Would not let me return/exchange item that doesnt work because it was opened. the product even says under lifetime limited warranty to return it to place of purchase for no charge exchange

As a salon professional Im always needing to stock up. And when I do I always pick Cosmo Prof over anywhere else first. Staff is always willing to help if I have questions and their deals and selection is hard to beat. The fact alone they have 2 locations helps a ton. The staff is always willing to check on the other location to see if they have something if they dont.

Friendly Employees and very helpful. If they dont have something in stock they can order it.
