I found myself at this location right as they opened, at 6:30am. I needed to pick up the right paint before contractors arrived at my house around 7:00am. The staff was very friendly and helped match the paint I brought in. I even brought in a coupon from the local newspaper which they honored. Upon checkout one of the staff walked my box of paint out to my car. Overall, my experience with this location was delightful.

Would love a way to order online and pick up later. Stood in line behind 2 other people...only 1 employee at counter on a Monday morning. Waited approx 15 mins for my turn...counter guy (Josh) then proceeded to work behind the wall for about 5 mins...so I had enough and left and went to Home Depot...of course that was a breeze since they had plenty of ppl there to help.

Avoid the hustle and bustle of home depot and get focused attention from the knowledgeable and creative staff.

I got very bad service from Chris twice. His attitude was like I dont need your dam business and Im busy. If youre dont like to buy from my store then go somewhere else. I was asking him if I can order and pay the paint so my contractor picks them up later. He said NO, you need to take them with you and Im a manager here but I didnt even ask what is his title. He got an ego issue.

They will help you pick the right paint. It is possible to set up an account so that prior choices are in their system.
