She then passed us on to another agent who told us the same response. My boyfriends previous account was added on to mine and now they are saying that his account is in collection...? hes been making payments every month...sprint all around has horrible reception, awful customer service, and bad pricing with hidden fees. Once the contract is up we are absolutely going back to Verizon. I would NOT recommend anyone to leave their current provider.
