Loyal customer for over 5 years and got treated so terribly at this location by some lady working as soon as I stepped in. After getting into an argument I requested for a manager and the manager was even worse. Don’t want to turn this into a race issue but as soon as hispanic people walked the ladies change their energy and start talking in soanish ignoring everyone else who isn’t. Terrible experience
I came early, parked outside gave them until 10:06 watched the girl walk in she saw me try to enter the door and she ignored me, so I went and sat in my car to give her more time...As soon. As the Spanish people walked up to the door they immediately opened it... so sad
Terrible customer service,spent three hours on the phone with them,supervisors promise to call you back.Finally got a supervisor who told me they should have performed a SIM card test on my phone.Now I have to walks mile and a half each way to the store again after a hard days work on Monday because their not open on Sunday.Do not get Cricket you will get constant spam calls and spam texts in the middle of the night.Worst customer service ever
Terrible service from what I assume was a new person. He didnt know what he was doing and didnt give me the proper information on prices activation fee, refund and etc. None of the prices on accessories was correct and he didnt want to return all of my money. He also told me after deactivating my phone it will be back on in an hour, if I had left there and had no phone I wouldve been more upset. I said our loud that so you are saying mt phone will be back on in an hour and manager quickly told him that doesnt work like that. But the manager corrected all of his mistakes so maybe people should still give this location a shot but I will not. Ask for the manager if you are not being treated fair. Dont remember her name but she is fair.

Great place gets busy
The worst ever Cricket Store in NVA!I came in asking for an upgrade related question, and the guy behind the counter did not know anything about it, he kept talking in spanish with the other useless lady. I was so pissed off! But my patience held me back from causing a tornado inside the store. I called Cricket and opened a dispute complaint against them. They both speak english, but for some ignorant reason they were bla blaing in spanish!
