To be honest, I was hoping for a lot better work from a Toyota dealer. Have been hit twice in 3 years and brought my Corolla in for body work both times, maybe made them between $5-10K in revenue between the two instances. The new body panel they painted and installed rusted within 2 1/2 years. Prior to that the paint began chipping off. Next time I get hit, I will definitely be heading elsewhere and urge you to as well if you value your vehicle!

Great experience with Shane however totally surprised my jeep want washed afterwards.

Was told 5 days when I dropped off my vehicle on Monday. No calls all week or by early afternoon Friday, so I called them. The person in charge of my vehicle had been off for 2 days and wouldnt be back until Wednesday of the next week (it was July 4th weekend). My car was NOT ready in 5 days - they kept it over a holiday weeknd us 3 more days. RIDICULOUS!! If I had know it would take EIGHT DAYS I would NOT have chosen to be without a vehicle over the 4th of July.

I had a fender bender. They made my car look new again.

I went in for a quick estimate and they fixed my vehicle on the spot. Im very pleased with how it was all handled.

Terrific quality of work, but terrible service. I dropped my vehicle off with them and was told it would be ready in 4-5 days. On day 7 I called to check the status of my vehicle after not hearing anything from Corwin. I got a voicemail machine (at 10 AM on a weekday) and left a message to call me back. Several hours later after not hearing from them I stopped in. I was sent home and told the person working on my vehicle would call me. Several hours later after not hearing from them, I called again. I was finally able to speak to someone who was working on my vehicle. They told me it would be ready the next day and that they were just cleaning it. I picked my vehicle up the next day only to wait 20 minutes for them to try to locate my vehicle. When I received it, it was obvious they had never “cleaned it”. Keep in mind my work behind done was lots of paint work. They even had to clean the chalk off my windows from where they had written what needed to me done. “Cleaning your vehicle” was obviously not what was causing the hold up.I wouldn’t recommend this repair facility to anyone. The entire duration of my vehicles time there I did NOT receive one call or message from them. I had to call, leave messages, and even stop in person to get any type of response or answer. Very disappointed.

Traveling from Texas. Had a window regulator go out dropping the drivers side window into the door. The fast, professional, and courteous staff got us right in and right out correcting the issue. Highly recommend!❤

I had a front end collision where I needed a headlight and front bumper fixed, within 15 minutes of my car being in the exam bay to be over looked my customer service Rep Jami had noticed more damage that wasn’t quoted in my insurance, within 10 minutes she had it all sorted out and had my truck fixed and ready to go in no time!They also gave my kiddos juice and cookies for sitting so nice while we waited for Jami to fix the insurance issue, now they ask me if I can crash my car again so they can go back to the cookie and juice place...

Expensive, I could get my bumper fixed for a bit more then my deductible at other places. Their estimate was 1200 other places said 800, if I found my own parts, 600 deductible is 500. That was just checking in to two places, I have others Im just on the road at the time

Love this place! Had a dent on my mustang in an awkward position andI took it to many places to try get it PDRd but no one had a solution to it that wasnt going to cost 1000s of dollars but Jami and the crew there figured out a way and made it look better than ever! They were quick and efficient and Im very grateful to them. I HIGHLY recommend them for any body work or glass repairs.

I had warranty work on the door hinges for my jeep and a dent I had made myself :( fixed. It looks like a brand new jeep again! The hinges match up perfectly and the dent looks like it was never there. The colors matched up perfectly. They cleaned the outside and the inside! It wasnt done the same day so they got a loaner car for me. Todd also dealt with another issue he didnt have to for me, which I greatly appreciate. Thank you so much for everything. Very happy. They fixed the damage to my truck, but I got a flat the day after they looked at it. They said theyd work it into an Estimate Amendment. When my insurance eventually payed a check, it did not include the tire. Other than the tire, the body looks perfect.

They male or so easy to drop your car off and pick ot up very friendly staff.

If I could give a zero, I would. They left my vehicle unfinished due to pure laziness and I ended up having to take it elsewhere to have the rest of my vehicle repaired. Mike is demeaning, harasses his customers and neglects to be mindful of professional customer service.* Rest of the staff may be friendly just reviewing my own experience with the one staff member I worked with.

Would not recommend this body shop! Had a terrible experience. Had vehicle that struck a goose while driving on the highway and sent glass all over the inside of the vehicle from the windshield. Our biggest concern was that all the glass was cleaned out of the air vents and vehicle. We had to drive a over 600 miles to comeback and get the vehicle when it was complete. Not only did we find glass still all over the inside but the repair to roof was poor. When asked about the repair the estimator was rude and made it seem like it our fault. He offered to repair it but he said he wouldnt be able to get it done and that we would have to stay there and pay for hotels until he was able to complete the repair. We decided to cut our losses and just settle for getting the glass cleaned out of the vehicle. This took 3 more trips back to the body shop before it was repaired to standard that we felt safe enough to drive it on the freeway and to use the A/C without being too worried about glass coming out of the vents. Once more rude staff, poor quality of work, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

We took our pickup there 8-8-18 to get the windshield replaced. When I picked it up and opened the drivers door, I noticed big gouges in the door frame consistent with a tool used to remove windshields. It was not there before I took my truck in. I spoke with a rude employee named Jaime and she said the tech said the windshield in that truck had been replaced at least 5 times and it wasn’t their fault to which I responded I am the original owner, it’s never been replaced. So my warning for anyone else, take pictures of your door frame before you take your vehicle in so if they do that to you too, you have pictures. We have purchased all our vehicles there but after this, I will never step foot at a Corwin business ever again.

We had a terrible experience here. They kept my boyfriends vehicle for a week longer than they had quoted us and didnt even fix all the clearly noticeable damage. The vehicle was returned with a dent still in the passenger side door. Besides that, the air conditioning did not work in the vehicle while it was returned to us. They provided the worst customer service I have ever received as well as extremely subpar service. If you need your car fixed, FIND ANOTHER PLACE.

You can get anything collision related done here. However, the staff are way to rude for my liking. (Do you need something? ) I mean obviously, or I wouldnt be here.

Do not bring your car here. Especially after an accident. My car looks worse that it did prior to the accident. Gouges in the paint, my headlight housing was busted and they simply refused to try and supplement it. They are absolutely horrible. They hung up on me 2 times yelled at me when i questioned the work that was done. Just awful.

They took care of my hail battered vehicle and helped me through all of my insurance questions, even filed my paperwork for me. They have a really nice new shop, so it was a pretty good experience. I would recommend Todd.

I got estimates for auto body work there.

Poor work, missing bolts after repairs. Panels not all aligned correctly. Saying they did not touch bolts which you could clearly see they were just removed. Like I wanted to drive over there again to have them replace missing hardware. Will not recommend to anyone I know :(
