GREAT service! We were traveling to Fargo for the weekend and our truck AC wasn’t working. Most repair shops weren’t even open, but Southpointe took our truck right away and recharged our AC very quickly. The guys were very nice!

These guys are awesome. I had a water pump failure in my Ram 2500 and coolant was leaking uncontrollably that I had i had to add a jug every 30 min to get to them. They spotted it right away, order the part and fixed despite being Saturday afternoon. Thank you so much...

I just got my ND plates after moving from MN and the front license plate screws were stripped and I was unable to get it off myself. SSC was on my way to work and I stopped and the crew was friendly and helpful and replaced the screws and put the front license plate on for me, NO CHARGE! Thank you for your amazing service!! Weve been going here for years. Weve tried other places but come back to Southpointe for their honesty and fair cost. They never hesitate to tell us how to fix something ourselves or of we should spend money or not, which lends to trusting them when they says something needs to be fixed.

On a road trip through the states our ac started leaking. Showed up at 7am and they took our van in no problem no hassle fixed it and waved us off saying safe travels. We also had a dog they allowed inside and gave treats to .Top notch customer service.

They go out of their way to make sure your car is in good shape. They will check for safety concerns and let you know if there is a possible issue. They are pretty friendly and have some nice amenities while waiting.

I was recommended here by a friend and have had my Audi serviced only by them so far! They dont try to overcharge, super friendly, and are extremely knowledgeable. Great place!

The three times I have brought my car there Jason has been extremely flexible with me and easy to work with. Also, the prices they gave me for repair were something like $1,000 below what other shops gave me, and even a friend with connections at the dealership couldnt get me the same price as them. Last time I went there it was for a grinding sound coming from my car when I turned, and it turned out it was just my exhaust, but Jason charged me nothing for his time, which I appreciate greatly. I would definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here.

After charging me for a piece that I did not want done, need done, or could afford after coming in simply for an oil change. Shortly after bringing a different vehicle in for a quote it was stolen OFF THEIR LOT. And I am told it is my fault. Becareful. Due to the information the owner, Ted gave me about the cameras the night it was stolen suggests one of the employees was directly involved In the theft
