If you’ve read my other reviews you’ll see it’s very difficult to such a low rating from me. Years ago we switched to RideAid for all of our pharmacy needs because of how friendly the clerks were. However there has been a new person added to the pharmacy here who has a special talent for being incredibly rude. My daughters, wife and now I have all experienced this from the same person on different days. It is not a person just having a bad day. Therefore I cannot recommend coming to this pharmacy any longer. If this was a one time thing I would never write a review like this. I hope Rite Aid can make changes before they lose more business. What a shame.

Great pharmacy staff. And was so simple to schedule and receive vaccinations, including COVID. Drive thru available if you chose to not go in store for medication pick up and COVID testing.

Maybe things have changed a bit and they’re more focused on customer care (which is really lacking in today society). I had a friendly lady middle-aged and I had a few things to pay for she was so nice and the manager a tall white man was standing with the customers in line and working people through to the cashier (and that you don’t see every day). He seemed to be keeping the employees motivated, and he seems like he was doing a pretty good job. maybe they’re not a 5 star place all the time, but for me they were. I got in and out and had no problems.

My stepdad called the pharmacist and said that he gets insurance on March 1st. The lady told him that he could pick up his prescriptions and that it wouldnt be active until today (the call was yesterday). She misinformed him because when we went to go pick them up they said his insurance wasnt in the system, even though the lady had already put it in yesterday. This is not cool. We wasted our time going to the pharmacy because we were lied to!!!

I just had bad experience at Rite Aid in Fallbrook.I am new to Rite Aid and went to pickup two new Rx.I looked at vitamins/supplements while there and pleased to see 2 for 1 signs on items I use so I put 6 items in basket. I hot Rx and went to pay and was told I could not get 2 for 1 prices because I do not have Rite Aid card. People were waiting so I paid full price (an extra $75).I feel this just a bait and switch tactic. I have bought same items at other stores 2 for 1 with no card.

Love the employees and the sales! Cheapest beer in town too.

Consistently the slowest pharmacy. Unless you have the better part of a day do not attempt the drive through. Prescriptions may be called in but will almost never be filled before you get there rendering the whole concept of call ahead pointless.

I GET ALL OF MY R/X HERE, EVEN USE THE DRIVE THRU WHEN I LOOK AWFUL AND DONT WANT TO GO IN .LOL THEY ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS. I BUY ALMOST EVERYTHING THERE SO NOW I AM A GOLD MEMBER AND SAVE 20%. I LOVE THEIR CHOCOLATE MALTED CRUNCH ICE CREAM TOO!
