I went to the AT & T store in Falls Church. I was just issued an 8th generation I Pad from my work place. I already had a prepaid account on my personal phone and needed to bundle the phone and I Pad together.I was assisted by Charles as soon as I walked in the door. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and expedient at explaining the issues at hand ( mainly prepaid vs postpaid). I felt he got me a good deal and I was able to sign on my I Pad. I used it at work the next day and was dispatched that morning on my first solo plumbing call. I am also at ease with the insurance plan and dont have to worry about a cracked screen or lost/stolen I Pad. All in all it was a great experience.
Charles helped me upgrade from a 7+ to 12 iphone and he was so helpful! He greeted me right away answered all my questions and was very patient. He even gave me some tips on how to do certain things since the models were so different. In the middle of helping me another customer walked in and Charles also greeted him right away and told him hed be with him as soon as he could. I appreciated that as I had come into this store from a different store where I walked in and no one greeted me. A lot of random people standing around and I only saw one store associate.
Charles was super understanding and nice. I came in with an attitude becusei just wasnt ready to purchase a new a phone, but life happens and he was understanding.
Unfortunately the service for this store was down, and upon being asked about how to deal with a broken screen, the manager replies, “That’s not my department.” Strange, I’m a cellular customer of AtT asking about a cellular issue to the manager of a cellular store. Not my department? How about, not my ATT recommended store.

Visited the AT&T store at 6645 Arlington Blvd. A friendly rep helped me out.
Terrible store! My husband and I bought our phones from here. In addition, we bought a screen protector. We were assured that they would register us for the protector and that it had a life time warranty. The manager sold the cover to me! Well the cover cracked and I’m back. I returned to the store and asked for a new one. The assistant said that she would have to talk to her manager who was in a meeting. I told her I would go to cvs next door and return. I was gone for 7 minutes and when I returned the manager had left! She asked me to return the next day. I am furious at the disregard this store and it’s manager has for its customers! First they give false assurances and then they don’t follow through on their assurances. I would not recommend coming here!

Very bad customer service- two male Att workers yelled at a lady. How can they even do that?they’re very rude. AT&T sucks!Would not give any star .
The store staff is not helpful. I had to inform them about AT&T deal for the phone they tried to sell me. Once the manager realized I was not buying the phone for $450 instead of $50(the deal) he sent me away saying the phone was not in stock. When I asked which store would have it, he told me to go to call the nearby locations myself. Really bad customer service.
