Car wash the store is super clean wonderful customer service

Great staff, talk to a few people there, very friendly, spoke as I came in. Answer my questions, one girl sold me a lottery ticket for Daily 3, I came back cause I won$55, and thank her. Another sold me a long term ticket, for $20 told her if I win, shell win too. Even thou I live in Sacramento CA, I would return and give her a nice tip, All the womens here must have been in Beauty contest, they were really nice.

Nice gas station. Went there and wanted to wipe off my windows but someone had broken into the paper towels and took all of them. 🤣 Prices for gas were reasonable but everything inside is way overpriced. Oh well.

This location has what I belive to be the most expensive atm in Fallbrook. 2.00 fee plus inquiry fee on all your accounts of 1.50. Clean you dang machine. So nasty.

Came here for the purpose of filling a low tire, the machine works for a very short duration, the hose is leaky the whole time youre trying to feel so you make more backwards than forwards progress, and there is lots of runoff from the air hose you get liquid dripping all over you. Also this is one of the very few times Ive ever noticed the payment placard on the machine making a statement strictly saying that the air and water is not free despite California law stating otherwise. One extra star because the staff inside was very pleasant when I went back in there multiple times to restart the machine because of how slowly the air filling went.

Not crowded fast service

Went for a car wash. If you want a nice quick wash this is the place to go. But if you want immaculate detail work, not the place to go! Little spots here and there. Crumbs and gunk still found but quick and gets the worst of it taken care of.

My sister let me park in her spot at an apartment complex next to this gas station. after we bought gas from there she parked at the gas station for bout with the intention of using her car to go out. About an hour later we went wanted to leave and during that time her car was towed. An hour! Really. We used to put gas there all the time now we will never go there again. There were tons of empty parking spots too.

Well run, keep it simply and stick to basics. Great plan because its working.

Watch what you buy in store.i bought chacolate zingers.was all covered with mold...hope I dont get sick. I took a BITE BEFORE NOTICED ..DISGUSTING..just check before eating.

I was heading south on the 15 to San Diego and I was on empty. I had no cell signal and I didnt know how far it was to a gas station. I saw the Fallbrook sign and thought they have to have a gas station out here. I was sweating the entire 5 miles of winding hilly road expecting to run out of gas. I made it to the Shell gas station. Nice place, big convenient store and snack stop. Gas prices were normal. They should post the gas is 5 miles off the freeway or there is gas at the up commingle Pala exit.
