I have been going to this wax center for years and honestly Alexis is one of the best and so professional at what she does. I have never had any problems with her. She’s always on time and makes my worth driving 2 hours for my services. If I have problems with anything she’s always there to help. Would highly recommend her and the center!

I booked super last minute with Carly and she was AMAZING. We chatted the entire time and it took my mind off the pain that I knew was coming. She was so easy to talk to that it honestly felt liked we’d been friends for years lol. She was also quick and her work was very detailed, she made sure to get every last hair! I had read many reviews and chose to go see Alex, since everyone had said what a great experience they had with her. My experience was the opposite of just that, terrible! I have had many Brazilian waxes in the past and I have never had anything so unprofessional. I left with hair still being visible. She just tried to get done as fast as she could and even made the comment that she could not wait for her day to be over, as it was her “Friday.” Then when I went to pay they tried charging me for a service I didn’t even get. I would not recommend this place or this waxer to anyone. Save your money and go some where more relaxing and professional.

Got my first wax ever done here (brazilian) and it was a great experience! I had Carlie as my esthetician and she was wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable and was very professional. My service was 50% off as a first timer too, so that was a huge plus. Recommend!

My favorite place to get a wax done. All the waxing specialists Ive had are very professional and the wax they use is the least painful of all the places Ive gone for a wax. I live out of town but make it a point to get a wax when Im in Fargo because thats how good they are at what they do. Also, I use their products for slowing growth and ingrown hairs and they are excellent.

I thought I had scheduled with Leanne again, but it turns out I just got some random person and I can’t even remember her name. Was out within 15 min, but she left Huge patches that I didn’t even notice until I got home to fully inspect. So the missing two stars goes for whoever that chick was. If you want something done right, go to Leanne

Staff are polite and professional and the facility is clean, but service is pretty questionable. Almost every time Ive gone theyve left bits of wax behind, which Ive had to (painfully) remove later. The products they offer dont really work, no matter how religiously you use it. Its really cookie cutter, not very tailored to unique skin needs. Very little regard for privacy, they stay in the room while you undress/redress which I find really uncomfortable. Its not terrible, but its not my favorite place.

Carly is awesome, great personality very personable.But I wanted to sign up for a wax pass asked Alexis about it (waxer) didnt know anything about it. So I asked the girl at the desk. I told her I wanted to pay for everything that day I dont want another bill. (Very pregnant last thing l need is another bill)This was in May, I keep seeing a recurring payment for the same amount. I keep being told by someone at he front desk, this will be the last payment. We wont charge your card again. Now that it is almost September Im seeing thats a lie.Ive spoken to FIVE different people and have been told FIVE DIFFERENT THINGS! Im also paying for a wax pass that I dont even need! (Im paying for two neck and chin, I needed neck and sides)I asked for my money back because im being lied to, and no one knows the services except for the managers.I was told by Mariah today that I would be charged a $25 fee for canceling!Why would I be charged a fee when Ive been told the incorrect information?Its a complete scam! Im no longer recommending my family and church family here. I dont even fill comfortable to be waxed here. So now I am supposedly done paying (AGAIN) and have to go to a place where Im not comfortable with, WHICH is the last place you should feel at a waxing center.
