Used to come here all the time and still would if it was closer! Really cool renovations- interior design made to look like inside an airplane. Tea is good and has a lot of variety and options. Ask for less ice- they do use a lot of crushed ice which melts quickly.

Went here on a weekend and it was busy! I enjoyed their taro milk tea. I like that you can customize the sweetness level of the boba tea. Great customer service. Staff were helpful and despite being busy, quickly prepared my order.

Ordered sea salt ice coffee. The design of the store is very cool. I took a lot of photos. Only thing I want to recommend to the store owner that you should carefully design the order and pick up areas during the pandemic. The order and pick up lines kind of mixed up right now. The coffee is delicious.

Cool bubble tea place! Went there with my friend and was not disappointed. Tried their Red Thai Milk Tea and it was really flavorful. Also thanks to Lynda was not lost in an amazing choices that they have.

Try their Seasalt Coffee Drink, 25% sugar, regular ice, boba/coffee jelly. You will wake up instantly and awake for the whole day. If that’s not enough for you, get less ice, then I recommend to pour water in 🤷🏻‍♀️

Stopped in while we were grocery shopping and holy cow, what a pleasant surprise. The meal was amazing. Sweet, savory, flavorful, perfectly cooked. The spring rolls, which I would normally never pay for at a restaurant, were fantastic. They put a rolled up fried rice paper in the center which provided a great crunch and held the thing together amazingly. Great spring roll innovation. We ordered to go and ate right outside at the picnic table on the sidewalk. First day in the 70’s all April. Perfect food, perfect weather. Loved it.

Hair was found in one of my drinks (after ordering online).Though I’ve never been inside the store [to make new orders], I get grossed out by the sight of a large bubble tea statue by the entrance doorway. Looking from outside the store from my car, it entrance area appeared to be worn & old that I never went inside, but drove off.

Definitely alot of people during peak hours but the service was efficient!

Reading all the reviews, I expected better tasting products. The quality was just average. Nothing special.

I ordered a boba drink, and they made the wrong drink. The girl behind the counter made excuses to not fix their mistake. Told me to go to the back of the line, and buy the right drink. Never coming back here again.

Tasty cofees, boba drinks

Awesome place for boba tea. We tried:- Strawberry milk tea- thai milk tea- Green iceland tea-Pass & go tea- Moonlight mango teaMy favorite was the Green Iceland tea. The Mini boba was on point.The staff was nice, courteous and fast.

Felt totally inspired by their signature milk tea options, especially the sea salt ones! Id come back for the cheaper than usual prices and unique flavors alone, but then cool airplane-like decor felt really fun and worth hanging out in too.

What I didnt like: To start this place is small, if its winter better keep your jacket on. Too many people walk in and the door doesnt close fast enough. The music was too loud that I couldnt hear my husband who was sitting next to me. What I did like, the bubble tea was amazing and at a reasonable price. They even have me a vibrating reminder when my tea was ready while I could eat pho. I will definitely come back for the Tea, sadly not for the pho.

Loved the food here! They actually have chicken and veggie broth options which is awesome for any vegans and non-red meat eaters. It was delicious and flavorful. I also got Taro Root milk tea with boba which tasted great.

The drinks are good but there was one where I requested ‘no ice.’ I didn’t realize it when I got home that they added ice, even on the receipt, it said ‘no ice.’ unfortunately it diluted the drink, so it’s hard to drink it now.

Their OG coffee used to be excellent but it tastes bad recently. I think they switched to a cheaper brand and leave premade coffee overnight.

A pretty great pho place with reasonable prices, decent portions, and a phenomenal broth. I visited this place after shopping with some friends near the Eden Center and really enjoyed the meal. Their vegetarian pho is absolutely fantastic and their broth may be one of the best that Ive had in the DMV area. The layout of the store is a little bit confusing because they share the space with TeaDM (which is a wonderful boba shop that you should definitely check out), but its still easy enough to figure out.

We ordered Pho with beef ball and pho beef strips. It was alright. I still think Pho in Houston, Texas is much better and cheaper.

Went here twice during our DC trip.We liked their regular milk tea and taro milk tea, with bubblea. Their milk tea had such rich creamy flavor, but amazingly, not overwhelmingly taking over the tea flavor. The milk tea is sweet but just at the right sweetness, which addicts you to keep sipping.Another important factor determining for a good bubble tea is the bubbles. It was indeed very satisfying chewing on the bubbles. Their bubbles had good chewy texture, but they were not hard to the point that you would chew our jaw off. Will definitely swing by again for my next time when we are in the area.

I don’t know what the hype is all about. This place is horrible. I texted order and then had to get in line to pay for it. Then was told, to reorder. Waited outside for text when it’s ready. Once received text, walked inside only to be told It’s not ready and had to wait a little longer.All the drinks we’ve ordered were terrible. Artificial taste and flavorless. Not worth the money and trouble.

Modern looking nice store but I personally had a few issues. First of all, this is going to make me sound old but the loud music in the store made it really hard to communicate with the cashier and made ordering frustrating on both ends. Also the drink I ordered with was the honeydew milk drink was very artificial tasting, nothing special at all, and not really worth the money that I paid. Hope if I go back and try something else I will be surprised and I can rewrite this review!

The service was too bad, they texted that my order was ready to pick up, when I went inside they still let us wait 10 min. an employee said please stand outside and wait for your order next time ... I told her, oh! ridiculous, I got a message from you that my order is ready. and her face was like a ferocious tigress saying I didnt text you .... wth Im really too disappointed with the services manners, too bad and no client apologies. Serve too bad to be in business for long. Never come back again so horrible service and rude 🙄🙄🙄

Bubble tea at its finest... extremely fresh boba

Best coffee drink from any bubble tea shop. Not like your starbucks/local cafe, but its different . I get the OG salted coffee which is very similar to Vietnamese coffee(strong) with honey boba and coffee jelly(must). The jelly texture may be off putting to some, but just fight through it or omit it. Its basically Vietnamese coffee with jelly/boba. Service is quick if theres no line, longest Ive had to wait was about 12 min from entering the shop to receiving drink.

Large variety of teas and flavors, super fast service too! When I got there I thought it would take forever because there was a longish line, but it actually moved super quick. Theyve also got good covid precautions in place, theres a clear sheet thing that separates the customers from the workers and hand sanitizer at the door. It can get a bit crowded inside though because its a small space.

The best bubble tea Ive found in in the area so far! The boba are a great texture, and while I cant speak for their flavored stuff, the standard milk tea (Assam, I imagine) and oolong are excellent, as are their coffee drinks.

The bubble tea here is *not* good nor authentic. They pre-make their milk teas, which is not a good sign in 2020, when most bubble tea places make their drinks to-order. Boba was cooked fine, and the tea itself is not bad, but the quality is low and you can taste it. One Zo is coming to Fairfax, and I think that would be a much better alternative to this place.

If you want Bubble Tea, and or coffee, give this place a shot. Delectable!I always see fans of various ages in line craving for their bubble fix 😄.

TeaDM Lounge is a trendy bubble tea shop in Eden Center in Falls Church, Virginia. Once you enter the store, youre transported into a futuristic setting with blue dimmed light. Theres a counter where you can order off of the large menu. I recommend their straight-up milk tea. Theres a large room with cushion seats to enjoy your bubble tea.

My order was 172 and have been waited more than 25’ so many people ordered after me and received before me. That was terrible experience ever. The drinks is good but customer service is bad and unfair. I won’t never come back here again

I ordered the Double P and Okinawa milk tea. The peach and pineapple green tea tasted terrible, had zero fruitiness to it and tasted like plain green tea. However, I ordered it with lychee jelly which made it bearable. The Okinawa milk tea tasted great, very similar to chocolate milk. Each costed 4.50. I noticed that the milk tea wasnt fully filled though, which felt decietful.

This is the new location for teadm. It still has the delicious sea salt coffee and bubble teas. This new location which is just a few steps away from the old location has more seating and better decor. The service is still great and the wait for the tea can take awhile since this a very popular place. However with extra seating the wait is not that bad. Plus they will send you a text message when your order is ready so you can wander around while you wait.

Got a Sea Salt Coffee with boba and one without... filled it halfway and it was the same for everyone else who ordered the same. Did not have this experience in the past so it’s not typical. Really disappointed for them to think it was okay for them to fill up a drink halfway when customers pay full price.

Not bad, especially if you like your milk teas not too sweet like I do. The strawberry milk tea is artificially flavored compared to other places I’ve been. The brown sugar one doesn’t taste too different from regular milk tea. They had other interesting flavors like lavender and green tea with sea salt that I didn’t try though. Ambiance is nice.

These guys are so great and they work so quickly. The place has a nice vibe, wish I could have stayed to sit but social distancing got in the way. The tea I got was perfect and I can’t wait to go back.

I’m an Asian American from Southern California. This is the best boba tea on the east coast. Oh yeah, I’m also a flight attendant who has tasted it all over the country. Best on the east coast, especially if you want real Vietnamese coffee with pearls and coffee jelly. Real salted cream in the very strong coffee. Done right. Soft pearls cooked perfectly through. I drive 40-50 minutes one way just to come here. Well, and to go the food stores here.

I got the taro milk tea and sea salt coffee. The taro milk tea was okay but the sea salt coffee was terrible. They gave you very little coffee, just two sip and the whole cup was gone. The coffee was over brewed. We got the large size and it was mostly nothing but ice.

This is my favorite bubble tea shop in Northern Virginia/DC. Their jasmine milk tea with crystal boba is delicious and also this avocado smoothie!

Good tea and drinks. But took off stars for rudely using gestures/postures customers out of the stores. I know the virus is crazy but he should just walk to us and kindly remind us to wait for pickup order outside instead of using rude gestures for everyone in the store.

The interior design is really cool and space-like. It was my first time in this place, TeaDM Plus, and I was helped out by a worker, Tina. Overall, great service and great drinks.

Many options for me to try and the staff is friendly! Thats important!!

I really liked the oolong tea! As some other users have said, it’s not too sweet but very refreshing. As a lactose intolerant person, I LOVE seeing the phrase “non-dairy milk” but it’s not always so obvious what I can have. Definitely want to do more research and come back to try other combinations. I also LOVE that the ice is small and doesn’t overwhelm the drink. Just enough to keep it cool without watering it down. And very fair pricing. Yeah I’ll definitely be back.

The bbq pork pho was delicious. The broth was light and flavorful, and the pork was cooked nicely. The cilantro and basil were both very fresh.

One star is too much for them. I went there couple weeks ago and I ordered three drinks. 10 mins later I got the text saying drinks are ready. When I went in, this skinny Asian girl asked for my ticket and said it’s almost ready. 10 mins passed by and I asked again for my drinks, she said machine broke and they are fixing it. After 25 mins I got the text, I FINALLY got my drinks!! Worst service ever. They don’t even belong in Eden center! Also all the employees in there are terrible at communicating among each other and worst customer service. I would’ve fired all of them. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!

No smoothies, but the bubble tea here is great! I recommend the Thai Green Tea. I never get it with toppings due to allergies, but my brother says he loves the boba here. If you like this place as much as I do, consider getting the reusable bottle, which gives a discount every time you order and is also slightly larger than their large size.

The com tom here was really horrible. The rice wasn’t well cooked therefor it was very hard. Not to mention the wait was over 30 mins and their service was horrible. The guy had an attitude and when I asked how much longer and why is it taking so long after a 25 min wait he told me “just cancel it then”. I don’t recommend this place. I wish i could give it zero stars.

Nice atmosphere, well organized process. Its a little expensive for what it is though. 4.50 for tea with mass produced toppings. But the drinks can be amazing if you find a good combo of tea and toppings. Overall I keep coming back when the family has a craving.

I ordered from here via DD. I ordered 2 beef pho both with extra noodles, 2 orders of spring rolls, and 2 sodas. When it got here I only had one order of beef pho. Everything else was missing. I’m not sure if they just didn’t have stuff, but if that was the case they could have called me and we could have worked it out. Pretty disappointed. This was the first and last time I’ll be ordering from here.

Staff are very friendly, prices are reasonable, food is delicious. Came here when theyre splitting the area with TeaDM, it works well despite this.

Drinks are good but it took me 40 minutes to get my drink

I ordered 5 Seasalt coffees today over the phone and asked them kindly to put the ice separately (instead of in the cup) because I didnt want the ice to melt by the time I get my hand on the coffees. When my friend came to pick up, they told her I ordered no ice as she asked them where the ice was. They eventually did put in some ice, but with an attitude. For personal experience, I never got any ice whenever I asked them to put the ice separate, either through phone, uber eats or in person. Never complaint or anything. Coffee is super good and will always be 5 star to me, but this review and 1 star are for the attitude today.

This place was amazing!! The broth is so flavorful. I havent had a broth with this much flavor. Service was fast and the restrooms were every clean.

All staff has bad attitude! Checkout staff show no ptient while ordering. Food making staff is slow worker. We wait for a long time for our order. And manager is rudely asked for receipt when waiting for our drinks.

Great Boba and drinks

This place is awesome. Hidden somewhat in the glow of Eden Place. Small, but not too small. It was a Monday though.I had, for the first time, a pho that comes with 3 pieces of fried chicken. You strip the meat off the bone and add it to the broth and noodles. The broth was very good, the noodles too. I like to add a lot of siracha and plenty of hoisin.The fresh spring rolls and the fried rolls were excellent.All in all, now my go to place. Unfortunately, I live in Miami now. Just visiting my old neighborhood for the holidays.Try Pho Va!
