I tried calling to see if they are offering support for Mint mobile carrier. Someone picked up the phone and then hung up the receiver before even saying anything.I called back a short time later, and got a message saying this phone number was not able to take calls.

Not the place but the company... You cant use the phone you prefer even if theyre factory unlocked or the same they have on stock, forcibly has to be of their own.
