This is my second time using them, first time was great could not even tell where the crack was, filled it beautifully. Second time, I can still see the cracks, I can still feel where the rocks hit, I called the technician back and he said it is supposed to be that way. Not happy at all!! I will now have to pay to have this redone as I dont want cracks in my windshield.

Finally had to give up on them. They took my information at first and aftet weeks when they tried to come out called me and told me they didnt come out to my location. My vehicle moved for work so I set up a new appointment. They came out damaged my windshield seal and then told me they didnt have the right one for the vehicle, again this is after they called to get all my information. They finally got the right windshield but my vehicle had moved for work once again and they now couldnt come out far enough to work on it. Terrible overall experience. I recommend going with literally anyone else.

I was coming from out of town and the confirmation email stated it would take 45-50 minutes..... Imagine my surprise when the had it done in 20 minutes!!! My windshield looks great and I couldnt be any happier. Thank you!

Lets count the ways that safelite fails to meet expectations. First of all when you try and call them you cant call them locally we get an international number that tells you they wont talk to you either. Theyre vastly overpriced dont stand behind their work I had a chip in my windshield fixed that I turn the defroster is on and it broke my windshield and they claimed they didnt do anything wrong then the last time that I dropped off my truck there it was stolen and they dont have any cameras watching it they sure have lots of excuses though

Had 2 tiny chips. They were honest and said they didnt need fixing. More concerned with customer service than making a buck. However, front desk lady needs to be more friendly.

Very easy to schedule online, even using your insurance. Technicians that come to your house can text you when they are in their way with a photo of themselves so toy know who to expect. They were done quickly and did good work.

Unfortunately this place has drones hired to look at a computer and make “quotes”. I need a windshield installed on my vehicle, not replaced as the windshield was pulled and disposed over winter for a roll cage to be installed. The only thing online quotes for is replacement, which I get as my needs are very rare. So I went in to talk face to face and get a quote and I got quoted slightly higher than online. Which is almost double any other glass place has quoted me! Any other place understands it’s just an install of a new windshield not a replacement and quotes accordingly. I got the excuse “Labor is built into the price of the glass”. Really? No, it’s parts then labor. They have no interest in working with the customer and I will happily give my money elsewhere.

Just got my front windshield replaced and they were super nice and fast! They said an hour but it took less than 30 minutes! Job look clean and couldn’t even notice a difference! Highly recommend anyone who needs a glass repair. Also cheapest price I found!

Had two small chips in the windshield which they fixed in about 20 minutes. They also cleaned all my windows and vacuumed my interior. Thats great service!

These guys really know glass lol ive used them twice now. Once for a full windshield replacement Nd once for a chip repair. Both times it was very quick and did a very professional job. I love how they clean the floor n dash n other windows. Totally recommend this place to any one needing window work.

Im an AAA Agent, my customer just stopped by to thank me for sending him to the Fargo Safelite! He had previously cancelled an appointment because of weather. When he stopped in he only had to wait a few minutes...they took care of the chip, washed the window and got him back on the road. He and his wife were impressed with how friendly they were and how quickly they took care of his car. Enough to drive out of their way to thank (me) for the suggestion.

Automated phone call for 5 minutes and poor voice commands only to say cant take your call and hangs up, only wanted a qoute.

I was in town for a funeral with my three children when I got a chip in my windshield. They squeezed me in right away. I wouldnt have to drive back and have the windshield crack. I am so grateful for the friendly, kind and speedy service.

I was able to remain working and not take the time out of my work day to get my car fixed. This can be a hassle when I need to leave work for something personal. The technician was very nice and easy to talk to. He didnt make me worried at all about leaving my car unlocked with him working on it. When I came out after he was done, I noticed all the windows were clean and so was the dash of my car. Vacuuming my car is near impossible (I live on a farm) so it was really nice of him to wash the dash too. I would recommend to anyone!

Excellent work for awesome price. I paid for this myself, not through insurance. I scheduled and was taken in immediately even tho there was 1 person before me that the other tech was assisting. The technician has great customer service skills and mentioned places to visit while I waited. After the work was done, he provided information on my new windshield. I will definitely be going back with my van to replace the missing door window. They have earned my loyalty. Friendly, helpful and made a bad situation better.

0 ⭐️ This is the first time I’ve used your service and I will never ever use it again! This has been the worst experience with any company I’ve ever felt with in my entire life! I had an appointment canceled because the company deleted the molding order so I rescheduled. The next tech complained to me the whole time I was helping him locate my car even though I had noted where it was when I spoke to 2 different representatives. This tech proceeded to say he can’t fix it because he couldn’t open my hood. So I called the manager to file a complaint. The manager applied a discount, apologized and rescheduled. I had a technician text me today to inform me he was going to fix my windshield at my scheduled time between 8am and noon. I got off work at 4:30pm and had a voicemail saying that the tech couldn’t find my car. I had noted where it was 3 times at this point, as well as the color and license plate. I called the manager and she informed me the technician was half way through the window installation. At this point I’m sitting at work calling everyone I know to help me pick up my 4 children from daycare and school!!!!! Im so upset at this point I feel like crying! This company is awful. I will not ever use or recommend this company and I will be reporting my experience to the BBB!

Now the job itself was done perfectly, and I give the technician five stars. However I give the overall process 1 star for their pricing structure. I called in to get a quote on replacing my front glass. I was quoted $320 for the entire job including taxes (I have email proof). Once I told them I had insurance and was thinking about going through the insurance, they said oh that was ok. However, when the guy came to fix it, the total price had increased to $508. Isnt this price gouging? Isnt this why insurance is a lot higher because insurance companies are paying higher premium for the same service, and such premium is then transferred to consumers?

Had my rear windshield pop for some reason (im assuming thermal shock). The guys was nice and quick which really surprised me and made me happy. Until i got into my car and took a closer look.The gentleman mentioned he couldnt get all the glass which i understand but the fact that i paid 360$ for a 100$ windshield + install, all of the glass shouldve been gone. There were still huge chunks on the floor. A bunch in the seat belt hole alot between the seats.Had the guy taken the extra 15 minutes to throughly vacuum out my car as expected this wouldve been 5 stars but i had to spend an hour going through my car after the fact to redo a job that shouldve been done at time of service.

They do a great job and staff is very friendly! So cool how they will come to you! However it does show on most navigation apps that it is located on 42nd st and 32 Ave S which it is not. It is right next to gas station on 42nd St and Main Ave S.

GREAT SERVICE IN AND OUT 45MIN

Im a Nodak Mutual auto insurance customer and had previously had window chips fixed elsewhere with very little effort. I completed insurance information in the Safelite reservation system when I booked my repair appointment, not expecting any issues. In this case, I was surprised to need to call my agent, go over the incident, have her speak with the rep at Safelite, then be asked to file a claim after the fact because the billing/payment seemed not to be compatible. In order to get everything taken care of as efficiently as possible, the rep at Safelite did help by calling a direct line for Nodak corporate that could accept bills as required (electronically, as I understand), where I explained the entire situation again. Ultimately, I was frustrated that, unlike other glass shops in town, this was so challenging to run through my insurance. The work was done very well and I was please at how quickly they finished, but the insurance hassle will cause me to think twice before returning when the process is simpler elsewhere and the results arguably as good. If you have Nodak Mutual and want to go with Safelite, I recommend that you either get authorization through corporate ahead of time (800-42-NODAK) or be ready to pay at the time of service and file a claim for reimbursement if your plan includes deductible waiver for windshield chip repairs.
